We have already spent thousands of Euros here. Now we wanted to exchange something because it went bad. It only costs 60 Euros so it was not about the price. We were simply rejected because we did not have the bill and it was supposedly an offer which was not true, Also they didn't wanted to check it in there system. This has nothing to do with customer loyalty. If they knew that we could buy the whole business and kick the 3 employees out immediately. Anyway, we went to another shop and bought similar new. Too bad but some don't know how to make business. They will never see us again.
