Ordered an EU roaming data sim card on a 30 day rolling contract last week, initiated the order online and paid the deposit, at 9am the following morning got a welcome email and instructions from a very helpful man called Andreas. Went today to collect the SIM card and complete paperwork, met with Andreas who is super helpful and really knows what he is talking about, and he even gave me a spare SIM just in case there is a problem with the main new SIM. Fantastic service!
