Cuando tus vuelos nocturnos se posponen y Hertz te espera y evitas perder la noche o dormir en el aeropuerto. Servicio al cliente garantizado

Evita este Hertz, mi experiencia fue horrible. Intentan burlarse de ti de todas las formas posibles y ojo, te hacen pagar el combustible por adelantado y no te devuelven el combustible no utilizado.

Muy mala opinión de Hertz, la verdad.
Me han hecho 2 cargos por un alquiler de diciembre-2023. Uno de los cargos es correcto, el otro es claramente incorrecto. Me han cobrado doble, vaya.
Entiendo que pueden cometerse errores, con lo que me armo de paciencia y reclamo.
Aporto evidencias al equipo de atención al cliente de Hertz (solo te atienden por email, no se les puede contactar ni por teléfono ni por su chat web). Después de 1 mes, sigo sin recibir el reembolso porque dicen que es correcto, cuando claramente no lo es. Me han timado.

Si dejas tu coche a primera hora de la mañana en el aeropuerto de Sevilla sin que te revisen el estado y coges el avión, te encontrarás con un email con un desperfecto inventado por ellos para aumentar tus costes. Estafa que vale la pena denunciar, si lees lamentablemente a muchos les ha pasado lo mismo. Un desastre

El depósito pagado no fue devuelto a pesar de que se confirmó la devolución de un vagón con tanque lleno y sin daños. Tengo que contactar a un abogado porque Hertz no ha respondido. Recomiendo documentar todos los procesos, incluido el recibo de combustible y una foto del empleado que recibe la entrega. He alquilado coches de alquiler muchas veces en el aeropuerto, pero esto nunca me había pasado a mí. Desafortunadamente NO PUEDO RECOMENDAR Hertz.

Es una estafa, están organizados para poner daños falsos. Entregué el coche a las 20.00 y no había ninguno para revisar. Me han enviado unas fotos con daños hechos después de la entrega, mas de 300 euros de cargos. Fraude programado

En general, fue una buena experiencia, pero me dieron un automóvil que estaba por debajo de la clase reservada. El coche estaba bien, pero hubiera estado bien un poco de ayuda para instalar el asiento para niños. De lo contrario, el procedimiento de recogida y devolución será más sencillo.

Me regalaron un auto con algunas abolladuras que no mencionan en su documento. Al final tuve que pagar de mi bolsillo 500 euros por daños que no hice al coche. Necesita ser alguien que camine con el automóvil y documente los defectos en vivo.
Alquilé desde aquí para volver a Madrid. No me informaron sobre la ZBEDEP DISTRITO CENTRAL de Madrid que limita los coches en la zona. Yo no tenía este conocimiento ya que no soy de España. Un mes después recibí 2 infracciones de tráfico de Hertz con una fotografía del coche conduciendo en esta zona restringida. Al final tuve que pagar 250 euros por esta multa. Si Hertz me hubiera avisado de esta zona la habría evitado.

Estaba preocupado porque las críticas no eran buenas, pero no fue así en absoluto y estoy satisfecho. Elija supercover al alquilar.

Lamentable. Alquilamos un coche y por desgracia nos pusieron una multa, la cual pagamos en su momento y ahora los señores de Hertz me la han cobrado a mi otra y es imposible contactar con ellos. Lo hemos intentado por todos los medios y no hay manera. Incompetentes al 100%. Por lo menos el trato del personal fue muy bueno. Pero como empresa de alquiler de coches un cero.

El peor arrendatario de autos de todos los tiempos. Harán todo lo posible para estafarte. Alquilé el coche con corredor y seguro a todo riesgo. Cuando llegué me dijeron que necesitaba su seguro por 179 euros. Les dije que ya tengo seguro, pero aun así intentaron venderme esto. Tuve que esperar 1h30 para recoger el coche y cuando lo devolví a tiempo me cobraron un día extra en mi coche de crédito. No alquiles allí, intentarán estafarte duramente.

Have rented a car from the partner company Dollar but Hertz deals with your car in Seville - the experience was smooth! Also the car was nice and new!

Rentamos un coche, lo entregamos tal y como nos lo dieron con tanque lleno y a la hora acordada. Y aún así nos han cobrado 100€ de más y no tengo ni idea de que ha sido. Llamo y no hay servicio al cliente.
Definitivamente la peor empresa de car rental.

They gave us a car that failed few kilometers away, after few minjtes of drive.

We waited 3 hours to get back to the airport, and get another car.

Cherry on the cake: they charged us 500€ for repair.

SCAM! Zero star rating. DO NOT USE! This company has just charged me for damage and fuel. I have a video of the car when dropped off. They have PHOTOSHOPPED damage onto the vehicle! The car was filled 5 minutes before the airport. I have been charged for fuel. They only have online help and take a week to reply. They already have your deposit. Horrible disgusting people.

Arnaque j'ai loué une voiture dans cette agence, aucune explication, tu te démerde à trouver ta voiture, tu te débrouille a sortir du parking, aucun personnel, mais la ou ca se gate cest au retour, j'ai pris un excès de vitesse, Hertz te propose de payer avec 12.5 euros de frais, ok ils nous facilitent la chose ça se comprend, mais un mois après 40 euros de prélevé et la tu ne sais pas pourquoi, c'est abusé et vraiment une arnaque, alors que le procès verbal coute 100 euros et 50 si tu payes dans les trois jours cela ma couté du coup presque 100 euros, pour une première avec Hertz, c'est terminé, fini hertz

Bonjour très déçu, nous avions souscrit une assurance tout risque lors de notre réservation à l'agence de voyage et surprise nous avons repayé 250€ à hertz Séville belle arnaque!

The most ridiculous car rental agency experience ever. DO NOT rent from this place. Would give this zero stars if possible. We picked up a car from Madrid and returned it here and even though we went to the counter, the woman at the counter asked us to drop off the keys at the drop off box on our own without checking the car. Then they proceeded to charge almost 400 euros worth of damages that had already been present when we picked up the car in Madrid. DO NOT ever rent from them. The worst Hertz in the entire world, I believe.

Edit: Hertz also replies to one star reviews just as a formality. We’ve contacted them a bunch of times and they simply insist that their fraudulent, rip-off charges are valid without ACTUALLY listening to what we’re saying. Absolutely ridiculous, criminal-like enterprise.

Be careful when you return a car at Hertz Seville Airport because they may charge you for any minor scratch even if you are not responsible for that. I have been charged 120 EUR for a pre-existing scratch on the bumper. I have rented cars from Hertz in several countries and I have never seen anything like this before.

I had such a great experience renting a car at the Hertz office at Seville airport on a business trip. The girl who assisted me was very nice. She offered me the possibility to choose the vehicle at no extra cost. She made sure that I was happy with my choice of vehicle and also gave me a bottle of water for the trip. It's the little things that make the difference.

I used Hertz car this Summer in August, 2022.
The staff was kind and start was good.
But, they have not refunded my deposit EUR 117.34 for 4months since August.
I paid deposit amount for in case I didn't make the full fuel in the car but, I returned the car with full fuel and got a confirmation from staff in Madrid office. I've tried to call to Seville airport office hundred times but, nobody got my phone call and also tried to send email and send claim online but, nothing so far.
I got 1-2 automatic email that refund takes some time but, I don't think that it takes more than 3months.phone call and online claim service is meaningless, nobody concern about it.
I won't definitely not use Hertz any more and don't recommend at all. This is real experience, so Please be careful.

Usé un automóvil Hertz este verano en agosto de 2022.
El personal fue amable y el comienzo fue bueno.
Pero no me han reembolsado mi depósito de 117,34 EUR durante 4 meses desde agosto.
Pagué el monto del depósito por si no llené el combustible completo en el automóvil, pero devolví el automóvil con el combustible completo y obtuve una confirmación del personal en la oficina de Madrid. Intenté llamar a la oficina del aeropuerto de Sevilla cientos de veces, pero nadie recibió mi llamada y también intenté enviar un correo electrónico y enviar un reclamo en línea, pero nada hasta ahora.
Recibí 1 o 2 correos electrónicos automáticos que dicen que el reembolso demora algún tiempo, pero no creo que tarde más de 3 meses.la llamada telefónica y el servicio de reclamo en línea no tienen sentido, nadie se preocupa por eso.
Definitivamente no volveré a usar Hertz y no lo recomiendo en absoluto. Esta es una experiencia real, así que tenga cuidado.

I am extremely disappointed in this unreasonable charges, we rented with thrifty/heartz as it is known to be a good car rental company, however, the unexplained extra charges that were done on the card WITHOUT permission is extremely unacceptable.
1. We paid for full insurance on the car
2. We did not carry animals of any kind in the car
3. The employee we rented from did not mention cleaning the car and did mention that there are already previous damages on the car.
4. There was NO visible trash in the images attached
The charges were “special cleaning” and provided pictures in the invoice couldn’t be any cleaner! I was charged 200 Euros for cleaning fee!
Very disappointing please stay clear as much as possible.

Hertz charged me $400 for a 1-inch dent that was impossible to see when I picked it up.
I was also told that all prior dents and scratches were accounted for when I picked the car up.
Hertz did this two other times and my bank disputed the charge and it didn’t have to be paid.
Don’t let these large companies, who couldn’t care less about customers, take you for a ride.

1 étoile c’est déjà trop. Si vous avez fait le plein avant d’arriver à l’aéroport et que vous rendez la voiture en dehors des heures d’ouverture, pas de panique… il vous factureront un plein (1 litre) + frais de service. C’est une véritable arnaque, du vol organisé en toute légalité. Vous ne pouvez rien faire. Lamentable. Boycottez Hertz!

Increíble servicio y atención. Beatriz me atendió de la manera mas profesional y eficiente que se puede hacer. Coches muy cuidados y personal encantadores.

Te desean una experiencia 5 estrellas, pero da igual las veces que llames a la oficina, que no te van a contestar

Hertz is a very unprofessional company.
First, they gave us a price and took money from our card and then told us there is an additional double charge to drop off a different location (108€). Before proceeding to take additional fees without tell us beforehand.
Second, we came late an hour to the drop off location due to traffic, they were not flexible and made us pay an extra day and as well extra insurance (40€) and extra additional driver.

A very bad experience, not recommended at all.

Alquilamos un coche del día 29/07/2022 al 03/08/2022. Todo bien hasta que entregamos el coche, la chica que lo reviso dijo que estaba todo correcto y le preguntamos que cuando nos desbloquearía la fianza, dijo que era Inmediato. Han pasado ya 3 días y aún sigue el dinero bloqueado. He llamado a todos los teléfonos que aparecen en la web de dollar y heartz y solo me lo han cogido en heartz coslada, redirigiendome a un teléfono que no existe. Es imposible que te cojan el teléfono en heartz aeropuerto de sevilla.

They charge you for everything.also if you are in line at 23h40 but due to a long waiting line, it was only our turn at 24h15 and needed to pay 50 euros extra. Crazy.

Ich hatte über mein Reisebüro über Sunny Cars ein Auto gebucht, leider hat die Abwicklung sehr lange gedauert und man wollte mir eine Zusatzversicherung aufschwätzen obwohl ich alle Leistungen inklusive hatte.

Avoid this rental agency. Mysterious chalk-like scratch was charged after returning vehicle, no staff present during midafternoon weekday return!? We were required to return keys to Arrival counter desk. Much inconvenience and trouble, dishonest circumstances, avoid! Complaint procedure ineffective.

Nos han cobrado 120 euros de más por esperarnos 15 minutos. Nuestro avión tuvo un retraso y llegamos a la oficina a las 00: 15 min. Es incomprensible.
Desde luego, han perdido a 3 clientes.

Kind, helpful and efficient staff at the Sevilla airportdesk. Car was easy to find and fully ready. When returning the car I parked the car in an Hertz spot and just had to put the keys in a dropoff box. Very easy. However, I would have preferred a person who would check whether I fuelled the car up (which I had done) and that there were no damages. Now, I have to wait for the final bill to see that indeed I did fill up the tank and that I have no dmages.

Thank you to the very profesional woman at the front desk that try to arrange everything while I arrived 2 hours in advance to pickup my rent à car. She was very concerned by the time I had to wait and démonstrate very good customer care which I appreciate and which is not always seen with some other renting company. I will rent again there.

- Facturation de défauts/rayures déjà existants de 270 euros. Même en contactant le service commercial de Hertz avec photos à la prise du véhicule comme preuve, aucune prise en compte & de remboursement de Hertz.
- Ajout des frais d'abandon & de TVA d'un montant de 47 euros. Il n'est mentionné nul part dans la réservation que ces frais vont m'être facturés.
- Propreté du véhicule: Le véhicule a été que partiellement nettoyé à l'intérieur, en effet j'ai pu constaté un manque de propreté dans les parties fermés (rangement accoudoir) et au sol.
En temps de crise sanitaire, la non propreté est inacceptable.

Don't try to call them because you will get mummified before they pick up. Calling for a week to try to get something I forgot back and never picking up. Worst service ever.

I returned the car a day early and couldn’t get any refund for that.that’s fair enough for me booking a day extra I took that risk. I hardly drove the car, it was in the exact condition I received, upon return I get an email saying scratches all over and other damage, luckily I paid for the full insurance so it doesn’t effect me, but that’s not cool!

Llevo 3 días para ponerme en contacto con la chica responsable de hay, nadie coge el teléfono y me deben dinero que tengo retenido en la cuenta, es una pasada que no se molesta en llamar a sus clientes, primera y última en alquilar en el aeropuerto de sevilla, renta car ok es mucho mejor, mejor atención llevo años alquilando hay, me arrepiento no haberlo echo estas navidades.

He leído que Hertz no está entre los cinco mejores, pues para nosotros están los primeros. Coches buenos, modernos, limpios, y ya que decir del personal, IRENE que lo tengo que escribir con mayúsculas porque la chica no se merece menos, atenta, educada y muy profesinal no pongo más estrellas porque no hay

La atención un auténtico desastre, te dejan tirado a la 1 de la mañana con un coche que tenias reservado y no te lo dan porque dni y tarjeta bancaria no coincide el mismo nombre, cuando las dos personas se encontraban, les daigual hacerlo y sin conocer lo más mínimo la ciudad, después le pides la factura de esa misma reserva y no te la dan porque supuestamente te la han cancelado pero si te lo dejan todo cobrado, sin más

Por internet anteriormente a todo esto, un día antes, reservo el coche mediante la página y puse los datos que queriamos presentar en la oficina, dni y tarjeta diferentes, lo más lógico, esque si esto en la oficina no te lo dejan hacer, pues que la operación por Internet te la cancelen, PUES NO SEÑORES, me lo cobraron al instante y una vez en Sevilla (oficina) me dejaron tirado a la 1 de la mañana.

Achtung! Ich habe eine Vollversicherung abgeschlossen und ein Auto gemietet. Die Mitarbeiterin hat mir eine Versicherung aufbrummen wollen da ich ja angeblich nur eine Basic Versicherung haben soll. Das stimmte nicht und auch der Versicherungsschein vorgezeigt brachte Sie nicht an s Denken und ich musste eine Zusatz Vollversicherung abschließen sonst bekomme ich das Auto eben nicht. Ich musste einwilligen. Nun habe ich eben Doppelt Vollkasko abgeschlossen und der ursprüngliche Vermieter hat es zurück erstattet da war dieser Kulant. Hertz hingegen nicht bereit einzulenken. 100 € verlußt muss ich selber tragen. Hertz Flughafen Sevilla niemals mehr buchen.und Ich sehe gerade das scheint dort an dem Point eine Masche zu sein

Premièrement Hertz est mal indiqué lorsque l'on arrive pour rendre la voiture. Pas de personnel pour réceptionner la voiture quand c'est tôt le matin, mais le problème c'est que je n'ai pas trouver ou déposer la clé! Pas de boîte, pas une indication, pas un message, rien. Et personne au bureau au niveau des arrivées. J'ai finalment déposé la clé dans la boite d'une autre agence.j'ai tourné pendant 30 minutes avant ça, pas du tout agréable quand on a un avion à prendre!

Fatal. 30 min de cua i no hi havia cotxes disponibles. S'ha de ser curt per no penjar un rètol!

Me siento timada. Todo bonito, rápido y amable. El coche muy bien. Llegamos al aeropuerto para entregarlo y no era para nada el precio que dijeron al cogerlo (a pesar de haber preguntado reiteradas veces si ese era el precio final y me haber respondido que sí que lo era). En fin, primera y última vez.

Unos auténticos ladrones y sin vergüenzas. Después de haber alquilado un coche, a la vuelta nos endiñan un roce en la llanta, la cual no fue hecha por nosotros. La peculiaridad de que la chica al comprobar el coche se va directa a esa rueda a mirarla, una actitud que precedía que sabia que ya tenía algo en esa llanta antes de saberlo. La chica anchita de pelo morena que nos atendió, fue bastante borde y antipática.

Horrible, filled the tank right before returning the car. They changed me an extra 30 euros anyway, because the digital fuel meter was still one tick from full. This despite showing them the recite from the fuel station one kilometer away. Worthless workers working there.

We booked through ADAC and already booked with zero waiver full insurance. Car pickup was easy, we got an free upgrade (opel mocca instead of a corsa). We were offered an upgrade to a Mercedes, extra cost was clearly stated and we just said no and that was it.
Car return out of hours was easy, just park it and drop the keys.
My advice is, do your research. And learn about how things work.

Lamentable el trato recibido por esta empresa, llene el deposito antes de entregarlo y me han cargado cerca de 40€ por 5.60 litros que le faltaban. La empleada que me recogió el coche alega que yo acepte el cargo cuando fue llegar y soltar el vehículo sin mediar más palabra que un buenos días. Unos estafadores y no creo que jamas vuelva a alquilar un vehículo a esta compañía

This one of the worst car hire returns I've come across. Not well signposted at all.
The nearest filling station if you are filling up is past the airport. You then have to continue up the motorway to the next junction and turn and come back. Luckily someone told us in advance!

Absolument pitoyable, très mauvais accueil. Le pire, à la limite de l’arnaque, on ne vous dit rien à l’arrivée et ils effectuent un prélèvement indu par la suite.
