Aeropuerto pequeño, algunas tiendas libres de impuestos realmente bonitas y artículos muy baratos disponibles. Genial con el balcón mirador externo.

Genuinamente, el proceso más sencillo y sin dolor que he experimentado con un alquiler de autos.
Como se prometió, sin cargos ocultos, política de combustible lleno a lleno que debería ser estándar.
Personal amable y muy confiado, sin tonterías exigentes tratando de hacernos tropezar o cobrarnos extra.
Dudo que alguna vez vuelva a usar una compañía diferente de la que voy a España.

Muy fácil de usar. Un poco de caminata desde el aeropuerto pero no más de diez minutos y muy fácil de encontrar. Servicio rapido. Sin presiones de venta. El coche no está impecable, pero no se hizo ningún alboroto por su estado en el momento de la recogida o la devolución. Definitivamente lo usaría de nuevo. (Reservamos a través de Zest)

Excelente, sin problemas de empresa. Hizo un cambio refrescante alquilar un automóvil de una manera tan sencilla. Los recomendaría mucho y sin duda los usaré en el futuro.

Good guys. No attempt to con us into paying for extras. Nice and straightforward. We got a small puncture on one tyre. This wasn't covered by the policy. The came out immediately with a new car. As the puncture could be repaired without significant cost there was no extra charge. All the people I dealt with were nice and reasonable. I will look to use them in future when in Spain.

We have booked our hire cars through Espacar for many years. We find there one inclusive price hard to beat. The pick up and drop off could not be easier, there are no insurance arguments (it's all in the price).
The staff are helpful and the cars have been in great order.

The car was great. No complaints there. Also, once we found the car park to pick up, administrative work was quick. However, they don't appear to have a brick and mortar office. The map I was initially sent showed us going to one car park and someone would be there. We could not find anyone. We went back and forth between Spain and Gibraltar.

Finally found another map on their website under FAQ and that led us to the car. The attendant was able to call the agent to get him. That said, they did send a cell number to call if there was an issue. We called it. It never went through. We had a local call it, nothing. It was frustrating and took an hour of our time in high heat.

Again, the car itself was great.

Returning the car was another level of frustration. We returned the car to Malaga airport. We were told NOT to use express parking or go into the rental cars parking. Again, no brick and mortar.

We must have circled the airport a dozen times. We asked an airport agent and the Police to find P2 where we were to leave it. They directed us to express parking and/or car rental parking.

We eventually gave up and parked it in P1. I had to email them to communicate. I did try to call them but got no answer. In an email they said they were busy.

The part I'm not comfortable with is no agent was able to check the car to confirm there was no damage. I took pictures but I'm unclear yet if I'll have unusual charges.

Despite all this, the agent we dealt with in La Linea and the emails from when we dropped off the car in Malaga were ok and I'm hoping there isn't any issue.

If it weren't for our struggles of getting the car and dropping it off, I'd rate this much higher.

Great service and a great car. This location is perfect if you are flying into Gibraltar but need a car for driving in Spain. I would use again.

Hired a car for 16 days with all inclusive insurance. Good service and trustworthy at a convenient location from Gibraltar Airport. No hassle, no problems.

Superb service from a superb company. Reliable and efficient. No dodgy add ons or cons like other Spanish car rental companies. First time I have used them and will go straight for them next time.

Good Little Car, Great Service Cheerful, perfect English spoken - easy collection/drop off - will use again whilst in Gibraltar on business which i fly to most months to sign documents & meetings one after another quickly.
Visit (La Linea) its interesting & this is the beach they smuggle drugs at night & people into Spain at night, I went for a couple beers & watched 3 inflatables land & about 20 friendly migraints get off & get picked up by a Spanish van right under the Police's nose as they drove past several times LOL This i reckon is how they get into England 1 Euro for a beer & a view of the beach at night, safe walking around & taxi over the boarder into GIBRALTAR

So far so good, easy pick up from the underground car park, staff were very helpful, car is as new, excess wavier included, no deposit required.
What a pleasant experience for a change.

Yes yes yes! My wife and I can't recommend Espacar enough. Affordable staright-forward rental No hidden charges or fees, no crazy deposit, unlimited mileage, no problems stress free car rental for our honeymoon. We almost went with Autos Aquirre SL (which is a disaster, steer clear). We can't wait to use Espacar anytime we go back down to Andalucia. We hope Espacar can grow their business to all regions of Spain, kind, honest and prompt staff with great clean cars.

I would highly recommend Espacar, reasonably priced, no extra charges on pick up, English speaking and excellent communication and service.

We hired a car from Espacar in Sept 2019, and as per usual the collection was quick and efficient. The vehicle supplied was in good condition.
Dropping off was equally easy. Would recommend Espacar for your hire needs

Did not know there office is by car park entrance just need to ask at gate we were delayed so it was 9 pm pick up had to ask guy were the stop start button was as never driven car before lovely new car no extras the price agreed was what we paid, Paul

Very easy to find hire company by exiting airport and walking through passpoprt control and baggage scan small offices through to Spanish side (La Linea). Walk through the main area with car hire and cafe booths and cross the road to the underground carpark- Fo Cona. A man was waiting near the exit barriers just inside and directed us to where the car was located. The car was in very good condiion, appeared fairly new and was full of fuel. I was asked to return it full (and there are quite a few garages around or near to La Linea if using expressways). On return, I dropped off the key with the car park attendant in the booth next to the exit who helps with key pick-ups and drop-offs when espacar staff are not available. I found all staff very pleasant and easy to work with and would happily use this company again as it was cost-effective and very professional (unlike some others I've used in the past) with zero excess and a free 2nd driver as standard.

This was the second time we’ve used Espacar and both times, the service and the car were excellent.
I would much prefer to receive the car with a full tank and return it full. We did this last time, but this time it was three quarters full which was difficult to judge. That was the only negative.
I’d definitely recommend this company to anyone flying in to Gibraltar Airport, it’s a very short walk across the border from the terminal and saves you having to drive over the border, which can be very slow.

5 star service. No hidden costs. Got the car 5 minutes after turned up. Full insured so no need of inspection before and after.

When flying to Gibraltar it is really convenient to pick up the car over the border in Spain, so avoiding the border queue, especially the long queue when returning to the airport. The booking service is efficient. The staff are very friendly and the cars are always clean. The price is also very competitive.

Having dealt with Espacar for 25 years+ I obviously consider them to be the best otherwise I would have gone elsewhere.

I use Espacar a lot and they provide excellent customer service and good vehicles, very helpful people.

Happy with the car and price, however we had an extremely long wait in a very hot underground car park in La Linea to collect the car on our last trip in September. There was one man on duty to look after all customers. The company know how many vehicles they have hired at any one time and should provide enough staff to cope with the demand.

I have used Espacar a few times. I am very happy with this rental service unlike Record Go. I trust Espacar, the booking is easy, staff are friendly and there are no hidden fees or unexpected added costs. Well done Espacar.

We got a Fantastic new car with an sunroof we didn't really expect which was a happy surprise. Service was friendly and efficient and the prices were very reasonable. They are one of the few honest rental places in La Linea which do not ask you to return the tank empty which is a common scam to get you to pay more. Can't recommend enough!

Pickup was really smooth as usual. Car was clean and worked well. Really excellent service! Will use again next April.

I always use Espacar when I need a rental car, as they have a very convienent pick up and drop system at La Linea/ Gibraltar and Malaga Airport. My only criticism is they could offer some sort of insentive or reward scheme for repeat customers like me.

I have used this company many times.
The service is excellent with helpful friendly staff.
The cars are all like new. High quality.
