I have a Groupon for massage but it is impossible to get an appointment. I first rang the two weeks ago and when they finally answered the phone after three days they said they couldn't give me an appointment as the air conditioning wasn't working but they would call me the following week
. They never called me. For the last week I have been calling every day and just put on hold constantly. I tried emailing them for an appointment three days ago and still have not received a reply. I have already requested a refund. Terrible customer service.

Fui con un bono de Groupon. Llegué 10 min antes de mi cita. Tuve que esperar 30 minutos. El aire no funcionaba, tuve que hacer tiempo fuera del local. Para cuándo me toca el masaje hay unos técnicos haciendo tareas de mantenimiento en el hall del local justo delante de la habitación del masaje. Decido recibirlo, y al final me dan menos de media hora de masaje. El reloj de la habitación está adelantado y no es la hora real. Cuando salgo veo que en total ha sido 20 minutos de masaje aparte el tiempo de acomodarte en la camilla. Esperar media hora para recibir 20 minutos.
Pues nada. Esa es la experiencia. Para mí la sensación es lujo por fuera y cutre por dentro.
