Mi experiencia en Idea Dental con el Dr. Gonzalo y su auxiliar Silvia ha sido excepcional. Desde el primer momento me sentí cómoda y segura en sus manos. Son profesionales muy amables, atentos y detallistas, que se toman el tiempo necesario para explicar cada paso del tratamiento y responder a todas mis preguntas.

La clínica es moderna y está equipada con la última tecnología, lo que me da confianza en la calidad de los servicios que ofrecen. Además, los precios son muy razonables.

Sin duda, recomiendo Idea Dental a cualquier persona que busque un dentista de confianza en la zona.

Absolutamente encantada con el trabajo de Gonzalo para restaurar mi sonrisa. No sólo es un excelente dentista, su trabajo es puro arte. Me han hecho algunas cosas bastante importantes y ni un momento de dolor. El estudio es muy cómodo y tranquilo y el equipo formado por marido y mujer, Gonzalo y Sylvia, son personas muy amables y atentas que trabajan juntos de manera brillante. Los cargos son muy razonables, una fracción de lo que pagarías en el Reino Unido. De hecho, tengo amigos que vuelan para recibir tratamiento, incluso considerando un vuelo, vale la pena. Todo empezó en una simples es tracción de muela y hoy estoy con el tratamiento de Invisalign. Atentos, flexibles con los horarios y muy muy cercanos. ¡Un 10!

Forman un gran equipo de trabajo son super profesionales y trato muy familiar, siempre tuve pánico de ir al dentista hasta que los conocí. Ahora no lo pienso dos veces cuando notó la mas mínima molestia. Los recomiendo 100%

Desde que traspasas la puerta recibes un trato fenomenal que te hace olvidar a lo que vas. Es supersuave y relajante; practicamente no te enteras de lo que te estan haciendo y cuando termina, casi no te lo puedes creer.

I thought that when a cosmetic filling fell out, living in a new country, let alone in the middle of the Coronavirus quarantine I was a bit unlucky.

But how wrong was I? When my husband found this local dentist for me, it turned into one of the luckiest days I've had since living here.

Gonzalo and Sylvia are not only absolute professionals, they are both genuine, kind and caring people.

Tuve que visitarles por un problema que me surgió durante mis vacaciones en una endodoncia y el trato tanto del doctor como de su auxiliar fue muy profesional y se notaba que la situación estaba controlada en todo momento. Gracias a ellos pude solventar el problema y disfrutar de mis vacaciones. ¡100% recomendables!

Gonzalo and Silvia were exceptionally professional and showed great patience in dealing with my old crown which cracked thanks to my biting down on a rogue olive pit! Gonzalo removed the old one and fitted me expertly and painlessly for the new one. I’m very happy with the result and would wholeheartedly recommend the pair of them. I will definitely visit again if I have any more problems.

Gonzalo and Silvia make the best team. I was struggling for years with my teeth but especially my gums, bleeding, etc. Their treatments and advice have been key for my oral health and their professionalism and attention to detail are superb. Thus I visit them a few times per year, travelling from Brighton where I live. I call it my "dental holiday', checking regularly my teeth while enjoying Málaga, which I love.
Anyway, I cannot recommend them highly enough and I wish them all the best.

I had an issue during the covid 19 crisis cracking a tooth which needed prompt attention. I was unsure re dentistry during the lock down and on Saturday messaged Idea Centro. Within a very short time I received a message back from Silvia offering an emergency appointment today Monday. I attended and the tooth was damaged to such an extent that removal was the only realistic option (which I expected). Gonzalo removed the tooth totally painless. Gonzalo and Silvia are such a lovely professional couple they really go out of their way to put you at ease and ensure the experience is painless. Their English is really perfect which given my limited Spanish was another bonus. I can't thank them enough or recommend them highly enough.

It was such a relief to find Idea Centro. Gonzalo trained and worked in the UK and speaks perfect English. I was travelling by boat and was on a tight schedule but was seen promptly and the treatment provided was exactly what my dentist back in London had suggested when I phoned him earlier (and the fee was considerably more affordable than London!)

Highly recommended. This practice deserves to thrive.

Excellent dentist, specialising in Endontics, in Algarrobo Costa, southern Spain. Made initial contact about a re-root treatment over a year and a half ago, regarding a root canalled tooth that had developed an abscess. My UK dentist was referring me to a specialist which was going to cost around £1000, with no guarantee of resolution. Gonzalo Diaz Alvarez, the dentist and proprietor of this business, offered me a clear path to resolving the problem for a quarter of the price and importantly saving my tooth. Other dentists I had contacted were more interested in giving me a dental implant, when all I wanted was to save my tooth. Of course I checked out Gonzalo's credentials and he was registered in the UK as a dentist, previously working in the East Midlands area. Importantly, he was also qualified as an Endontic Specialist in the UK, so right away this gave me confidence. I booked flights to Malaga Airport, hired a car and booked accommodation nearby to the clinic, (about 40mins drive from the airport). I was able to combine my treatment, (carried out over around two hours in one morning), with a holiday and still was much cheaper than having the treatment carried out in the UK. Gonzalo himself is a lovely guy, friendly, easy going and easily put me at my ease. The dental nurse/technician is Silvia, (now Gonzalo's wife), who was equally good at putting you at your ease and always with a smile. Everything was explained as the treatment was carried out and at no point was I in any discomfort or pain. I would also point that where your treatment is carried out is spotlessly clean. There was also the option for my wife to sit in the dental surgery with me as the treatment was being carried out but she preferred to sit in the waiting room reading her book with a cup of coffeee, supplied by Silvia! Gonzalo, found a root that had not been treated in the original root canal and fixed the problem. When finished he gave me a prescription, should I run into any problems over the course of the rest of my holiday. I didn't need it. Not too far from two years on and the abscess is totally gone and have never had so much as a twinge from the tooth. Really satisfied with Gonzalo's work, so much so that I returned to him a couple of months ago regarding sensitivity in my other crown, at the other side of my mouth. Excellent service again. This time the tooth canals were ok, but he was able to identify I had been grinding and recommended a Michigan Splint to train my jaw to sit properly without grinding, which my UK dentist is going to follow up on. In summary, Gonzalo responded to my emails promptly, answering any questions. He carried out the work to a high standard at an affordable price and he and his wife were a pleasure to deal with. I recommend Idea Centro Dental, without a second thought and should I run into problems again, I would without doubt use them. Thanks for all.

This practice is quite simply amazing, they took me on as a patient midway through implants, not an easy thing to do, but for this lovely couple nothing is too much trouble, their care, attention to detail and professionalism is second to none, my acute fear of dentists gone, they do not judge or patronise you, put you at complete ease, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I don’t normally write reviews online, but I was compelled to write this review after receiving such great treatment from Idea Centro Dental.

As somebody who was very nervous about going to the dentist, it was really difficult for me to pluck up the courage to seek out a dentist for a problem that I was having with one of my back teeth.

I initially went to another dentist nearby to explain my problem and to tell them that I was nervous, but they were very cold with me and they didn’t make me feel welcome in the practice at all.

Therefore, I continued my search and found Idea Centro.

My first experience of Idea Centro Dental was like night and day compared to the other dentist. Upon entering the practice, I was greeted by the lovely dental nurse who is also the Dentist’s wife and she was very welcoming to me.

As the practice was quiet at the time, I was able to see the dentist right away and I explained my problem to him and the fact that I was a nervous patient.

Anyway, to cut a long story short, the dentist was absolutely amazing. He gave me lots of reassurance about the root canal procedure that I needed to have done and he told me that we could take as much time as necessary to complete the treatment.

Well, I’m happy to say that due to the professionalism of the dentist and the dental nurse, the procedure and whole experience was a breeze and it was completely painless.

Not only that, I was so relaxed that I actually fell asleep during my root canal treatment!

Who would have thought that the sound of drilling inside your head could put you into a tranquil sleep? This is more like a Spa than a Dentist practice!

Anyway, thanks to Idea Centro Dental I have now overcome my fear of going to the dentist and I highly recommend booking an appointment if you need any dental work doing yourself.
