Europcar Marbella

Alquilé 2 vehículos (tipo Opel Corsa). No pude recoger los vehículos en la fecha prevista. Me presenté al día siguiente a recoger los 2 coches y la persona del mostrador quería regalarme 2 fiat 500. Insistiendo mucho logré conseguir 1 fiat 500 y 1 citroen c3.
No condujimos mucho los vehículos. Los vehículos fueron devueltos en las mismas condiciones que cuando partieron, con el mismo nivel de combustible (videos de apoyo).
Para mi gran sorpresa y sin ninguna prueba, me quitaron dinero de mi tarjeta bancaria.
Finalmente, no encuentro la dirección de correo electrónico para comunicarme con la agencia sobre este tema.

¿Listo para arruinar tu día? Marque EuropCar. La empresa arquetípica grande e indiferente. Capturaron mi reserva incorrectamente y la confirmaron a una tasa. Luego incumplió el precio acordado y trató de cobrarme 500 EUR más. Evitar a toda costa.

Bueno es un lugar de alquiler de coches donde la atención para mí es un poco pobre y el tratamiento al cliente y encima te hacen bajar a un sótano a buscar el coche tu mismo creo que eso en particular está muy mal y dice mucho sobre la empresa

Réservation faite par Rentalcars un soir pour le lendemain matin à 9h30. Malgré ce délai extrêmement court, voiture à disposition à l'heure prévue. Véhicule propre et bien équipé. Personnel aimable et pro. Je conseille cette agence.

Reserva realizada por Rentalcars una tarde para la mañana siguiente a las 9.30h. A pesar de este tiempo extremadamente corto, el coche está disponible a la hora prevista. Vehículo limpio y bien equipado. Personal amable y profesional. Recomiendo esta agencia.

Siempre he alquilado mi coche en Marbella. Las damas allí, MariLoli y Eva, son muy serviciales y siempre volveré.

Al menos a mí el coche que me proporcionan sin a/a. Una única persona en el mostrador atendiendo haciendo que tengas que esperar muchísimo

I don’t normally leave reviews but I couldn’t let this one go.

Rented a car from Marbella, and had to put down the 100€ security deposit (no issue here)

The car given given with 2/8 fuel and was returned with 4/8 fuel.

Upon returning the car at the airport we were told all was in order, car was fine, fuel etc.

It’s now been over a month and security deposit has not been returned.

Europcar are saying that the car originally had 6/8 fuel which is a complete lie, and are now saying the 100€ is now being used as a re fuelling surcharge.

This is totally dishonest and unfair, and now after 5 days of trying to contact and get this resolved, we are being ignored.

I’ve been extremely satisfied ad would recommend europcar Marbella: the office opened 10 minutes before regular opening time and the lady was kind and efficient, the car I reserved was not available so I was give an upper class without extra costs. Online booking easy and fast, I returned the car beyond office hours with no extra charge, entire experience very positive. Thank you

Me han atendido muy bien y el precio me ha resultado bastante económico.

Han tardado mucho en la atención. Me pedían una tarjeta o efectivo para retirar un coche, cuando no correspondía. Me dieron un coche básico y con un golpe muy notorio en la parte trasera. Muy mal he de decir la empresa de mi renting también, Sabadell.

Pesimo servicio al cliente, de lo PEOR que he experimentado en mi vida. La chica que me ha atendido es una maleducada que no tiene ni idea de hacer su trabajo ni interes en aprender. Lo unico que he oido han sido negativas y evasivas para quitarse la llamada de encima y ademas ha demostrado no conocer su propia pagina web. Incapaz de responder o ayudar con preguntas basicas. Bastante deplorable, cuidado con quien contratais para trabajar al telefono por favor. La reputacion de la compañia esta en juego.

Rápida atención, coche en buen estado. Lo que no me gusto fue al momento de entregar en el aeropuerto donde las sras de la oficina me parecieron desagradables en el trato al cliente

MALA EXPERIENCIA, NO LO RECOMIENDO. Reserve con un mes de antelación un MINI - CABRIOLET, y caundo llame 2 dias antes para confirmar me dijeron que lo que tenia era un OPEL, me fastidiaron el finde a mi y a mi familia. Y eso no tiene precio.

Un personnel très efficace qui vous facilite la vie (on vous amène le véhicule le matin et on vient le rechercher le soir de la fin de votre location ou le lendemain matin à votre convenance de manière à vous laisser le loisir de l'utiliser le soir.

It is a SCAM. TOOK MONEY AND DIDN'T PROVIDE A CAR! I ordered a car hire and paid in full online. After few hours I received email fro EUROPCAR that my car is not available and because I ordered over Internet there will be no refund! The entire reservation is paid and it will not be refunded.
They deliberately publish car offers online that are at very attractive price and they know in advance order will not be fulfilled. And they simply keep the money.

Returned car driven from Toledo then rented another and drove to Cordoba. Straightforward and professional staff. No surprises either trip. Good cars.

حراميه. سلمت السياره مافيها اي شيء و بعد اسبوعين قالوا فيها شمخ و فيها مخالفه.
They are a thief. After i return the car about 2 W they said there is a traffic violence and some scratch in the care door. I will never recommend this company to any one i know

Me obligaron a firmar un parte de daños cuando el coche venia con ese desperfecto y lo ponia en el contrato. Jamas volvere a europcar. Como me negué a firmarlo me hicieron un cargo en mi tarjeta y para retrocederlo me obligaron a volver alli para firmarlo. Reclame a europcar y despues de un mes sin respuesta. Alertaros con esta delegacion.
