¡¡¡A huir! Empresa de alquiler que estafa a los turistas. 4 horas de espera y negociación con la responsable de la agencia María que se negó a entregarnos el vehículo alquilado a través de Opodo porque su sistema estaba bloqueado cuando llegamos (retraso por culpa suya). ¿Qué empresa de alquiler requiere 2 tarjetas de crédito al mismo nombre? ¡¡¡Teníamos 4 tarjetas de crédito! No fue suficiente. Ninguna empatía hacia los clientes, ninguna solución ofrecida, ningún reembolso posible, decenas de familias en la misma situación, ¡¡¡vergonzoso!

Sinceramente, la peor experiencia de cliente que he tenido en mi vida. Si es posible, se otorgarán 0 estrellas.

Específicamente María, la 'subgerente' fue extremadamente desdeñosa, hostil y no estaba dispuesta a ayudar en absoluto, ya que nos dijo inmediatamente después de ingresar que nuestra reserva había sido cancelada, mientras estábamos en el aire, debo agregar, y obviamente no podía hacer nada al respecto. este. Hacer esto es una cosa pero no ofrecer ninguna solución es aún peor.

Después de esto, sin motivo aparente, nos dijo que su "sistema de reservas está cerrado" a pesar de que era mediodía (2:00 p.m.). Cualquiera que esté pensando en alquilar un coche desde aquí debe tener en cuenta que podría quedarse indefenso sin ninguna solución por parte del personal, sólo una respuesta enojada e inútil.

Empresa deshonesta, reservé un coche, al llegar me dijeron que el coche no estaba y me intentaron dar otro al doble de precio del que reservé, la gente de allí se hace la amable pero la verdad es otra cosa, lo cual es una verdadera lástima si tus vacaciones empiezan así

Realmente uno de los pocos proveedores donde todo funciona sin problemas, sin largos tiempos de espera y sin tener que discutir por ningún daño después de la entrega. El coche también estaba como nuevo.
¡Puedo recomendarlo altamente!

Gran servicio nuevamente por parte del equipo Nacional/Empresa. En cualquier parte del mundo que necesite alquilar un coche, el servicio es simplemente fenomenal. ¡Hubo un pequeño problema pero Alex lo resolvió con gran satisfacción! Gran equipo, gran servicio y fácil acceso.

Solo estábamos en el estacionamiento de al lado para dejarlo fuera del horario de apertura. El empleado hablaba bien inglés y era amable. El autobús lanzadera al aeropuerto se fue con nosotros tan pronto como entregamos la llave.

Mala actitud y grosero.
¡¡¡Tienen reglas extrañas que no son las mismas que otras compañías de alquiler de autos! ¡¡¡Rechazan mi tarjeta de crédito porque no está emitida en el mismo país con pasaporte!

Teníamos una reserva con Alamo para un coche de alquiler en el aeropuerto de Málaga.
Cuando llegamos, solo permitían el pago con tarjeta de crédito (solo tarjeta física). Solo tuve que tirar mi teléfono o mi reloj sin contacto, y no aceptaron esto como método de pago (me refirieron varias veces a las cuatro páginas de términos y condiciones).
Pero entonces empezó el pésimo servicio. Preguntamos si podían usar la tarjeta de mi marido, eso no fue posible. ¿Qué tal si lo agregamos como conductor?: Eso no es posible.
En ese punto se vuelve ridículo. Pedimos que nos cambiaran la reserva a mi marido, eso tampoco es posible. Preguntamos ¿por qué? El coche está ahí, estaba reservado para nosotros.
Nos dijeron que el coche pasaría a manos de otra persona. Lo que nos pueden ofrecer es subirnos al lanzadera para volver a la terminal y podemos preguntar si alguna empresa tiene coche disponible para nosotros (con dos niños pequeños y 3 maletas grandes).

¡Afortunadamente para nosotros, la empresa de al lado (Click and Rent) tenía autos disponibles y el servicio más increíble!

Del precio que queriamos contratar por 7 dias de alquiler. 247€ al ir a realizar el pago por tarjeta.nos querian cobrar 200 €, por adelantado, por fianza.
Por supuesto me negue a hacerlo y asi se lo hice saber a la empleada que me atendio al realizar mi protesta!
Quiso hacerme creer que era un pago normal.entre todas las empresas de alquiler de vehiculos.argumento que se lo rebati y que me hizo cancelar el contrato. Lo hice por menos precio €233 €, y sin fianza.en ALL IN.
Que tomen nota en ENTEPRISE MALAGA! UN abuso!
No escrito en la web cuando haces la reserva y cuando vas a realizar el pago.te quieren cobrar la Fianza.por la cara!

Buena atención en esta oficina. Iba enfadado desde la oficina del aeropuerto de Jerez y ellos me tranquilizaron con un buen servicio para no perder el vuelo.

My first impresion was bad when I found out they are not inside the airport and I do have to walk around 5 min to take a shuttle. That could be normal with big airports but Malaga is not the case. My plane was landing just 20 min before they were closing but they called me in the morning to let me know no matter when I land they will be there waiting for me. The shuttle driver amazing, he told me again their priority is service and they never fail a customer. When I arrive to their garage the young lady that took care of my reservation was also amazing and latter the manager that was there too. The rental was not cheap but the service received from the shuttle driver to the manager was outstanding. I have to say that it was December 24th at 5 PM so the normal thing is to find people mad wanting to go home with their families but not there. The next day I had an issue with the car but they fixed it right away. Enterprise coorporate, take care of that team in Malaga airport cause is difficult to find good employees like that.

I received a car with a discharged battery. No contact with the Office, and now they are trying to charger me for getting a road assistance for a badly maintained fleet.

El día 11 de noviembre de 2022 alquilé el coche en el aeropuerto de Málaga, y me atendió un empleado amable y cortés, que incluso me dio un coche de gama más alta. Sin embargo, el día 29 de diciembre se 2022 me atendió una empleada de modo muy deficiente. Me equivoqué al realizar la reserva, y no quiso cambiarla, alegando que no podía, en contra de lo que me indicaron en la central a la que llamé, un teléfono 800. Además me dijo que no tenía coches disponibles, y que me fuera a otra compañía cercana, AVIS. La cuestión es que anulé la reserva, con un cargo de 50 euros, e hice otra reserva. De igual modo la empleada pasaba de mí, pues sólo le interesaban los clientes extranjeros. Me ofrecieron un Opel Corsa, a lo que me negué, porque había reservado un Seat Toledo o similar, además de querer de modo insistente que contratara otros seguros. Al final me dieron mi coche, en contra de lo que me había dicho antes de anular y hacer otra reserva y enviarme a otra empresa de alquiler. Eso sí, cuando llegaban los no nacionales los atendían de inmediato, dejando a los ciudadanos españoles de lado en todo momento. Por supuesto que no vuelvo a alquilar nunca más. Un trato horrible y muy deficiente.

La peor empresa de alquileres de coches 0% recomendable nos dieron un pequeño golpe que hicieron un bollo, se hizo parte amistoso y como es normal lo dijimos y nos querían cobrar a nosotros 1700 + 400 euros por un bollo que si no pagábamos eso no tramitaban ni el parte amistoso incluso poniéndolo en duda, pedí hoja de reclamaciones y no me la dieron hasta que llame a la policía una vergüenza de sitio además era un bmw fatal cuidado, querían arreglar el coche a nuestra costa.una vergüenza.

When returning the car Alfonso was professional and made it real smooth for us returning the car. Shuttle was there in 5 minutes. Pick up was smooth (no pressure for added insurance) and relatively quick. Car was clean and nice. Drop off was super smooth and fast. Overall great value.

Tener cuidado que se intentan aprovechar de la gente los coches en mal estado y como te den un toquecito van a querer sacar partido unos cara duras, franquicias abusibas e injustificadas.

Por avería de mi coche, alquilé un Seat en Interprise del aeropuerto de Málaga y con entrega en Interprise de Marbella, y la verdad es que no tuve ningún problema, todo lo contrario, personal muy amable y muy resolutivo, entregando el vehículo un día antes de lo acordado y sin problemas para la devolución del depósito y de ese día menos de alquiler. Todo perfecto. Gracias.

No alquiléis coches en está empresa son lo peor que me he encontrado además del trato al público que fue lamentable la mujer que hay encargada allí no sabe tratar a los clientes además faltando al respeto y poniendo en duda un parte amistoso que se hizo ya que de viaje me rozaron el coche y como es normal se hizo parte amistoso ya que me habían dado a mi el hombre decía que tenia un ángulo muerto y echo el coche para atrás sin mirar y me rozo muy poco el coche pero el se hizo cargo del daño y se hizo parte amistoso y sin problema pero cuando llegue a entregar el coche se lo comento a la chica que hay recibiendo las entregas de coches y directamente sin mirar el parte dice que puede ser falso porque no esta bien relleno y que tengo que pagar mas de 1000€ de franquicia por un roce pequeño y este coche cuando me lo entregaron no le faltaba un lugar que no estuviera mal y quieren arreglar el coche entero acosta de uno incluso dijo que hacia falta pintar el coche entero además el coche se nota que lo reparan fatal a coste bajo para que ellos se queden mas de la mitad de la franquicia como beneficio ya qué la luna delantera el sensor de lluvia no funcionaba y se notaba que habían desmontado todo el coche y tenia el espejo retrovisor sin encajar y casi colgando y como si yo hubiese echo todo lo que tenia el coche hasta le faltaban piezas cuando me lo entregaron además a mitad de camino tuve que parar el coche ya que entro en reserva de adblue y pare en una gasolinera a comprarlo y ese dinero tampoco se me ha sido reembolsado. LOS COCHES LOS ENTREGAN SIN REVISAR Y ECHOS PEDAZOS LA PEOR EMPRESA QUE HE VISTO Y EL TRATO DEPLORABLE UNA VERGÜENZA.

We had a reservation at another car rental place (clickrent) but the service there was very very bad. Last minute we decided to go to another place. The manager at Enterprise understood our situation and helped us immediately without reservation. For good service you´ll have to go to Enterprise!

First class experience at Enterprise car rental, Malaga Airport, in May 2022. The vehicles all appeared to be new or nearly new, the staff were helpful and professional, and the collection and return process was quick and stress-free. The Enterprise office is technically off-airport, but it's very close to the terminal and the company operates a regular shuttle bus. I was served by Sandra when I collecting my vehicle and Pedro on its return. Both were very pleasant to deal with.

Not a great experience. While it may seem that they have a fair price, you should be aware of the unfair policies. Avoid if possible.

Used every year! But not anymore. The prices have shot right up to previous years. Not by a little, by a lot. There are other car rentals on the same area for a lot cheaper, with the same quality and service.

Prise en compte tardive du véhicule avec un vol arrivant à 23h10 peu avant la fermeture de l'agence à 0h00. Rassuré car la navette bus m'attendait personnellement à la sortie du terminal, il y a moins de 5 minutes de trajet jusqu'à l'agence. Véhicule en état neuf et propre. Retour simple avec très peu d'attente pour le retour par la navette bus vers l'aéroport. Très satisfait de ce loueur et du personnel

I spent the last 25 years traveling around the world both for work and family vacations. I have rented cars numerous times during those trips from different companies. There are so many car rentals out there, and they differ from one to the other. Some are good, some are average, while others don’t even deserve to rent a bicycle.
However, one car rental agency absolutely stands out above all of them, and I am not speaking about just Enterprise, but Enterprise Malaga Airport. They have this manager, Juan who is exceptional. I have rented from them at leas 6 times in the last couple of years. Last rental from them was March 7th, 2022. When I arrived at the Malaga airport, the shuttle bus driver was already there waiting for me. He was very nice, friendly, and brought me immediately to the agency. Juan was there waiting for me, already had my favorite Mercedes Class B ready, and all the paperwork done. I was on the road driving within 5 minutes. Nowadays, when I travel to Malaga, I book directly with them, and don’t even bother to browse around for other rental companies over there.

A great experience all round, their staff were very friendly and welcoming. The car we had was top quality and had plenty of space for our 3 week family trip, Apple Car play was huge bonus for navigation. Will definitely use Enterprise for our next trip going through Malaga airport!

La pire expérience de ma vie en matière de location de voiture, personnel pas professionnel et menteur, m'annonce qu'il n'y a plus de voiture au milieu de la nuit sans solution alternative de façon agressif, modifie les numéros des clients pour justifier de faux appels pour prévenir alors que le fichier client de la hotline a le bon numéro, lisez tous les avis et évitez cette agence en particulier le monsieur de la réception qui s'enferme dans son bureau comme une fillette quand on lui demande de trouver une solution, une étoile pour ne pas mettre moins un courrier a été envoyé au des en Espagne.worst car rental experience ever, unprofessional and lying staff, tells me there is no car left in the middle of the night with no alternative aggressively, changes customer numbers to justify false calls to prevent when the hotline customer file has the right number, read all the notices and avoid this agency in particular the gentleman at the reception who locks himself in his office like a little girl when he is asked to find a solution, one star not to put less a CLAIM was sent to local desk in Spain.

Todo muy bien, excepto que la recogida del coche no es en aeropuerto. Te recoge un bus de cortesía. Pero entre la espera y el traslado, todo se hace demasiado largo

El seguro a todo riesgo no incluye neumáticos o el techo del coche.

Puede parecer que no es un problema, pero el coche que devolví tenía el techo aparentemente un poco rayado que nadie vio cuando lo entregué.
No sólo pagué el seguro que no sirvió para nada si no que tuve que pagar que repintaran el techo a un precio inflado en comparación a talleres de la zona.

Evitad esta empresa Enterprise como su versión low cost Alamo, hay muchas empresas donde el seguro a todo riesgo es lo esperado y no hay trampas.

Perfect carrental with Alamo Rent a car in Malaga airport.

All staff very polite both the busdrivers that took us to and from the airport, the women at checkin (Sandra) and check out women.

We had a perfect car for a family of five, that was a little upgrade from the one we booked from home. The price was excellent. They listed the possible options for extra insurance but accepted our “No Thanks” at first attempt!

Very quick getting us the car and as well at delivering it back.

Would like to use Alamo for our next carrental.

Good price and friendly service. The cars need a bit more attention though. On the first one, neither of the rear passenger doors would open from the inside. We got a replacement, but it also had some small problems (empty windscreen washer tank, etc.)

Rented from Enterprise twice in the last month and couldn't be happier! Great cars (a Mercedes A Class on for my most recent rental), simple collection/drop off, friendly staff and no trying to charge for tiny scratches to the car like other rental companies. Would definitely use them again.

We have been in Dollar rent car/Hertz and wanted to take the car which was booked for us. We had not our passport with us but we had our Internation ID card and Driver license and then we spend 2 hours to go to Marbella and pick up our passports. We told to the Dollar rent car/Hertz that we will be back and take our car and if you want you can take our driver license or ID and keep the car intill we will be back. But when we came back they told us that we rented our your car because you are late. We explained the situation than they made new booking for us and take money from us again. It costs around 250 Euro more because i came back with my family and i had not more alternative! They are really bad company. The woman who met us in this place was really bad impatient.

Rented via rentalcars.com. In low season it is common that rent-a-cars give a bigger and better car. This agency gave us the oldest and smallest car possible (I somehow suspect it was inferior to the class we’ve booked) - Mitsubishi Mirage with 40000km. It was very used, seats unpleasantly stained, radio not working properly (it didn’t play Spotify via USB properly, played only 1 song at a time then jammed). Gladly we didn’t book for the whole stay. Switched to Wiber, that for even smaller fee gave us totally new Nissan Qashqai with only 1000km

We’ve been waiting for 40 min for the shuttle bus in Malaga airport! Tried to call all possible numbers and they just don’t pick up! What is this?

Je laisse rarement des commentaires mais si cela peut aider d'autres personnes Alamo Malaga sont très professionnel super gentil à l'écoute j'avais demandé une voiture mais elle était trop petite car entre-temps ma fille a eu la jambe plâtrée, j'ai demandé si je pouvais en avoir une un peu plus grande et c'est avec grand plaisir qui sont aller me la chercher et m'ont solutionné le problème.
Il n'y a aucun frais cachés.

I had an absolutely fabulous experience with this branch of Enterprise. I wanted a car just for day a trip to the mountains near Malaga. The staff was really fast and friendly. Within three minutes after entering I was sitting in the car ready to drive off. The car was clean and everything was functioning for 100% The return of the car didn't take a longer than two minutes and then I was taken by the shuttle bus to the airport terminal. That's what I call a 5 * service! Thank you guys for all!

Cuento mi experiencia, el 3 Septiembre llegamos al Aeropuerto de Málaga, previo mensaje informativo de Enterprise nos dirigimos al lugar de encuentro de traslado a oficina para recoger el vehículo, nos trasladan muy rapidito y amablemente en un vehículo de 9 plazas. La chica muy simpática y a la vuelta un chico igualmente súper agradable. Bueno, llegamos y nos recibe Álvaro un empleado encantador nos informa de todo, una persona encantadora, a destacar nos da un coche superior con el mismo precio limpio y nuevo, otra cosa importante no exigen targeta de crédito la de visa debito es suficiente no pusieron ninguna pega, el seguro a todo riesgo, sin límite de kilometraje y 50 euros de fianza que se nos devolvió muy rápidamente a la devolución del vehículo. Mi experiencia fue muy satisfactoria sin duda, cuando vuelva a Málaga será la empresa elegida. Muchísimas gracias por poner las cosas tan fáciles Enterprise y gracias a Álvaro qué nos trató de manera inmejorable. Un saludo desde Tenerife

Alow at least an hour if your catching a plane. It's late drop offs and arrivals that cause everyone else problems and clean before you return. Treat the car like you would if you'd just bought it! Rented lots of cars and this was one of the easiest even the staff on the shuttle bus where their nicest I've met.

Very bad experience, we rented a car on August and it was broken at late night on Sunday and they replace it next day, with all stress and frustration we had at that time, they charged us the road assistance of 120 euro after one month on the visa.also charge fine of 25 euro twice for the same day and time, first charge after 2 weeks and second charge after one one month on our visa, not sure if they have more surprises for us down the road.

Une location gâché par l'accueil passable et aggressif de Mr Juan Dominguez.
Réservation effectué sur internet quelques semaines plus tôt pour 16 jours avec un siège enfant.
Le Monsieur essaye absolument de m'ajouter l'assurance en plus de 162€ à trois reprises. Et il apprécie pas du tout que je refuse celle-ci.
Je lui annonce ensuite qu'il me faut un siège auto comme indiqué sur ma réservation prépayé et la le ton monte.
Ils ont à tord un detail différent et sans siége sur leur ecran et me crie que je dois payer 70€ de plus!
heureusement que j'avais imprimé tout le document. Il a fallu que la responsable de l'agence s'en mêle et lui explique que "c'est moi le client" et que si j'ai deja tout payé alors qu'il doit me remettre mon siege auto.
Au final une belle voiture pour nos 16 jours et le regret de ne pas avoir eu le Mr d'a côté qui avait l'air sur sympa et rigoler avec les clients.

Great service. We drove from Seville to Granada, Alpujarras, and Malaga, and the car did great. No hidden charges or fees. Reliable, comfy car. Friendly staff and good service. We called to change the return time and they changed it straight away with no charge. We couldn't be happier.

Best service in malaga. Though the competition isn't much. Pleasant staff nicely prepped car. The experience here was streets ahead of my last malaga hire.

Had another good Enterprise experience here. Friendly, efficient. Airport van took a while to show up at the airport but we asked other van drivers and we were in the right spot (keep walking. It's at the end of the terminal; and exit the terminal, don't follow rental car signs). Oh, and my flights changed from delays so based on reviews i made a new reservation for the correct time and the staff commented that that was a good idea because they only hold cars for an hour or two.

Its not in the airport terminal, need to get a shuttle to the shop which i wasn't aware of when i booked as i thought i had done the research on it.once in the shop the service is quick with the usual trying to sell more unnecessary insurance and better cars. EU needs to fix this rip off of customers, getting annoying renting a car. Return was smooth as they can't sell you anything.still like enterprise.

I've seen on trip adviser few not nice reviews about this company and I was a bit afraid to take a car from them but we took a risk and that was the best decision we could make. The staff is absolutely lovely and helpful, lady offer us even better car for a really good price. Our holiday was much nicer as we travel around Malaga and the car we rented was much more comfortable so basically was pleasure to travel from one place to another. Thank you so much Sandra for your help and patience! (We had some problems with payments and she gave as a lot of attention to fix the problem).
