Gran Hotel Guadalpin Banus

Y nunca pienses en la peor zona y en el Hotel C. En definitiva, una vez que no hay ubicación ni servicio, imagina que llegas con ganas de entrar a tu habitación, la puerta está arruinada.

Era un buen hotel con un buen desayuno, pero el servicio no era muy bueno. Cuando mi madre y yo llegamos al hotel se habían liado con los papeles y empezaron a decir que no habíamos reservado. Luego dijo que encontraron nuestros papeles pero no se disculparon. El restaurante era realmente bueno y había una gran selección de formalidades. Pero ahora viene lo peor. Después de unos días en el hotel, comencé a notar que faltaban algunas de mis cosas. No era algo que no pudiera ser reemplazado, pero aun así eran mis posesiones. Le dije al personal del hotel y me dijeron que lo investigarían la próxima semana, pero como solo estuve allí una semana, no era una opción. Le dije al personal, pero optaron por no responderme. Resultó que la señora de la limpieza se había llevado nuestras cosas. Al final no obtuve compensación ni disculpa. La señora de la limpieza mantuvo su trabajo y no recibió ninguna advertencia. Su manejo de esta situación fue inaceptable y esto también se toma en cuenta que es un hotel de 5 estrellas:/

Awesome place. The junior suite was fantastic and well equipped. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Food was excellent. Great location, just a short stroll to the marina. Would definitely recommend this Hotel and looking forward to getting back soon.

Total ridiculousness to pay expensive money for a hotel by the ocean and then they will charge you extra 15€ for a deck chair by the ocean. Stupidity.
The hotel is worn down and sewers to old… smelly bathroom.
Superior rooms are small.
Restaurant with okey breakfast.
Elevators; one broken and the second sounded like it would be broken soon.
Staff friendly and nice calm area ethics 15 min walk to harbor with better restaurants. Nice beach.

Un hotel acogedor y bien situado.
Y lo que supera a las instalaciones es, la calidad y simpatía de su personal.
Uno se siente bien atendido y cómodo. Han sido muchas las personas, con las que he tenido el placer de se atendido.
Alí, Elisabeth, César, Juanmi.y muchos más, han contribuido a que el fin de semana de la Asamblea de las llaves de oro, haya sido inolvidable.

Hotel espectacular, instalaciones muy bonitas, estuvimos en una Suite, y fue una estancia muy agradable. Es cierto que los precios tanto del minibar y bar piscina son un poco elevados, pero las instalaciones en sí lo merecen. Gimnasio poco espacioso pero con lo básico para entrenar. Desayuno espectacular, calidad, y personal muy amable. Recomendable para pasar unos días.

Un hotel bastante caro para un 5 estrellas que no dispone de piscina climatizada ni spa las consumiciones carisimas y la atención al cliente deja mucho que desear

Outside space and position really lovely and lots of it. Our terrace was huge so really lovely to sit out and have space. Our suite was horrible, old knackered furniture all cobbled together, chipped tiles, brown old sealant gluing together the bathroom, with a wooden top an old jacuzzi bath, with god knows who’s germs in it! Just made you feel grubby. Small bed with clean white linen. Oh and the shower didn’t work. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Food and vibes are immaculate! Service is absolutely wonderful. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating! Front desk staff is lovely. I’ve stayed at many hotels across this world and this was my favorite experience! Also very well located between beaches, scenic areas, restaurants/ lounges (but tbh the restaurants in the hotel are amazinggggg) Thank you Raul, Nicholas, and our server Jorge

La situación del Hotel inmejorable en Puerto Banús. La atención en recepción y restauracion inmejorable, el desayuno buffet espectacular y la cocina exquisita. Y agradecer la atención telefónica de Nicolás. Volveremos.

Sucio y oliendo mal como a cerrado de varios meses

Las mesas sin limpiar con restos y marcas de la noche anterior, lo mismo el suelo. No desinfectaron ni las mesas ni las sillas. Carísimo para tan mal servicio.

Un hotel muy lujoso con una atención al cliente increíble. Habitación muy amplia y muy elegante

Friendly and experienced stuff, but the prices are really expensive with no reason. Good that the main pool has 4 showers.

Espléndidos detalles. Como móvil gratis con llamadas internacionales. Mucho cuido en cada habitación. Todas con terrazas hermosas

Hemos estado en el puente de diciembre por donde empezar llegamos muy tarde el chico wue habia en recepcion fue encantador amable profesional que decir porque nos lo hizo todo muy facil la habitacion preciosa una suite muy completa el desayuno perfecto y por poner algo que mejorar los espejos un poco sucios.pero lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda

Aunque ya se le nota el paso del tiempo está muy bien conservado y tiene unas instalaciones exteriores magníficas. El menú de media pensión espectacular digno de un hotel de esta categoría. No le doy las cinco estrellas por pequeños detalles en la reserva de la habitación.

Trato exquisito e instalaciones de lujo. Cocina excepcional y elaboración espectacular. Un diez. Totalmente recomendable.

Good and descent off-season hotel. I wouldn't go as far and give a 5star rating, the hotel needs to 'fresh up', but staff is really friendly and overall a good choice to go by. Puerto Banus, the main hangout, is only a 10 min walk by the beach. Our 1,5 year old daughter was greeted with much attention and the baby-cot was ready upon arrival. Nothing much else to complain other than the very old tv's and furniture.

Excellent service throughout the hotel.
Clean, nicely decorated.
Its location is a little difficult to find initially as it has no prominent signs indicating its position.
The only criticism I have is that a few irritating maintenance problems were found in the room.e. G.the glass door in the bathroom would not easily open or close without making a noise that would disturb the neighboring occupants.

Good atmosphere, facilities, organisation and highly qualified personnel. Definitely would recommend this place to stay, have dinner or organise your event

Relacion precio calidad no consistente. No habiamos reservado y nos dieron una habitacion con vista al mar carisima. Lastima que estaba en la planta baja y se veia la pared de la ducha de la piscina

Una terraza preciosa.servicio bueno. Llevabamos un perrito y tuvieron el detalle de ponerle agua en un contenedor sin pedirlo.

I arrived about 4 hours before the stated check in time to ask what time I could check in, the helpful staff on reception kindly offered immediate check in without me even asking. The room was spotlessly clean with amazing attention to detail. I booked a superior room with a partial ocean view. Unfortunately the room was on the ground floor so it really was a partial view. The decor was stunning, the outside terrace was spacious and well furnished. There is a number of bars on site and I tried all except for the Sports Bar. The cocktails in the Sofia bar were stunning and visually impressive with fresh fruit perfectly cut and displayed proudly on top of the glass. A complementary plate of salted cashews was given without asking. These added a nice touch. Price for a Pina Colada was 12 euro, high average but reflective for the hotel. For lunch I tried the Spanish Omlette which was cooked to perfection, the portion size was huge and offered excellent value at just 12 euro. Room service menu was very high priced but the food quality was outstanding. For an additional 200 euro you can have your own waiter serving your food privately on your room terrace. The valet parking was useful and very attentive with virtually no wait. A five euro tip was greeted with sincere thanks and on my return the valet opened all the doors for me including the hotel front door. The mini bar was extortionate at 6 euro for a small juice and 4 euro for a kit kat (really wish I had checked first). I visited in the winter so the hotel was virtually empty. The service was indeed five stars and would definitely have no problem in visiting again.

Tiene y es un hotel de 5 estrellas. Amabilidad asegurada trato esquisto como su comida, excelente. Instalaciones impecables, a escasos dos metros de la playa, habitaciones con todo lo necesario y muy buen sistema de oscurecimiento para dormir, con una gran terraza por si no quieres bajar a las hamacas (muy cómodas por cierto) de la piscina. Solo una pega. El precio pero claro es un 5 estrellas
