European Personal Training Institute - Estepona

Realmente disfruté el curso. Fueron un par de semanas intensas, pero aprendí mucho en tan poco tiempo. Toby, Caroline y Mike me brindaron un gran apoyo y recomendaría EPTI a cualquiera que esté buscando comenzar su carrera de entrenamiento personal.

Después de haber completado las titulaciones de instructor de gimnasio y entrenador personal con EPTI en Estepona, España, puedo decir que tuve una gran experiencia. Tanto Mike como Toby son instructores excelentes y conocedores. Las instalaciones del gimnasio también son excelentes y Estepona en sí es un gran lugar para ir. El aspecto en línea del aprendizaje está muy bien presentado y Caroline y Patrick ofrecieron muy buen apoyo y asesoramiento en todo momento.
Definitivamente no recomendaría EPTI a nadie que quiera activar estas calificaciones.

This course was an amazing experience. If you’re looking for a change of career or just looking to increase your knowledge on training, then this is the course for you. The tutors were all friendly and helpful, the location was good and the other students were all nice. So happy I’ve done this, it is up there with one of the best decisions I’ve ever made and I know you feel the same.

The course was a wonderful experience. The theoretical part online was structured step by step and we constantly had the support of our tutors. While the practical part was. For 12 days we have learned everything we need to become the best in the fitness industry

EPTI tutors have a lot of experience in the industry and are able to share that knowledge and support you throughout the course. Whilst completing the theory element, tutors are quick to respond and give feedback on coursework to help you work through the course at a good pace. The practical course is intense and full on but allows you to learn a lot in a short space of time to develop as individuals and new PTs. The Estepona accommodation is lovely, well equipped and in a great location. The whole experience is a great way to expand the knowledge for yourself as well as how to use it within the industry.

Highly recommended! I really enjoyed the course, a great learning experience and experience overall. Being a Certified Health Coach and Yoga Instructor, I’ve gained so much more knowledge about the body/movement patterns/sports nutrition etc. The course has not only helped me to improve my personal fitness/workouts, it also helped me to be a better trainer for my clients; serve them better. I’ve just finished the advanced personal trainer course in Estepona, and all I can say is how much I’ve learned during these 2 weeks.

The teaching was fenomenal, I’ve learnt more in these past 2 weeks than I have in school.

Before going on the course there were some things I didn’t understand, but on the course they really clarified everything.

You don’t just learn the basics on how to become a pt, they also give you individual 1: 1 feedback on how you can improve.

The course has been an amazing experience. When I started with the theoretical part, I could not imagine that the wast amount of information presented will click so quickly during the practical part. Our teachers Mike and Toby had helped all the students to fully understand how the body moves and how to present this information in coherent way in our future.
Course has presented me with right approach to help to perform better in fitness and lead more healthy life as well as to guide others in this direction. Also it was really fun to learn, two weeks of practicality were the most enjoyable experience ️

I did the Fitness Instructor and Basic PT Courses in Estepona and was impressed by the standard of tuition. The courses were fun and instructive at the same time, balanced well with theory and practical. I began concerned that I would be unable to learn enough in two weeks, and finished feeling accomplished and able to begin operating as a PT immediately. The team, Toby, Mike and Gareth, were professional throughout and I wouldn´t hesitate in recommending EPTI to anyone wanting to do a PT course. A great experience!

This course far exceeded any expectations I had going in. Toby, Mike & Gareth are all fantastic coaches and genuinely care about every individual on the course - I walk away with loads of new skill sets and am excited to apply them as a personal trainer.

I attended the course myself, and was impressed with the level of knowledge each instructor carries with him.
