Europcar Nerja - Alquiler de Coches

Muy fácil de reservar. Dejar aparcado es complicado pero aparcar en Nerja siempre es complicado. Lo recomendaría altamente.

La tramitación y entrega del vehículo fue rápida y sencilla. Hicimos la reserva con antelación online a través del portal ADAC. Vehículo (Toyota Yaris) absolutamente bien. En el protocolo de entrega ya se indicaron daños menores en la parte delantera. Consejo: Al regresar, tómese un tiempo para encontrar un lugar para estacionar el vehículo. En general quedamos muy satisfechos y volveríamos a reservar.

En esta oficina de nerja nunca cogen el teléfono, dos dias q he necesitado algo llama q llama y nada nunca cogen, están pa una urgencia.

Personal amable que ofrece precios claros.
El único punto negativo es que al devolver el automóvil no hay estacionamiento designado, por lo que tuve que conducir un rato y luego estacionar el automóvil a unas calles de distancia.

Agence très à l'écoute, personnel très sympa! Voiture en excellent état.

This place is GREAT! Fastest rental car checkout we have ever had! The woman was super nice, efficient and gave us a great car - when my wife asked it they sold phone holders the woman dug around and GAVE us one for free!

Mucha razón, yo alquile una furgo con mi hermana y me cobraron 65 euros por faltarle una línea al marcador de la gasolina eso fue ya hace tres años.pero desde ahí ya no más con Europcar, ahora yo he comprado un coche y lo estoy alquilando por AMOVENS

Although there wasn't anyone in the office when I arrived early, I only waited a few minutes.

Quick processing rental and car was better than expected, clean, fueled and performed well. Used it to travel about 1000km, so well tested.

Dropped off with no problems, and after inspection refunded deposit pretty much straight away.

We always hire from Europcar, first class service, new hire cars, our forth time hiring from Europcar in Nerja. Good all round service that we recommend to anyone.

Recargo de 52€ por una hora de retraso. Mucho cuidado con esta compañía, por respirar pueden cobrarle un suplemento.

Many surprises taxes.we rented for one price.after the checkout the price was a little for 2 times.

Poca amabilidad, sin sitio donde aparcar el coche a la hora de devolverlo y te tienes que buscar la vida para dejarlo aparcado. En Nerja aparcar es misión casi imposible. No me avisaron de que no podía llevar perro y luego querían cobrarme 60€ porque había pelos. Lo tuve que aspirar yo. Fatal.

El horario desde el 1 de Diciembre hasta el 15 de Marzo es sólo por la mañana, de 9: 30 a 14: 00.

After 2 weeks they still didn't revoke my € 300,00 credit card reseservation. Complaining at their customerIDon'tCare "service" resulted in "nada", they just don't answer. Sloppy sloppy.

Had to wait 20 minutes before someone turned up. This was at 10 in the morning. The place works till 14.00. Surprising attitude for a company like Europcar!

Very bad service! They can't even speak english and they gave us a wrong seat for the child, it was broken and not the right seat for the weight of the child, although we had asked everything before. So we had to drive from Torrox to Nerja instead of going to a trip to request another seat.

La dirección si es la que aparece en la web: Avenida Mediterráneo, Edf. Toboso II Local 8, y se encuentra al lado del hotel Riu Mónica.

The adress isn't the actual one. The building is abandoned. I was realy shocked when I went there to get my car. It wasn't easy to get the information where the actual adress is located. The Eurocar office is next to the Rio Marinas Hotel, not far from the old adress.
