Muy bien la experiencia. Sin embargo, tened en cuenta que si tenéis que devolver el vehículo fuera del horario de apertura del aeropuerto, el buzón donde se devuelven las llaves está dentro del aeropuerto. Espero que pongan uno en el aparcamiento.

Tuvimos una gran experiencia de alquiler. La persona que nos atendió fue encantadora, no fue difícil contratar el seguro más alto que normalmente nos dicen que DEBEMOS tener de otras compañías.

No había cola para recoger el coche, a diferencia de Goldcar, al lado, donde había una cola enorme.
Literalmente, tomó unos minutos desde llegar a la sala de llegadas hasta subir al auto. La respuesta más rápida que hemos recibido al recoger un coche de alquiler.

El precio era bueno (el mismo que Goldcar). Obtuvimos un Clio prácticamente nuevo con solo unos pocos miles de millas recorridas. Era un auto de calidad superior a lo que solicitamos. Todos los daños sufridos por el vehículo en el momento de la recogida se registraron claramente por escrito, por lo que no hay lugar a ambigüedades en el momento de la devolución.

Caminamos unos metros para recoger el coche en el parking del aeropuerto.

Al regresar, la entrega fue muy fácil, simplemente estacionó el auto y dejó las llaves en un buzón. Hicimos una pregunta a través de What's App sobre los arreglos de devolución y recibimos una respuesta cortés de inmediato.

Recibí una confirmación detallada de que el automóvil fue devuelto en las condiciones en que lo recibimos al día siguiente.

Hemos alquilado vehículos a numerosas empresas de alquiler, desde grandes grupos hasta pequeños proveedores locales, y esta fue, con diferencia, una de las mejores experiencias de mi vida.

Muy buena experiencia, especialmente muy buen trato por parte de Marta Ortuño, tratando de buscar soluciones y atendiendo con diligencia y amabilidad.

Servicio rápido y decente. Tengo un buen auto. La recogida fue fácil y la devolución fue rápida. Recibí todo mi depósito. Para dejarlo, debe conducir por el área de estacionamiento frente a la terminal.

Excellent service. Maybe slightly more expensive upfront but no hidden charges or expenses when the car is returned.

Muy buen servicio. Coche limpio y cómodo. Fácil la recogida y devolución en el Aeropuerto de Almería.

SERVICIO PÉSIMO. Nos confirman un vehículo y cuando llegamos ya lo habían alquilado y nos dejan sin coche. Y encima nos faltan al respeto. NUNCA MÁS!

A very smooth experience, a staff member stayed on after they closed at 5pm so we could pick up the car.

It was easy to collect the car, no queues and car parked very near main airport building. Staff helpful and polite. Drop-off point was quite hard to find, you have to drive all the way round past the airport and back towards the exit.
Cost of reducing excess makes hiring a car very expensive.

Le doy una estrella porque no se puede dar menos. Fuimos con nuestra reserva y nos dicen que no hay coches y ni solución ni nada. Si quisieran trabajar, cuando les llega la reserva se hubieran preocupado por que la oficina de Almería les lleve un coche. Un fiasco. Por si le sirve a alguien, eviten Europcar

The vehicles always have body damage not declared on the rental contract on departure. If you do not take photos (because there is almost never an agent to do a checking on departure) you will receive an invoice to pay for scratches you didn't make. Make sure or be sure that your credit card includes rental insurance.

NO CONTRATAR EL COCHE EN EL AEROPUERTO (ladrones)
Viernes 3 Dic, llegamos al aeropuerto de ALMERIA en un vuelo a las 17 H, (hora según contrato), después de esperar a recorger las maletas facturaradas, llegamos al puesto de EUROPCAR a las 17.23 H. Sorpresa, nos dicen que hemos llegado fuera de horario porque cierran a las 17.00H y nos cobrar 63 eur por coger el coche más tarde. Hemos cogido Europcar por media España y jamás nos habiamos tenido ningún problema. NO VOLVERÉ A CONTRATAR UN COCHE CON EUROPCAR Y TAMPOCO CON INTER RENT (SEGUNDA MARCA DE EUROPCAR).
Teníamos opciones más baratas de otras compañias en ALMERIA CIUDAD y optamos por coger el coche en el aeropuerto por comodidad, a pesar que no nocesitabamos el coche el primer dia.

Termino, NO CONTRATAR NINGUN COCHE EN EL AEROPUERTO CON EUROPCAR

Ladrones. Mala experiencia. Pagas por internet y es imposible llevarse el coche por lo que has pagado. Usan la excusa de la tarjeta de crédito/débito para hacerte pagar más. No te avisan del IVA y el precio es otro.
Pagas para tener "franquicia 0", pero es mentira y lo pone en la letra pequeña.un larguísimo etc. Ahórrate un disgusto y simplemente ve a otra compañía.
El coche estaba bien, y menos mal porque habría sido el colmo.

Got a rental car that smelled of smoke! Have called several times, but the company has not come up with a solution. Definitely do not recommend renting from them.

Comprueba precios, nunca por Internet. Somos unos afectados por estafa y ellos se lavan las manos. Al llegar a ventanilla el precio inicial se triplica.

Muy buen servicio al cliente, nos atendió Adela que fue super amable y eficiente. Nos abrió la oficina a pesar de llegar tarde. Gracias Adela!

Had to pay more for the insurance. Than the car. I already had insurance cover. But would not give me car.unless I took there insurance cover

Te intentan nada mas que vendes complementos con varias tarifas, es decir unos extras que hay que tener cuidado y prestar buena atencion para que no te los cobren.

Alquiler de coche el domingo 18 de agosto, excelente profesional la persona que nos atendió.

Muy mala experiencia, te van a marear con incrementos de precios no justificados, si no te quedas directamente en tierra porque no te acepten una tarjeta de débito, si quieres evitarte problemas cambia de compañía

Probably one of the most expensive costs is car hire when travelling abroard to spain but needed to get around.
Europcar is Expensive but helpful and efficient the only one I would recommend to use at this airport without issues!
Avoid prebokk online car rental scams and ensure you read small print when booking companies like third party booking brokers online “ do it spain “or “auto group “there a scam could find yourself out of pocket as they issues vouchers online its very hard to get a refund infact inpossible when you arrive at the airport if there are any booking issues or deposit requests added on arrival.
Book in person when you get of the plane ️ is advisable to ensure your not ripped off.
If your from abroard when booking car hire with Europcar your usually see the transaction pending then the actual funds come out about a week later, they also take a £300 deposit

Vechicles a availble straightaway on-site once of the plane without any pre books or online scams avoid thrifty rental and hertz who ask for a holding deposit from a credit card of £1000
Recommend pay extra for the fully comp while driving abroard
Recovery assistant is quick but if you need a replacement vechicle and you have a big family you need to make your way to next car hire centre yourself to collect vechicle as the recovery truck can only take one person usually bring your damaged car mikes from original destination. So be prepared as most cars only carry repair kits not actual spare tyres.

No me gustó nada te dan las llaves del coche y bes ha fuera ha buscarlo un parking grandioso y te sientes perdida y sin nadie q te atienda y con las maletas y te aconsejo q revises bien el coche porque ha un teniendo el seguro d atodo riesgo las quemaduras d la tapicería no las cubre y un royo os aconsejo mucho cuidado

Rude and without respect! I rent a car every 2 months in almeria at Thrifty. Never problems, friendly and obliging. Now by the early hour arrival at Europcar, NEVER MORE!

Des anarqueurs! Je ne voulais absolument pas prendre d assurances pour ma voiture.car je dispose d'une carte GOLD, la dame m a baratiné en español comme quoi elle n avait pas les papiers du véhicule pour faire l état de la voiture. Que la moindre griffes c'était 200 euros.

J avais réservé sur rentalcar, elle a osé me dire qu elle l assurance que j avais prise que ce n'était pas possible. Etcccc

Aucune communication entre les 2 sites.

Elle m a également pris ma carte, sûrement regardé le compte pour faire leurs prix à leur sauce.

Je ne vais pas en rester là! Chaque fois c'est la même chose, ces loueurs de voiture nous gâchent notre début de vacances!

Went on line, searched out a car for what I wanted to pay, Europcar came out best. When I collected the car from the airport the assistant charged me nearly double then made me sign a form to say there was a bit of damage on the car already then gave me another form entirely because when I got to the car there was no damage. What happened to the signed damage form and why was the price nearly twice the quote. Very dodgy.we'll see when I take the car back.

Help yourself to money from my Credit Card without explanation of justification emailed yourself TWICE and you haven’t come up with any resolution. Terrible service never ever going to rent from you again.
