Nuestro aire acondicionado se hizo en nuestro piso en Magna. Un excelente trabajo. Realmente apreciamos su trabajo de calidad y ahora podemos relajarnos cómodamente en el aire acondicionado.

Massimiliano es un verdadero profesional. Excelente comunicación como hablante de inglés, instalé mi nuevo aire acondicionado en cualquier momento e hice un trabajo fantástico. Recomiendo encarecidamente sus servicios si busca una empresa de confianza.

Mis condiciones de aire son bastante antiguas, pero nunca había visto un mantenimiento como el de hoy por parte de Massimilliano. Me impresionó mucho su profesionalismo. Me explicó mucho sobre sus muchas pruebas y resultados. Respondió todas mis preguntas y solucionó los problemas de inmediato. Impresionante. Mi español no es muy bueno, pero la comunicación en inglés fue muy conveniente. Recomiendo ampliamente su servicio.

Massimiliano pudo solucionar un problema que otra empresa no pudo solucionar después de 3 visitas durante 12 meses. Fue un poco complicado ya que requería la comprensión de toda la instalación: desde la plomería hasta la calefacción. En lugar de señalar con el dedo a otras empresas, simplemente se tomó el tiempo para diagnosticarlo, habló con la gente original que lo instaló y lo arregló. Y luego ni siquiera quiso que le pagaran por ello. Sinceramente, con diferencia, la mejor empresa de la Costa del Sol. Como plus también habla inglés

Massimiliano was excellent! His professionalism is what I am used to coming from the United States. He responded very quickly to my inquiry and spent a couple of hours with me planning the install of our HVAC system. He explained how things would work in great detail as he is incredibly knowledgeable. He was always punctual and completed the job when he said he would. His pricing was very fair. We will for sure use his company for all of our HVAC/plumbing needs in the future.

One of the most professional companies in the whole of Marbella. I called Massimiliano on a tuesday afternoon and first thing on Wednesday morning he was at my house. In a couple of hours he had the issue with my air conditioning fixed.

Our concierge was supervising his work and has taken down his number to recommend Massimiliano's services to other home owners in our block in case they need it.

The quick turnaround has been very much appreciated as staying without aircon in the peak if the summer in Marbella is a nightmare!

Great guy. Funny also. Came right away. Found the problem and had spare parts with him. Accepted payment using a mobile terminal. Very happy about the price as well. Need help with your AC, call this guy first!

Honestly the only company that figured out what is wrong with my A/C and fixed the issue. I have had 2 other companies come try and fix the issue and the problem would come back the next day. Thermosur service was the only one that fixed my issue. I am very happy with the service provided and would recommend them to anyone looking to repair their A/C unit. Thanks again.

Contacted the company to clean and fix the smell with the AC.
They came in, sprayed some perfume to cover the smell and claim their service is excellent. Perfume was gone within an hour, smell is still there. Dont recommend this company.
