The service provided by Helen and the team was second to none. Arrived when they said they would, took the time they said it was. Looks amazing, very tidy and professional install.

Envirocare installed a new heating and A/C system in our duplex penthouse in La Quinta Village, following a detailed appraisal of the required unit. The friendly team came to do the work soon after my confirmed Order, arrived when they said they would, competently completed the job and cleared up afterwards.
Our systems is easy to operate, and kept us cozily warm in winter, and cool in summer.
I would thoroughly recommend Envirocare.

Great company to deal with, on time, good quality of work and sensibly priced, would reccommend

I booked this company to deal with a leak on an aircon unit. It was suggested that the units needed a service which was then carried out. The leak persisted the following evening although the engineer did suggest some work may be required to the pipework outside and I should let him know to book this in.

I tried to do this via whats app (June 24) and was ignored by both the engineer and the lady called Helen.

I decided to enquire about their complaints book on the evening of July 5th. I received a reply the very same evening - unsurprisingly.

Another reviewer received a reply from this company stating ‘we care about our customers’ - this is not the case in my experience and I would not recommend them.

I was invited to complete this review by Envirocare so here it is.

A slight tweak to the system several weeks later was also dealt with immediately.
My system is easy to operate, and kept me cozily warm last winter, and cool this summer.

I received a lot of pertinent useful information and advice from the technician who came to do the AC service. Plus he was on time, and efficient. I have been using this company since May 1999 when they installed our first AC unit and can highly recommend them.

Installation of solar/hot water system incl.hot water tank.
The installation was done quickly and well, but then it was over. After service was very poor. I have sent several emails and had several phone calls, without getting help. They promise to call back, but never do. I'm surprised they're not interested in retaining their customers, and it seems I need to seek out competitors to get help. Do not be fooled by a good installation when you can not get help later. Not even during the warranty period.

03.11.2021After this feedback, I have received an answer (you can read below) where they try to place the responsibility on reasons related to my villa. This is pure nonsense as the house is equipped with their solution more than 15 years ago. It seems that they do not know anything about the products they deliver. The case does not get better from such feedback.

I used this company to install a new a/c system approximately three years ago. With the exception of a few hours, the air conditioning never worked. They subsequently informed me that there must have been a leak in the original pipes that were installed at the time the apartments were built and washed their hands of the whole lot. I recently contacted them again to see if there was some conclusion we could come too, but received no response Be very careful with this lot.

Loved working with this company. They installed for one of my clients. Their attention to detail was amazing. Their communication and information perfect.

While dealing with them, I received a lots of photos and videos and products samples for me to agree. Great company to deal with.
I really do recommend them.
