Este hotel hizo de nuestra estancia en Sevilla una experiencia inmejorable. El hotel está perfectamente situado, a pocos pasos del centro de la ciudad y al mismo tiempo lejos del bullicio de la ciudad. La bienvenida de Christina fue cálida, inmediatamente nos ayudó con ideas sobre estacionamiento, consejos sobre restaurantes, etc. El desayuno fue abundante y estaba perfectamente preparado. El clásico ambiente español del hotel completó la experiencia para nosotros.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana este mes de diciembre y hemos acertado de pleno. Cuando hacemos visitas a una ciudad tan atractiva y animada como Sevilla, pero con tanta gente, y después de acabar la jornada cansados, es un auténtico placer poder llegar al hotel y poder descansar sin ruidos ni de fiestas ni de tráfico, a pesar de encontrarse ubicado en pleno centro urbano. Además, su tamaño es muy acogedor, y la atención del personal muy profesional y cercana, resolviendo cualquier duda y facilitando información muy útil para seguir dísfrutando de esta estupenda ciudad.
Ha sido una auténtica experiencia placentera. Relación calidad-precio justa. Deseando volver. Gracias

Habitación muy limpia y bien climatizada.
Una estrella menos por una ventilación un poco ruidosa (me refiero al VMC y no al aire acondicionado). ¡Por lo demás es perfecto!

Un hotel realmente encantador con el encanto y el carácter de la Sevilla tradicional. La ubicación es perfecta para caminar por la ciudad vieja y ver todos los lugares de interés. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia aquí. La habitación era espaciosa con una cama cómoda. Todo el personal fue amable y atento. Un hotel con encanto y muy bien situado. Queremos darle especial gracias a Cristina la recepcionista que nos atendió, por su amabilidad, su profesionalidad y su extrema simpatía.

Bonito y pequeño hotel con sólo 29 habitaciones situado en una calle tranquila. Un hotel tranquilo. Muchas zonas para sentarse en varias habitaciones de la planta baja; podrás sentarte en una de estas habitaciones interiores y alejarte del bullicio de la zona turística. Refrescos disponibles por un cargo.
La habitación de invitados era pequeña y estaba muy iluminada pero bien equipada. Hay una pequeña ventana con visillos que dan a la calle de abajo, pero no hay una vista real. Hay una nevera minibar, café, té y un hervidor (que dejó de funcionar al tercer día). Sólo había dos canales en inglés en la televisión. El baño también tiene jacuzzi. Hay una terraza en la azotea con baños de sol, toallas, bañera de hidromasaje y sauna.

Un hotel atmosférico a unos cientos de metros de la Catedral. Cama maravillosamente cómoda, personal muy servicial y amable. Lo recomiendo de todo corazón, si alguna vez vuelvo a Sevilla, no voy a buscar otro.

Estancia perfecta! Limpieza impecable, gran habitación (tranquila, cómoda…), gran servicio, desayuno maravilloso, excelente ubicación. ¡Fue difícil irse!

Top, de hecho un hotel Top. A poca distancia de todos los puntos destacados de Sevilla. El hotel está muy bien decorado con estilo, con influencias españolas y moriscas. Nuestra habitación estaba muy ordenada, limpia, con todo lo que necesitas. Muy bien, cama grande, baño muy cuidado con inodoro y ducha genial. El desayuno también era excelente, sabrosos bocadillos, buen café y un buffet con muchas delicias. ¡Y luego lo más importante! El personal, muy correcto y extremadamente amable. Dio mucha información sobre Sevilla a la llegada y, por supuesto, sobre el hotel. Mire usted mismo las fotos adjuntas y comprenderá por qué le damos a este hotel y a su personal un gran 10+. Entonces, si vas a Sevilla y estás buscando un hotel que satisfaga todas tus necesidades, ¡el Hotel Las Casas de EL Arenal es el lugar para estar!

Wurden hierher umgebucht, weil dass Partnerhotel überbucht war. Ein toller Service und Location. Auch wenn wir dadurch nicht den normalen Preis gezahlt haben würde ich sagen lohnt sich das Hotel für den Preis sehr. Vielen Dank an das Personal für die schnelle Lösung!

Un hôtel de type Andalou très bien situé permettant de rejoindre rapidement tous les lieux à visiter. Le petit-déjeuner est complet. Le personnel est très sympathique et bienveillant. La literie est très bonne et tout est très propre. Une excellente adresse

We were very disappointed with this hotel - had booked based on 4 star and reviews
The location is very central and in particular Maria Teresa at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant
However the rooms leave a lot to be desired - our first room roasting and at this time AC not turned on in hotel so after second night changed rooms
Our second room both mornings had a strong suit smell- apparently this does happen “old hotel”. The beds were comfortable
The rooftop “pool” is a big leap- small hot tub, not heated and tiny area. No bar.
We would not return here

Wi-Fi didn't work in the room.
Lots of poor European TV channels, but the 2 English speaking channels did not work at all.
Bea at reception could not have been more helpful! She was wonderful!

Esta bien ubicado
Pero deja mucho que desear de un hotel 4 estrellas no tiene lavandería, no tiene pareja deep cerca, el champu, gel de baño, conditioner es imposible de usar porque el frasco no lo permite, el desayuno muy regular y mal atendido, no tiene restaurante para el resto del día.

This is the most beautiful, comfortable, and unique hotel I've ever stayed in! I love the decor and antiques, and it has lots of lovely spots to relax on the rooftop terrace and in the courtyard. Staff was really helpful. Perfect location too.

Hotel muy acogedor, muy limpio y con muy buena situación. Pasamos allí una noche pero la verdad es que todo fenomenal. El trato del personal es muy bueno, también.

I booked this hotel with free cancellation to see whether we would qualify for the final, I cancelled and they have taken the money out my account, refused a refund and won’t reinstate the booking, why they have rebooked out the room, Booking.com have said they should be refunding me, but they are refusing, avoid at all costs, there attitude is absolutely disgusting, not helpful in any way

Bonito hotel en una zona muy céntrica de Sevilla, quizás su talón de Aquiles sea que no tiene plazas de aparcamiento en el hotel, pero por lo demás genial.

Nice hotel not too far from cathedral. Staff are nice and friendly and were a great help when we needed to find somewhere to buy a phone charger. Breakfast was nice too mainly a continental breakfast

Pris en otage pour un marathon, nous aurions aimé être informés préalablement. Sinon un endroit correct. Une suite avec une chambre trop petite et beaucoup d'espace perdu.

A lovely stay at this charming hotel. Very close to town centre. Local restaurant and bars not to far. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Gorgeous decor, neat and clean rooms, super friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, amazing location, within 5-10 mins walking distance from Alcazar and Santa Cruz area. Highly recommend.

I would thoroughly recommend staying in this hotel while in Seville. It was truly amazing. The staff were so helpful and friendly and Maite in reception needs a special shout out. Every place she recommended for dinner or drinks we tried and loved it. Excellent recommendations!
The hotel is right beside bars shops and restaurants but still quiet enough to feel relaxed and to recharge.
Our room, well that was just absolutely beautiful! We got an upgrade as it was our anniversary, and we were so pleased with every aspect of the room. Especially the jacuzzi! The roof terrace to enjoy a drink or just chill in the sun is truly amazing. I really couldn’t fault anything about this amazing hotel! You really need to try it for yourself. You won’t be disappointed!

Hôtel super bien situé, tout se fait à pied. Literie excellente et prestation digne d'un vrai 4*. Accueil au top, petit déjeuner de qualité (le beau serveur était très sympathique). Viva Sevilla!

We were literally driven by the pleasant scent of the hotel from the street and so booked our stay on the spot!
Beautiful Hotel, charming and cozy. Definitely an Andalusian House with its patio, the greenery and the sounds of the fountain.
The staff were super sweet. The breakfast was delicious and with high quality. The room was very clean and cozy.

For $230/ night, there should have been free coffee, room should have been larger, & wifi should have been consistent. Had to got out to center patio/ front desk to get wifi. Despite being on top floor. Noise from a "side street" turned out to be a HIGH traffic way for cars & people. Airconditioner was all cold or nothing. Shower leaked all over bathroom floor due to poor drainage. The room was very dark, needed overhead light.
Staff were very friendly & as helpful as possible. Too much $$$ for too few amenities.

Muy cómodo, limpio, tienen los cuidados máximos en salud e higiene. Muy buena ubicación, cerca de la Catedral, el parque Maria Luisa, plaza de España, la torre del oro, Triana. Los lugares más lindos de Sevilla. Muy buen desayuno, completo y variado

Had such a great stay at Las Casas. The employees went above and beyond in providing great care. When making a reservation, they informed me of a promo at the time that allowed me to get breakfast included. The breakfast is very elaborate with tons of tasty options. The breakfast was one of my favorite parts. But several employees went out of their way to look after me, including talking to me about their historic books when I was looking at them, checking with me when breakfast was closing, calling me a taxi quickly when I was running late, and having patience with me through all my questions. I mentioned I would be working from the room, so they organized for me to get the room with the bigger desk. Could not be more happy with the stay and treatment of Las Casas.

The hotel is really big inside and has lots of pretty inner courtyards to sit down and relax. The room was clean and had everything. They always put 4 free bottles of water in the fridge in the room which we appreciated a lot. The breakfast variety is satisfying and the staff at the breakfast (we believe he was doing all the work alone) was very kind and helpful. On the last day we had to leave the hotel quite early so we asked for a take-away breakfast which was nicely prepared and handed over to us in the early morning by the night staff. The taxi request was also well taken care of.
The only downside and the reason why I rated 4 out of 5, not 5 is because the check-in experience was not nice at all. When we arrived at the hotel, there was a couple before us, checking in. We were hungry and tired but that couple’s check in took more than 20 mins. It is not the couple’s fault. It is the two receptionists who took that much time to check them in, explaining everything to them which is very nice but when there is only one reception in a very small room and especially when there are other customers waiting to be checked in, they should have realised the surroundings and made sure the check-in experience was smooth for all the customers. Two of them were handling one check-in. One of them could have handled another check-in (if there are two computers) When it was our turn, our check-in took more than 20 mins, too although I repeatedly told them we were really tired. The staff didn’t seem to shorten the check-in and started explaining about the city without being asked. I know they were just trying to be helpful but sometime I just want to check in and go to the room. To read the atmosphere and the needs of customers should also be the job of the receptionists. In that sense I didnt think they did a good job at all. The only professional receptionist was the night staff. He handled our check-out absolutely professionally, being polite and kind while leaving us in privacy and keeping the distance. Kudos to him (I should have got his name!)

Hotel muy céntrico y acogedor, decoración excelente, la chica de recepción que nos recibió muy atenta y amable explicándonos todo perfectamente. Díficil aparcamiento pero con parkings públicos cercanos. Totalmente recomendable.

Fabulosa estancia, nos derivaron a este hotel por una mala experiencia con el q teníamos contratado y ganamos en el cambio. Trato magnifico, habitación estupenda, personal super atento, especialmente María, que estuvo siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos con cualquier cosa que pudiéramos necesitar. Volveremos seguro.

Great hotel and great facilities but the team there are fantastic. I had a leg injury and required all kinds of support. Christina, Maria and Francisco were absolutely amazing. They looked after everything from where to buy Muletos (crutches) through to late night requests for ice-packs and all the usual tourist stuff like booking restaurants, ordering taxis etc. And they did EVERYTHING with a smile and a genuine interest in making our stay the best possible. Boutique Hotel well located with excellent service. Breakfast in the lounge compact but excellent quality. 24 hr desk services catered for all needs. Staff A1 with beautiful surroundings. Bathroom facilities top quality.

Nice hotel, with a typical Spanish architetture. The staff is really helpful and kind. The breakfast is rich and with a good selection of saulty foods. The location is perfect, close to the main attractions.
