Had a lovely lesson today with a wonderful happy group of happy riders and happy horses. A lovely coffee and chat with riders and parents after too. A perfect Sunday morning. Why not check out the stables for yourself

These were my horses that were put in the owners care Pat Brooke, she has systematically starved them over an 8 months period, I have offered her whatever cash she wants, truckload of alfalfa basically whatever it takes to get them back to us, she won't do this as she feels insulted that she was told the truth about how emaciated they now are. Last 2 pictures are how we left them

I have seen evidence of starving horses on this property. It is disgraceful. These poor animals are in a field with nothing to eat except for a few strands of paja or straw which has absolutely no nutritional value what so ever. Some of the animals I saw might not recover from the poor condition they are in. The authorities should have these animals removed from this premises immediately and placed in the hands of someone who will care for them and nurture them back to health before it is too late.
I could never use this facility for horse riding knowing what is going on behind the scenes. Of course the owner, whom I believe goes by the name of Pat Brooke, puts on a fine show on social media, portraying a lovely yard and healthy horses.
If I could I would give this establishment a minus rating.
