¡Resultados que cambian la vida! Y la clínica más hermosa en la que he estado. ¡No puedo recomendar este lugar lo suficiente! Todo el equipo fue muy amable y excelente comunicándose antes y después de la cirugía. Terminé mi trabajo con Facialteam en 2021 después de pensarlo detenidamente y entrevistar a varios médicos. En cada paso encontré que Facialteam es excepcional. De buen ver. Compasión y comprensión. El personal del hotel. La ubicación era ideal. Se lo recomiendo a cualquiera en este viaje.

Me operaron en julio de 2022 y mi vida cambió significativamente mejor. Por supuesto que lleva mucho tiempo sanar y mostrar resultados, ¡pero llegarán!
Son profesionales y cuidan especial y máximo a sus pacientes.
Los resultados superaron mis expectativas por un amplio margen, al igual que facialteam y todo su personal.
Personalmente no tengo nada negativo que decir sobre mi experiencia.

Sólo quería compartir mi opinión sobre tener FFS con Facialteam en Marbella. Me operaron hace unas semanas a finales de septiembre y, para ser honesto, no puedo elogiarlos lo suficiente.
Tuve una consulta inicial cara a cara en enero donde realizaron una serie completa de escaneos y fotografías y luego me explicaron las opciones quirúrgicas en detalle. Nunca hubo ninguna presión para pasar por procedimientos con los que no estuviera completamente satisfecho y, por supuesto, ningún indicio de "venta dura", el cirujano simplemente hizo sugerencias basadas en mis objetivos, la estructura de mi cráneo y su experiencia.
Facialteam se especializa en FFS, realiza cientos de procedimientos cada año; Para ellos, yo era unas pocas horas de trabajo, aunque por supuesto, en lo que a mí concernía, esta iba a ser una operación única que cambiaría mi vida, pero en cada etapa me sentí cuidada, segura y especial.
Me asignaron un maravilloso contacto o Coordinador de Pacientes, quien organizó absolutamente todo y respondió cada una de mis muchas preguntas hasta mi cirugía.
Todo el personal, sin excepción, fue realmente maravilloso, el nivel de atención es excepcional y la empatía y compasión de todos fue a menudo abrumadora. Las instalaciones; igualmente impresionantes fueron el hospital, el edificio de Facialteam y el Hotel La Villa.
La cirugía fue un éxito y me estoy recuperando bien gracias a su guía continua. Me cambió la vida en muchos sentidos y estoy muy contenta de haber elegido Facialteam porque no podrían haber sido mejores. ¡Muchas gracias!

1 año y 3 meses post operatorio

La peor experiencia de mi vida, odio mi nariz después de la rinoplastia con ellos y la actitud del cirujano fue pésima. Puedo respirar de nuevo gracias a otro cirujano, si fuera por ellos no estaría respirando por la nariz ahora mismo.
La nariz no coincide en absoluto con las proporciones de la nueva forma de la frente, se ve tan mal.

Odio la línea del cabello, quería bajar la línea del cabello, insisten en que no lo necesitaba y odio cómo se ve ahora que mi frente es plana.

El afeitado de la tráquea fue una estafa. Tengo una cicatriz y tal vez la nuez de Adán se ha afeitado 1 mm.

El trabajo de frente fue bueno, pero tengo tejido cicatricial entre el hueso y la ceja que crea un bulto en la ceja y me duele todos los días.

El trabajo de mentón fue bueno.

Seguimiento: Imposible hablar con un cirujano durante 8 meses después de la cirugía.
Una vez que logré ver al cirujano en persona después de 9 meses después de la operación, el chico de la rinoplastia solo se quejó de tener que repetir la cirugía. Ni siquiera me examinó el interior de la nariz cuando le dije que no podía respirar y me dio otra cita en 6 o 7 meses.

Posteriormente me enviaron un documento mostrando la revisión de la rinoplastia que estaban planeando y era todo lo contrario a lo que les pedí….

Muy mala experiencia, tantas mentiras, me dieron falta de género en la primera consulta presencial, me negaron hacerme una simulación virtual antes de la cirugía,
Imposible hablar con un cirujano mientras otras tienen un seguimiento de 3 meses por 3 meses porque son más bonitas.
Ahora estoy muy deprimida tratando de arreglarme la nariz pero es muy complicado volver a confiar en un cirujano.

Llevo más de 10 años en manos del Equipo de Facial Team y solo puedo decir que siempre estaré agradecida por todo lo que han hecho por mi. Siempre me han tratado con mucho cariño y cuidado, y todos los tratamientos estéticos que me he he realizado con ellos han sido con resultados excelentes.

Esta última vez, el 26 de junio (hace una semana) me he sometido a un lipofilling y una platismoplatia que ha salido todo estupendamente con el Dr. Bellinga y el Dr. Bailón y aunque llevo poco tiempo de post-operatorio, puedo decir que los resultados ya se van viendo y como siempre quedará increíble. Estoy muy contenta.

Siempre recomendaré a todo el equipo de doctores que forman Facial Team: a mi Dr. Capitán y Dr. Simón, que con ellos comencé hace una década y siempre fueron un referente para mi. Al Dr. Bellinga que es un verdadero crack y al Dr. Bailón que es un encanto. También obviamente a todas las trabajadoras y trabajadores que están contigo en todo momento desde el minuto uno cuidando de ti antes y después de la cirugía, como Laura, Ana, Isabel, Nina. (me quedo corta porque son muchísimas personas detrás que son un amor y que les tengo mucho cariño).

Todos estarán en mi corazón siempre como parte de mi familia que son.

Tuve mis ffs hace aproximadamente un año y medio y no tengo más que gratitud y respeto por todo el equipo. Los resultados son excelentes y naturales. Es maravilloso poder mirarme en el espejo y ver a la persona que siempre supe que estaba allí.

Las simulaciones de resultados potenciales fueron muy útiles y realistas, y valió la pena obtenerlas.

El equipo de atención fue maravilloso y atento de principio a fin, y los extras como acupuntura, masajes y psicoterapia de grupo realmente ayudaron a que el proceso de pasar por una cirugía mayor fuera más sencillo y menos estresante para mí. Los jardines y la ubicación son un lugar encantador y tranquilo para sanar.

Aparte de su obvia habilidad, durante las consultas, los cirujanos fueron pacientes y realmente tuve la sensación de que estaban totalmente presentes, comprometidos y escuchando, y se tomaron el tiempo y el gran cuidado para explicar las cosas y brindar un manejo realista de las expectativas. Esto hizo una gran diferencia para reducir la ansiedad y aumentar mi confianza en ellos.

Aunque esta experiencia fue una de las más intensas por las que he pasado, recuerdo con cariño mi tiempo con FacialTeam. Me trataron con mucho cuidado y atención. I was 62 years old when I arrived at The Facial Team for my feminisation Surgery. I live in Australia and the decision to travel halfway around the world was an easy one to make based upon the fantastic reputation enjoyed by The Facial Team and my very positive experience in dealing with them in arranging my trip. Their prompt responses to my queries and their attention to detail was impressive.

Meeting the surgeons was an amazing experience. They are highly experienced which was very important to me. They are also passionate about their work. In a very real sense they are artists. They genuinely want to achieve the best possible results that they can for each patient. My experience was that is precisely what they did for me and all the other girls I saw while here. I wanted the surgery to allow me to pass more easily so that I could feel happy, comfortable and calm when out in public. A couple of weeks post surgery and I have never felt so at peace with myself. Words cannot express the thanks I have for the gift The Facial Team have given me.

Prior to arriving I did not understand that my experience would be all about getting through the recovery process. What I found was I was being supported by an amazing team of people dedicated to supporting me in my recovery.

I have had surgery before but I have never experienced such a high standard of nursing care before. The nurses were always there when needed and were highly competent and extremely compassionate in how they treated me. My patient coordinator, Isabel, was amazing. I had come by myself but Isabel made me feel I was not alone. Whenever I needed something arranged or some other kind of help she was right there doing what needed to be done. The post recovery team was the same. Sonja and her nurses were always there when needed. I always felt cared for and safe in their care.

I have no hesitation at all in recommending The Facial Team to anyone considering facial feminisation surgery. To my mind they are clearly at the top of their game and the best in the world at what they do.

An amazing end-to-end experience with outstanding results.

Although Dr. Capitan and Dr. Simon are the founders, booking with FacialTeam really is a "team", with experts for different aspects of facial feminization surgery. In addition, the office staff manages a far more complete experience than just the surgery itself, this is more like booking an all inclusive holiday than a surgery!

The office staff and coordinators were fantastic, all lodgings were booked by them as was transportation in Marbella, Spain including taxi rides from the airport, to and from the clinic for surgery and follow up appointments. The hospital in Marbella, the HC, was out of this world. I can't think of a better place to recover! I'll include a picture of the recovery room I was in for 2 nights following the procedure. In addition to designated pre-op (thanks Beatriz!) and post op coordinators (thanks Sonja!), the support team included a psychologist, massage and acupuncture.

The video consult (before booking) gave me a general idea of what procedures would benefit me, but to be honest the in person consult was what really put me at ease after arriving. I met with the individual specialists and we reviewed the treatments in detail with cranial scan data and a 3d face model.

The actual day of surgery I was very nervous, naturally, but my coordinator met me outside the hospital, showed me the recovery room to leave my things and helped set me at ease. The HC staff and anesthesiologist was very nice, I asked for a whisky straight double and he delivered, I was truly out for the next 12 hours or so.

The recovery and pain management was excellent. At no time did I experience what I would term 'pain' exactly, although to be sure there were moments that were quite uncomfortable. I was appreciative of being 2 full days in the HC, the nursing staff was great and the food was excellent. They have a specialized "cooling mask" that is used to reduce inflammation and I think it helped a great deal, you can see photos and judge for yourself.

Overall I am thrilled with the result. I'm 43, so not exactly a spring chicken, and even at 3 weeks the results will be life changing for me. Our faces are usually the first thing others see about us, it's a core part of our identity, and the FacialTeam helped me show the world who I am at first glance.

My only regret is not choosing to do this a lot sooner!

Including 2 week post op photo with only mascara that shows jaw profile and chin. Some small swelling still, but no visible bruising, scars barely visible. Also a photo of the recovery room at the HC which was an ideal place to feel better fast!

I underwent facial feminization surgery with Facial team a little more than 3 years ago. The process leading up to the surgery, as well as my stay in Marbella was beyond amazing, and you really do feel so safe and well taken care off for every single step of the way.

The surgery itself went off without issue and I have had no issue with numbness, pain or alike afterwards.

The reason I however only give Facialteam a 4 star score, instead of a 5, is mostly to do with my experience afterwards. (Would do 3,5 if possible)

My most major gripe is to do with reaching out in regards to worries in regards to my nose healing slightly unevenly, as well as struggling with lose skin below the neck after chin reduction, where I was kind of just told to wait it out. (Even though this was already almost a year post surgery, and both issues are still active today)

Besides that in regards to consultations, I have two wishes. First of all I wish they'd be more 'aggressive' in their recommendations - they play it very safe and while I much prefer my post surgery self, there are things I wish had been done more to. Secondly, I wish I had been better informed about what results to expect in regards to hairline. The length of my forehead still continues to be a huge issue for me, but a lot of surgeons don't expect to be able to do much with hairline lowering because my previous procedures.

Finally, and this is much less major, I was a little sad to see that even though I allowed them to use my before and after pictures, these were never used.

All in all however, if anyone asked me if I would recommend Facialteam, my answer would definitely be yes, as long as they go in knowing exactly what they want and make sure to pass this onto the surgeons. They're without a doubt some of the nicest and most skilled teams inside this industry.

Everybody on staff was fantastic and I felt very well looked after. The results are gorgeous. Perfection!

Everything was taken care of for me, the care I received during my hospital stay was first class and the taxi service is excellent, and removes the worry of travel between the hospital and your appointments. I was treated like a person and not a patient, which made this experience all the more amazing for me, you are all so warm and caring, and that's what makes you so special.

From the surgeons, to the patient co-ordinators and nurses, I cannot fault a single part of this experience, it has been absolutely life changing for me, and even 9 days post surgery, I am in love with what I am seeing in the mirror.

I wholeheartedly recommend FACIALTEAM for FFS. At the consultation the surgeon was demonstrably more interested in helping me make the right choices for me, even advising against one procedure I had been considering. I consulted several surgeons but finally chose FACIALTEAM because I felt most confident with them. I was not let down. Clearly the team are specialist world leaders in the field of FFS but it was the warm caring nature of the surgeons, nurses and staff that really made the whole experience for me. Aftercare was very comprehensive including complimentary therapies and the opportunity to discuss fears, concerns and shared experience with other patients. I would most definitely go to them again if I required further surgery. All in all, a wonderful experience. I was in the safest of hands throughout my trip to Marbella and thank each one of the team for their outstanding service.
