Hotel Fuerte Marbella

Teníamos media pensión. El desayuno fue excelente, pero el servicio de cena fue bueno, pero el chef aún tiene mucho que aprender. El lenguado estaba muy frito y la carne estaba dura. Hablamos con el camarero al respecto, ¡pero nunca funcionó! Una pena. Estaremos encantados de volver en cualquier momento, pero sólo con el desayuno.

Precioso Hotel recientemente reformado para adaptarse y convertirse en un hotel de 5 estrellas con un interiorismo que rinde tributo a Andalucía.diseñado por el interiorista Jaime Beriestain

Hotel muy bonito y personal muy agradable y amable.
Reservamos con una agencia de viajes e incluía transporte desde el hotel al aeropuerto. Algo salió mal allí, pero el muy amable personal del hotel nos hizo varias llamadas telefónicas, por lo que al final nos recogió el autobús.

Todos los colores y muebles del hotel son muy bonitos y combinan muy bien, para que uno pueda disfrutar realmente de la estancia.

Estuvimos allí en octubre, no había tumbonas en la playa, como se sugería en las fotos del hotel. Pero a nosotros no nos importó, porque directamente en el jardín del hotel hay bonitos lugares con vistas al mar.

Una cosa que definitivamente sacamos de nuestra reseña: ¡Los restaurantes para cenar!
Los restaurantes del hotel (LeMarche, Levante, Soleo Beach Club) son extremadamente caros para lo que ofrece. Los camareros no están coordinados, definitivamente hay algún fallo en su sistema. A veces esperábamos mucho antes de tomar bebidas, los camareros no parecían saber dónde debían llevar la comida, aunque siempre fueron muy amables.
Y la comida no era lo que esperarías encontrar allí. En todos los demás restaurantes fuera del hotel comimos al menos el doble de bien por la mitad de precio.
¡El desayuno era perfecto!

En definitiva, este es un hotel perfecto, pero recomendaría comer en algún restaurante local.

Este es un excelente hotel. El personal es increíblemente amable, el servicio es impecable. Tuvo una gran renovación y reabrió sus puertas a principios de este año, por lo que todo es nuevo. 3 piscinas de las cuales 1 climatizada en la planta baja. Las habitaciones están impecables. El personal atiende las habitaciones dos veces al día. Gran selección de desayuno para atender a diferentes nacionalidades, entre las que había muchos invitados británicos, alemanes y españoles. Los dos únicos puntos negativos para mí son el hecho de que el hotel no tiene menús impresos. Tienes que usar una aplicación en tu teléfono o su sitio web. El otro está en el baño donde las toallas grandes se caen de los soportes al no tener gancho y las toallas terminan en el suelo. Las toallas son finas y no se acercan a la calidad de los hoteles de 5 estrellas del Reino Unido. ¿Recomendaría este hotel? Absolutamente

Hotel de primera clase con un fantástico servicio por parte del personal del hotel. Ubicación privilegiada en primera línea de mar. Volvería aquí en un abrir y cerrar de ojos.

Realmente espectacular. Tras la reforma, el éxito del nuevo proyecto está asegurado.
Un 10 para todo el personal, las instalaciones, la decoración, las habitaciones y, cómo no, la excelente ubicación.

Absolutamente hermoso, increíble, el personal fue muy agradable, muy servicial, las instalaciones fueron increíbles, muy, muy, muy limpias, las habitaciones del hotel estaban bien, ojalá me hubiera quedado más.

Llevamos viniendo muchos años y esperábamos que después de la reforma llegáramos a un hotel realmente de 5 estrellas.
Nada mas llegar nos encontramos que nos envían a un edificio distinto al que habitualmente y nos dan la explicación que el nombre de nuestra habitacion, que nadie nos había indicado, estaba en ese otro edificio.
Continuo, desmadre el primer día para poder tener una hamaca en todo el recinto, dado que se da la permisibilidad que los clientes dejen las toallas a primera hora de la mañana sin ocuparlas. El segundo día, después de dar la bronca se soluciono.
Nos sorprende que vayan ofreciendo recipientes de fruta por la piscina y cuando los coges te dicen que son 5 euros. Que conste que no es por la cantidad pero sorprende que se haga en hotel que denominan como de 5 estrellas.
Intenta mi mujer ir a la peluquería y nos dicen que el peluquero no esta hasta el miércoles que buscan a otra persona. Que no nos preocupemos que nos llaman y la llamada no se produjo.
Cuando pides agua tanto con gas como sin gas, resulta que nos la traen en botellas del hotel que no es de marca y te dicen que las botellas se rellenan, eso sí lo cobran como de marca registrada.
Algún camarero te trata como si fueras tonto o invisible y le da un trato diferente a algún cliente que te da que pensar de porqué ese trato.
Destacamos por su profesionalidad en el restaurante Marche a la señorita Angie.
En definitiva, sigue siendo un hotel de 4 estrellas, eso sí con una ubicación inmejorable.

El Hotel el Fuerte en Conil de la Frontera está muy bien situado, con acceso directo a una hermosa playa de un kilómetro de longitud.
Cabe destacar especialmente el personal de servicio.
¡¡¡Todos fueron muy amables, atentos, cuidadosos, un servicio excelente, muy agradable!

La música de las 10 de la mañana en la terraza de la piscina a un volumen muy alto y todos los días la misma. Monótona y mortecina. Preferimos estar en silencio, escuchar el ruido del mar o al menos mejor música, mucho mejor seleccionada y a un tono mucho más suave.

Celebramos una jubilación en el restaurante del Hotel el Fuerte y los que pedimos el plato de pescado nos quedamos alucinados una pieza tan pequeña que era ridicula sin ninguna guarnición. Realmente lamentable. No se como no les dio vergüenza servir algo así. No recomiendo este restaurante para celebraciones.

My wife and I had a spectacular time at the Hotel Fuerte Marbella! We were there on our honeymoon and couldn't be happier with our stay. Our room on the 6th floor, with the great views of the beach and sea were spectacular. We can't wait to come back! Every staff member we interacted with was polite and answered all our questions. We especially need to acknowledge Adrian, Javier and Nicholas who went out of there way to ensure we had a marvelous stay! I'd recommend the hotel to all family and friends!

Es sollt im 2021 selbstverständlich sein, dass die Ehefrau auch erwähnt wird. Z. B. Lieber Herr liebe Frau Rieder!
Für 7 Tage nur 1 Dusch und ein1 Bodylotion für 2 Personen. Hatte noch lange Haare in der Dusche. 1 mal wurde das Zimmer, trotz Meldung bei der Rezeption, nicht gemacht.
Wir waren schon x mal in ihrem Hotel. Waren sonst immer sehr zufrieden
Das Frühstück ist super und das Personal sehr nett.
Leider können wir die Küche für das Abendessen gar nicht rühmen. Fleisch schlechte Qualität man muss schon gute Zähne haben. Dessert sehr enttäuschend.
Trotz allem kommen wir wieder, da wir das Hotel einfach lieben. Wunderschöne Aussicht toller Garten.

After two years of no vacation we were extremely surprises by the hospitallity of EL FUERTE.
Friendly, hardworking staff, clean, safe to enter the complex and the elevator and room). We remarked the friendly manager form time to time. All our questions were friendly honored.

The hotel is in a great location, reception staff are great. We stayed in 327 & 328 which are in need of refurbishment, the laminate floor is poorly fitted and uneven to walk on. We were expecting a double room but got 2 double beds which was disappointing.
The breakfast staff are friendly and you have great options for food.
By far the worst thing about the hotel is the bar staff, service is really slow, staff are so disorganised and a lack of bar experience was very evident throughout our stay.

Un réel problème dans la chambre: Manque d'aération dans la salle de bain d'autant plus que la toilette se trouve au même endroit …………….

I loved the stay at all. I stayed here for two nights and it was wonderful. Everything is clean, breakfast is great, sea view.sea dound in the morning. I would reccomend!

The hotel is beautiful so close to the sea and the weather was fantastic for our stay. I must add the staff at this hotel are the finest I have come across nothing is to much trouble for them they are kind and courteous and always wearing a smile I do hope the hotel chain are proud of the staff they do them so much credit. I would have no problem stating here again.

Habíamos estado en otros Hoteles de vuestra cadena: El Rompido y Coníl, todos magníficos, y nos decidimos ir a este de Marbella y ha sido un acierto. Como bonito es el que más nos ha gustado. Está en el mismo centro de Marbella y con respecto a la hospitalidad, el buen trato y servicio es magnifico.

I really liked the hotel, especially the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The only thing which could have been better was that the hash browns at breakfast were usually cold and in the evening there were not always biscuits to go with the cheese. Overall though, I thought the hotel was very good.

Bonito Club de Playa, el servicio muy bueno, y la comida muy rica. Un lujo comer a mediados de Diciembre a pie de playa.

By far the beat breakfast buffet and great panoramic views of the beach front. A must visit for a stay, least. It is also located right opposite old town marbella, which is a very famous tourist attraction. They also have an indoor heated pool, which is perfect after a tiring day of travel. Nice stay very central no need for a car, beach 50 metres, port 300, old town 400. Nice far and a good restraunt, room clean and spacious poor views though not that it mattered and it was a spontaneous decision to stay so we can't complain

The hotel is quite clean, cozy and nice to stay. It's pet friendly but not free parking. The location is close to the city as well as beach. They organize a free city guided tour every Saturday morning. Very nice experience with them.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable ten nights stay this time.
Everything about the hotel delights us: location, ambiance, restuarant, gardens, pool areas.
ALL staff are welcoming and professional, including senior management.
We feel valued both as customers and individuals.
We travel widely in Europe and are regular hotels users. We rate the El Fuerte amongst our favourites.

We enjoyed our stay at your hotel as much as the visit we made in January 2018, most helpful staff. We would hope to return again.
We did have a problem with sound from another room on booking into our our room, your front desk were most helpful in allowing us to change rooms and allowed us several options. Good customer service.

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage kommen seit über 20 Jahre ins El Fuerte und das 2mal im Jahr sehr freundliches Personal sind ab 12 Sept 2018 wieder im Fuerte Margit u BRUNO Hannover

The location is next to ta old city, the breakfast is amazing. But the beach is not so good it has rocks and jellies. Most of the time different street sellers came by to offer us fake bags, glasses and scarfs it was really annoying. It's not good for young couples. Most of the guest of the hotel was retired. It's unjustifiable expensive.
