I recently saw the dermatologist at Manilva HS. To say that it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had is an understatement. Firstly, the doctor was late - as usual - and there was a patient before me. Secondly, when I did get to see the doctor, she barely looked up when I walked in and did not greet me. The 'examination', laser treatment, undressing and dressing and final 'instructions' took exactly 9 minutes! Once again, no explanation of aftercare was given - I had to ask. The doctor said a total of 8 words to me. My problem is this: If HS offer a service in English - which they advertise that they do - then their staff should be able to communicate adequately. My Spanish is good but does not extend to medical consultations however I tried speaking in Spanish to engage the doctor, to no avail. I also have a problem with the fact that my money is good enough to take - this is a paid for service - but I did not receive adequate consultation and examination time. The doctor could not get me out the door fast enough! I feel short-changed, dismissed and insulted. We will not be re-newing our contract with HS. If there was a minus 100, I would be giving it today to HS.

Came to visit me today sun 5 jan 2020 i can say the 2 medics and doctor were very professional in their manner. Spoke english and made me feel a lot better after 4 nights of a persistent cough and flu symptoms i would recommend helecopter sanitarios without a shadow of a doubt. Been with them for 15 yrs
