Dr Galache, all his staff and associates are so knowledgeable. You are given time and everything is thoroughly investigated and explained. He has supported me through difficult and less difficult times. This website had very helpful information too. Thank you Dr.

Dr Galache took me on as a new patient with very little notice, I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. The process from booking an appointment to receiving treatment is exactly the way that it should be. I would recommend Elviria Medical Centre without hesitation.

One of the best medical professionals I have come across, he is a true Doctor that has empathy and understanding. I would whole heartedly recommend any English speaking expats or from any walk of life to go this medical practice for all of the above. It is very obvious that this centre is about care over profit.

I had the most painful Covid PCR test here. I don’t recommend it. Ive never had one like that like that before. Pretty sure she didn’t know what she was doing.

This medical centre is fantastic. I have visited several times now relating to multiple things - cleaning/maintenance of a deep wound and also for female health. I have felt to be taken seriously as a woman, listened to and received very in depth treatment and kind attention. I have always disliked visiting doctors because I feel rushed out of the room or my thoughts and opinions about my illness and my body ignored. Here it is not the case at all! I feel that the staff here go beyond good expectations and genuinely want to see me get better. Thankyou!

. In my own opinion the best private GP (English speaking) on the coast! Runs a professional practice in Elviria and Maria keeps the perfect diary.not expensive either! Recommended!

I went to the medical center with my wife, because she felt ill with different symptoms. Blood sample was taken and some days later an ultra sound examination was made (it could not be made on the same day for some reason). The blood test result was handled over without explanation, as the doctor was not in on that day. A new appointment was offered, but my wife didn’t want to go there again. No further explanation or joint review (i.e. A phone call to explain the blood result) was offered. The ultra sound for 2 areas did cost 160 Euro what is rather expansive compared to other doctors in the area. All in all a very average experience.

I very much recommend Dr Manuel Galache. Myself and both my parents go to him and are very happy.
He is a very polite gentle person and listens very well to your problems.
Not much waiting time either.
