Ha sido mucho mejor de lo esperado. Nos sorprendió desde el primer momento. Todo un diez. Repetiremos.

Tienen una bodega propia que es una maravilla.

¡Este lugar es realmente increíble! Aunque las fotos de la propiedad son impresionantes, tienes que experimentarlo tú mismo para sentir realmente el encanto. Las habitaciones son tan únicas y bien decoradas, pero aún así mantienen la comodidad. La comida es increíble. Todos los ingredientes provienen de la tierra o son de origen local, y realmente puedes saborearlos. Cada comida estaba perfectamente curada. Todos los que trabajan en la propiedad son muy acogedores y llenos de conocimiento.

Si eres un amante de los caballos, ¡este es el lugar para ti! Nunca he visto caballos más felices o saludables en mi vida, es tan refrescante. Definitivamente recomiendo hacer un hack (paseo por senderos), ya que esto le dará un hermoso recorrido por la tierra. Si no eres un amante de los caballos, hay muchas actividades para ti.

Es ideal para cualquier tipo de viaje (familiar, romántico, etc.) y es el lugar perfecto para hacer una compra para un pequeño evento/función familiar.

Salí del hotel ya planeando mi próxima estadía. Recomiendo 100% visitar Finca La Donaira, ¡no te arrepentirás!

Este es un lugar realmente especial. Brinda la atención personalizada y el encanto de un bed & breakfast de clase mundial con las comodidades de un resort de clase mundial. Planeamos nuestro viaje a España alrededor de visitar Finca La Donaira, por lo que nuestras expectativas no podrían haber sido más altas. Planeamos con anticipación, pasando tiempo en familia seleccionando las experiencias en el sitio que más nos emocionaban. Enviamos correos electrónicos de ida y vuelta con el personal en numerosas ocasiones para planificar el itinerario perfecto para nuestra estadía. Y disfrutamos cada segundo de nuestra experiencia. Tenemos la suerte de haber viajado mucho y nunca nos hemos encontrado con algo como esto. Además de todo lo demás, trataron a nuestro hijo de 8 años como si fuera la persona más importante de la propiedad. Estamos muy agradecidos con todo el equipo de Finca La Donaira por hacer que nuestra estadía fuera tan memorable. No podemos esperar a volver!

Beautiful place and amazing farm. Great and lots of food. I would say it is overpriced, since it does not have the service you would expect at these prices. Mainly there was one french woman helping dinner and lunch that from the beginning was quite rude, judgmental and made us all very uncomfortable. While the rest of the service was lovely, and extremely helpful, her attitude destroyed the experience for our group. It is not a kids friendly place, (the kids could enjoy it so much since there are lots of things to see and do in the farm), but not a place to go with them.

Really difficult to put in some words a review for this place. This is one of the best places I’ve ever seen. It’s amazing what a powerful vision can do. The hole business it s founded on the Rudolf Steiner principles about organic agriculture. If you love nature, healthy food and you have healthy habits this is a place you MUST see. It’s useless to say about the facilities, food, team… everything is 10+.
For me was like a group of people who love what they do, gathered here for sharing this passion with others. Although I appreciate the business system because it’s so well done it is one of that businesses where you feel that the goal is to serve others not to sale. For sure, we will be back soon.

Realmente difícil poner en algunas palabras una reseña de este lugar. Este es uno de los mejores lugares que he visto. Es increíble lo que puede hacer una visión poderosa. El negocio completo se basa en los principios de Rudolf Steiner sobre la agricultura orgánica. Si amas la naturaleza, la comida saludable y tienes hábitos saludables, este es un lugar que DEBES ver. De nada sirve decir las instalaciones, la comida, el equipo… todo es 10+.
Para mí fue como un grupo de personas que aman lo que hacen, reunidas aquí para compartir esta pasión con los demás. Aunque aprecio el sistema comercial porque está muy bien hecho, es uno de esos negocios en los que sientes que el objetivo es servir a los demás, no vender. Seguro que volveremos pronto.

We were visiting from NYC and have traveled to many small boutique hotels and can honestly say that La Donaira is a very special place. If you have the privilege of staying here don’t miss the opportunity. The service is impeccable and super friendly. We were a family of 4 traveling with our teen kids during the holidays. The rooms are super nice and cozy, and the common areas were we spent most of the time are just amazing, beautiful living room area, outdoor gardens, terrace etc.  The indoor pool, the sauna and cold plunge pool became part of our afternoon routines. The food is all farm to table and its delicious and they can accommodate any needs. One particular highlight was the in house sommelier and all the off the beaten path nice organic wines that he procures. We ended up staying 4 nights and the time flew by. Hiking, horseback riding should not be missed. La Donaira is about 10min up on an unpaved road from El Gastor, they can take you up and down every time on their SUVs if you need, we ended up having an SUV rental which I enjoyed driving up and down.

Estábamos de visita desde Nueva York y hemos viajado a muchos pequeños hoteles boutique y honestamente puedo decir que La Donaira es un lugar muy especial. Si tiene el privilegio de hospedarse aquí, no pierda la oportunidad. El servicio es impecable y super amable. Éramos una familia de 4 personas que viajaba con nuestros hijos adolescentes durante las vacaciones. Las habitaciones son súper agradables y acogedoras, y las áreas comunes donde pasamos la mayor parte del tiempo son simplemente increíbles, hermosa sala de estar, jardines al aire libre, terraza, etc. La piscina cubierta, la sauna y la piscina de inmersión fría se convirtieron en parte de nuestras rutinas de la tarde. La comida es de la granja a la mesa y es deliciosa y pueden satisfacer cualquier necesidad. Un aspecto destacado en particular fue el sommelier de la casa y todos los buenos vinos orgánicos fuera de lo común que él adquiere. Terminamos quedándonos 4 noches y el tiempo pasó volando. Senderismo, paseos a caballo no se deben perder. La Donaira está a unos 10 minutos en una carretera sin pavimentar desde El Gastor, pueden llevarlo hacia arriba y hacia abajo cada vez en sus SUV si lo necesita, terminamos teniendo un alquiler de SUV que disfruté conduciendo arriba y abajo.

A rare place to stay. Excellent food, homy atmosphere, natural horsemanship and meditation with donkeys. Unique herbal garden the best spa we know. Only the beds could be a bit softer and coming and leaving the complex more organized. But still, my favorite place.

I don’t even know where to start. Everything about La Donaira was amazing! The room, the pool area, the atmosphere and the entire property is so beautiful. We had the most relaxing holiday we’ve ever had. The service was beyond everything I’ve ever experienced and I’m so glad that I had the chance to visit this place.

Absolument fantastique. Nous avons passés deux nuits dans cet havre de paix et nous avons apprécié chaque instant. Toute l’équipe se donne la plus grande peine de nous faire sentir chez nous. I loved every minute we spent at La Donaira. There aren't enough words to describe its beauty and the warmth we have experienced by the people working there. You must go to really understand that what you experience there it's rare to find in other places.

À peine arrivés, nous avons été emportés par ce lieu absolument magique. La maison est sublime, les chambres sont confortables, belles et chaleureuses. Une expérience inoubliable avec les animaux ️ et la nature. Une cuisine délicieuse avec tous les aliments de la ferme. Tout le monde est au petit soin, tout en discrétion, d’une gentillesse rare. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis chez nous. Très difficile de partir, on ne rêve que d’y revenir. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe.

La Donaira is one of the most beautiful resorts in Spain with a team that make you feel like at home. It has the highest standard facilities and great location for those who are into swimming / mountain biking / cross-country running.

Es el plan perfecto para los amantes de la naturaleza, alta gastronomía y los caballos. El lugar excelente y el trato de su equipo aún más. Me perdería allí un mes

El enclave divino el hotel muy lindo la atencion buena! La comida malisima! No entendi que haya in chef sueco otro austriaco y una pastelera! No se entiende que no habia comida desde las 13 hs hasta la hora de cenar fuimos con 1 niño de 11 anos y no habia comida. Ademas era todo muy tacaño a la hora de servir!

Un sitio mágico, todo está cuidado y medido al detalle. La comida es un espectáculo de sabor y originalidad. No hay mucho sitios como este en el mundo. Enhorabuena al equipo que forma La Donaira, se nota el esfuerzo y dedicación que le ponen a todo para hacer que tu estancia allí sea de 10!

In spite of its beauty and good taste in decoration we were extremely disappointed in the total absence of COVID-19 measures: we went two days ago to the violin concert (me and my 81 year old mother) and we left early. Not only the guests di not wear masks but also none of the waiters that served the refreshments. The rest of the staff did not wear masks either. The distance was not kept either and I was so scared for my mum’s safety we left before the concert finished. This is not only dangerous but illegal and you could have the place closed by the authorities. Change ways before it is too late

Absolutely amazing place, with a great, friendly staff team, exclusive cuisine, all eco and Bio. Totally recommended for a romatic gateway, or family time with kids.plenty of activities and things to do where you want to chill out by the pool or a fireplace spend a day at the spa or gaze at the stars, go trekking, horseriding or watch things done at the farm, all things are done with attention to details and with love and respect. Well done to you guys! We will definitely be back!
