Hacienda Paradiso was a turning point in my life. Everyone from the staff are willing to help addicts – they work there to truly help. Hacienda Paradiso lead therapist Matthew Idle is with large experience baggage. If you want to crawl out of the swamp you are in, Matthew will be there to support you. If you are struggling with your addiction and there is an opportunity to go to Hacienda Paradiso, take this opportunity without thinking. Just remember that you are not alone and there are people who wants and are ready to help you. Staying in Hacienda Paradiso was excellent, the food was great – always fresh and very tasty. Other services also were on high level.

I had an unforgettable experience at Hacienda Paradiso. From the moment I walked in I was treated with the utmost care and professionalism.
I will forever be grateful to this place and the wonderful staff who made me feel welcome every step of the way.
A special thanks to Matt, Sergio, and Letty for providing me with the necessary tools, care, and structure to live a new life to the fullest.
The chefs, Paoulo and Martina also prepared some of the best food I have ever experienced, and Miguel was a constant support and inspiration for me at the gym.
This place surpassed my expectations on every level, and I left knowing that I now have two families that I can count on.
Thank you!

The Hacienda is an unjudgemental, loving, warm sanctuary which offers its patients the surroundings and programme to save and change your life forever.
I went to the Hacienda broken, what I believed unfixable, no one knew how I felt, I was a lost, a lost cause, no one could love me, I didn’t deserve to be saved.
From the moment I made that first call to Matt (lead therapist) I saw some light and that potentially, someone else knew how I felt, I wasn’t alone and how I was thinking and feeling could be changed, and my life could be saved.
The Hacienda, with love, kindness, respect and caution took the broken pieces apart and helped me put them back together in the right order.
This programme works, when you work it.
I visited the Hacienda this weekend after leaving in February. From the the moment I walked in the door I felt at home again, apart of this amazing family, in a position to help others like me, remind me how far I have come, giving me the best feeling and reflection.
Not only do I suffer with multiple drug addictions, multiple mental health disorders including a personality disorder, an eating disorder, trauma, etc… within just 5 weeks I was a recognisably different person, one I am proud to be. That wouldn’t have been possible without the Hacienda and the people who work there.
A huge thank you to you all, and for any prospective patients, my thoughts are with you, I truly hope you find happiness, the Hacienda is the best place to start.

My 5 weeks in the Hacidenda was without a doubt the best thing I have ever done in my life to date. I was a lost broken soul when I checked in I didn't know where to go and what to do. The staff quickly understood me and my problems so they could tailor a recovery programme to suit me, a young addict. I have been searching for the root cause of my addiction and why I keep making the same mistakes. Within 10 days of checking in I had all these answers so I could work a programme around them that would work for me. From the therapy, to the food and down to the facilities it was world class. Thank You to all the staff at the Hacienda I will forever be grateful to every single one of you.
