Ha sido un reto desagradable éntre las risita y tonterías no me atendían ni una ni la otra.dos chicas muy poco agradables y de mala educación y falta de respeto no se como se puede tener gente así trabajando en ese local.llevo años tratando con ese sitio y este último año las dos chicas nuevas. I must say that we were impressed by the professionalism and nice manners of the girl working at this exchange office. Her name was Iraida and she treated us so nicely and in an a very attentive way. She even gave to us some tips and advices for our holidays. No doubt we will come back to this exchange office in the future. Highly recommended! Gracias

Don't be fooled by the 'good' reviews on here. The rate they advertise is low. And the they scalp you for 3 points in commission on top. Avoid.

They have big chart at the wall with OFFICIAL rates. And their “not official” rates are not written anywhere. So you will be surprised to get less than its written.
When I asked the girl to show me the list of their “not official” rates, she refused, because looks like they dont have it. They just exchange how they want.

Sofia is the small girl who is always hard working their and she was unbelievably joyful, I’ve been to lots of places, but this girl outdone any one of them by a mile. Sometimes random acts of kindness, is worth sharing so people follow. Her manners and behaviour and body language and how she explain things is incredible and English is her second language. Wow 10/10

La atención bien, el lugar muy cómodo y bonito. Ahora con respecto al cambio increíblemente bajo. Aquí por 1 USD me dieron 0,77. El mismo día hice un cambio en Fuengirola y me dieron 0,81. Cada uno que saque sus conclusiones.

Están ubicados en un lugar extraordinario y de muy fácil acceso en Puerto Banus (en el Centro Comercial Cristamar), han dejado el local muy bonito y cuidado, ofrecen no sólo los servicios de cambio de divisas y devolución de dinero, sino que además hacen recargas de teléfonos, venden tarjetas SIM, etc y, siempre te atienden con la mejor de las sonrisas.

Son unos profesionales del sector y el que vayan creciendo, actualizando y mejorando el negocio, será probablemente sólo una cuestión de tiempo.

Sin duda 100% Recomendable.
Comisiones justas y adecuadas en comparación de la competencia en la zona.

Great team! I exchanged some money I had on me, used their cash back service and sent money abroad! All in once. And their were so so friendly and efficient! They also got AC! Highly recomended,) Gracias guys:)

Rip-off. They want 5% from money when using card.
