Mal plomo, mal informado, sin proceso de información, sobrevalorado, tuve que poner mis propios tableros para la venta. Tuve que darles un uno, ya que esa era la única forma de acceder al proceso de revisión, ¡no hay posibilidad de una puntuación negativa! Nunca antes y nunca más.

I can’t praise this company enough. They sold our villa which had been the family home for 15 years. The service we received was superb. Brooke, our main rep, listed the property and finally pared us with our buyers. She was brilliant throughout; professional, confident and honest. Fully deserving of a five star rating, I’d give six if I could!

Caroline at Grupo Platinum in San Juan de Los Terreros is the best estate agent we’ve ever dealt with (we’ve bought and sold a number of properties over past 30+ years). She is British, living and working as a Spanish estate agent for many years in Terreros and, as pathetically bad Spanish speakers, we appreciated being able to communicate directly with her and use her as a translator (particularly when dealing with Spanish lawyers). She managed the whole process of our apartment purchase last year, dealing with the sellers, lawyers etc. Her team (specifically Angelika) at Grupo Platinum have also provided the best after sales service we’ve come across ever, dealing with setting up bank accounts, sorting out utilities etc. I cannot recommend them enough.

We recently purchased a property in San Juan de los Terreros with the help of Caroline and her team. It's a dream come through for us. Caroline went above and beyond to make the house purchase seemless and stress free. She kept us up to date every step of the way. We can't thank her enough. We would recomend Grupo Platinum to anyone who wishes to purchase a property in Spain.

Buying a holiday home in Costa Almeria has been a dream come true. Caroline and her team have made the process of buying in Spain so easy and hassle free. They respond promptly to emails and there are no hard selling tactics. They have answered our questions and have provided contacts each step of the way from our solicitor Mundi Abogado, who are also fantastic and come highly recommended, to a contact at the bank. They have also provided a great after sale service. We are using their key holding service which comes at a reasonable charge.

Caroline is professional and knowledgeable of the local area. When we were ready to come out Caroline arranged accommodation for us to stay in San Juan de los Terreros while we viewed properties in the local area.

Este año hemos vuelto a venir y ya son cuatro. La verdad es que ha sido todo estupendo. La casa muy cómoda, la urbanización muy bonita y tranquila, y Fabiola nos ha tratado estupendamente, COMO SIEMPRE! Espero que volvamos el año que viene, sí Dios quiere!

Hemos estado dos semanas muy a gusto. Tanto la atención por parte de la inmobiliaria. En nuestro caso hemos tratado con Fabienne que ha sido de lo más amable, servicial y accesible. Como el apartamento.todo de 10. Por supuesto pensamos volver.

Este año hemos repetido estancia en uno de los apartamentos. Pasando 13 días ideales, donde hemos encontrado el relax y confort que necesitamos. Gracias Fabi por tu profesionalidad y atención.

La ville est très agréable, sympathique et accueillante. Plages magnifiques! Location très bien, très bien équipée, propre et fonctionnelle. Agence sérieuse et très réactive. 10/10!

Unos auténticos profesionales, nada más contactar con ellos realizan todos los trámites rápidos, sencillos y eficaces. Magnífico trato personal y los apartamentos fantásticos, totalmente nuevos, bien equipados, bien decorados y en una urbanización preciosa con piscinas y zonas de juegos. Ideal para ir con niños. Era una zona desconocida para nosotros y nos han gustado mucho las calas y sobretodo la Geoda y su propia Mina que son Impresionantes.

Ha sido una semana perfecta gracias al gran equipo humano que lo forman. Especialmente nuestro agradecimiento a Fabi, amabilísima en todo momento. Mil gracias Fabi!

Notre séjour à san Juan de los terreros s’est très bien passé, nous avons été accueilli par Fabienne de l’agence qui nous a très bien conseillé, logement super, très calme et très propre!

Hemos estado 10 días y la verdad todo un descubrimiento. Las playas fenomenales, todo lo q nos recomendó Fabiola perfecto. La urbanización genial, por decir algo, para mi gusto el menaje del apartamento muy justo. Pero vamos sin más importacia. Reconendable 100% y espero repetir.

Unos auténticos profesionales, nada más contactar con ellos realizan todos los trámites rápidos, sencillos y eficaces. Magnífico trato personal y los apartamentos fantásticos, totalmente nuevos, bien equipados, bien decorados y en una urbanización preciosa con una piscina genial y zonas de juegos. Ideal para ir con niños. Vecinos muy respetuosos, a partir de las 00: 00 no se escucha ni un ruido. La única pega es que hay que coger el coche para todo, si bien, encuentras aparcamiento en todos sitios y eso es una ventaja, así como que te obliga a descubrir sus maravillosas playas, principalmente las calas hasta Águilas, que están a escasos diez minutos. Y lo mejor de todo la Geoda y su propia Mina que son Impresionantes

We have just sold our apartment through this company. We were very impressed by their professionalism and integrity. We did not feel it was all about the sale but that Caroline really cared about both the seller and the buyers requirements and listened and acted on what was requested. I found a property I liked through Grupo Platinum, so booked the viewing package. I was collected from the airport and spent 3 days visiting different parts of the region and viewed properties which met my brief and budget. I was also accommodated in a lovely apartment at a very reasonable price.

I subsequently went back with partner and family and purchased a property. The process was seamless throughout. All was arranged for me including the Spanish NIE, PCR test, solicitors & the meeting with the Notary along with recommendations for support services including insurance, internet and TV purchase etc.

All staff were responsive and communicated speedily via emails, WhatsApp calls and messages & included to be truthful, a bit of necessary hand holding at times.

Particular thanks to Emma J who transported me around for 3 days and was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and never put any pressure on me. Also too Brooke who took over whilst Emma was away and really helped us understand San Juan and the surrounding area more.

They all know their stuff, clearly enhanced by the fact that they actually live and work in the area.

The aftersales service has been amazing as it exceeded my expectations, so thank you very much Angelika.

I hope it hasn't been inappropriate to mention names. However its obvious that the culture within the team & the service as a whole is a real positive with all stepping in and covering for each other whenever necessary.

In summary, this was very different experience from all previous contact with estate agents over the last 30 years
