A home from home. The moment you walk through the door you enter another world. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are friendly and welcoming. The service is great and the food is fabulous!

If you are looking for a week to get away from everything: the noise, the city, the people, this is THE place to come. If you are from the city like me (and afraid of heights) the road to hotel may seem a bit scary but you get used to it real quick! Other than that, the peaceful environment in the mountains is amazing, I craved it the second I left the place. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved our stay here. Sue and Gordon have managed to create a truly special place. Food was yummy and fresh, rooms clean and spacious and staff were all exceptional. Some I incredibly walking around here too. We will he back. Thank you

If there were 6 stars to give, this place would deserve it. There is no glitz, just a real, authentic, casual ambience. Eclectic design & a massive algorrobo tree providing shade above one of the many seating areas. Great to mix with others or hunt out cosy privacy in one of the many nooks around the property. Tasty food & an honesty bar. Cool pool in summer, roaring fire in winter. Beautiful mountain walks & year-round views.

Wish I could stay there every year! Wonderful location, top kitchen, fantastic hospitality, service as it should be.
