Una pequeña gran ciudad. Todo lo que necesitas lo tienes sin salir del hotel. Está muy bien ubicado ya que se respira tranquilidad.

Highly recommended hotel! Not only for its great concept of all-inclusive, and when I say all-inclusive I mean, everything! Food, drinks, hotel transportation etc… the list is long. This place is amazing! Located in the beautiful Andalusia region, makes it perfect! Just 15 minutes drive to Marbella old town! The service you get from the staff is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Always greeted with a genuine smile and ready to accommodate you with your very special requests! ‘I know it’s not on the menu but, could we have some extra avocado with olive oil please? ’ ‘Sure, sir! ’ With its wide choices of restaurants, you feel spoiled and willing to try everything until you realised that your pants don’t fit anymore! However, if you are willing to stay fit, just join one of their daily fitness or pilâtes classes, it’s all-inclusive! If not, why don’t walk or jog along the path that traces the beautiful dark grey sandy beach? You can go very far and lose yourself in its landscape. Once back, refresh yourself in one of their 7 heated pools! Family or adult-only ones, or maybe the scented ones? Then chill on one of their daybeds, either by the beach, feet in the sand or toes tickled by the short grass! You won’t get bored! Once back in the room, you can also chill out on the balcony and let yourself swing by the hanging chair and order some delicious food in the room! If you suddenly realized that you ran out of something, pop into their mini market, where you can find almost everything you need! I could write a book about our experience, so, it's best to check it out yourself and enjoy it too! I can't wait to come back!

Service and food quality always at the high level. Just the commun area to go at the room are not always clean.

Wonderful vacation venue. Staff always hugely friendly and accommodating.

There are activities for everyone in the family.

Nuestra estancia en el hotel ha sido maravillosa, el personal superamable, atento y educadisimo, las chicas del mini club encantadoras, mis hijas se lo han pasado genial y han estado muy agusto con sus "profes nuevas", volvian cada mañana contentisimas. Los restaurantes magnificos y la comida riquisima, hemos disfrutado. El hotel es una maravilla, precioso y limpio. Muchas gracias a todos por hacernos sentir como en casa.

Best all inclusive resort we have ever been to. Nothing too much trouble, as a party of 18 we were able to prebook restaurants before arrival and were given amazing service from all the staff. You can set up a WhatsApp group with the hotel and can do anything from there with a quick message. Any drinks we could think of were available from the main bar, and picking whatever wine we fancied for lunch was a novelty for us, normally have to stick with "house red". Used the free coach into estapona one day and Puerto banus another which were again booked from the app. Overall amazing stay and would not hesitate to recommend a break here, definitely 5 stars from us ️

Myself and my partner returned from this resort last Friday and I can confirm this is probably the best all-inclusive hotels I've ever been to.
The food was amazing and the staff in the whole resort be it in the restaurant's or by the poolwere soo friendly and helpful, you never had to do a thing it was done for you.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! The attention to detail is what puts it above the rest in my opinion.

The decor is luxurious yet tasteful and fitting to a seaside resort.

All staff are friendly and genuinely appear to enjoy working for Ikos.

In the past I have struggled being a vegetarian on vacation, however this was not the case here, the food is incredible with a wide range of choice across seven restaurants.

Another great touch here is the fact the hotel manager is always around on site and is approachable which just shows they really care about their guests satisfaction.

I genuinely can’t wait to come back plus visit the other hotels within their portfolio.

A thoroughly well designed hotel where your every need is catered to. The staff are friendly and attentive. It will be hard to leave.and we'll definitely return.

Amazing hotel! The food/drinks and service were fantastic, especially Sia the sommelier who went above and beyond during the wine tasting experience and then also helped pair wines during our dinners.

The cocktails choice and taste was fantastic. As per other reviews the beach sand is dark grey/rocky so you'll probably end up spending your time by the pool.

We personally enjoyed the bike riding and aquafit, lots of activities in and out of the hotel. There were some minor teething issues which we discussed with the Manager who was very receptive and did take them on as improvement points.

We look forward to the new Ikos hotels opening next year.

Fantastic Resort! Level of service was impeccable. Food and Restaurants are amazing. Super variety of pool areas. Only slight downside was the beach having very large stones on entry to the water but I hear their planning on getting this sorted in the future.

We visited here at the end of May and had a perfect week together - overall 10/10 and we will certainly return to Ikos.

All of the staff were friendly, polite and attentive - a special shout out to Natalia at reception, Eva @ Fresco & Maria at the downstairs bar.

The airport transfers arranged were seamless in nice taxis. The food & drink throughout the week was great. Facilities were fantastic, especially the spa. We loved the morning Yoga classes the guy that ran it (we have forgotten his name) was really friendly. The free Tesla hire for the day was really fun. The museum tickets + busses out to the local towns were great and made it more than 'just' a resort holiday, even though that's what we signed up for.

Minor potential improvements:
- I think the indoor gym could be a little bit bigger as it was busy at peak time (just before breakfast).
- The nachos with the fake cheese etc that were given out at the beach was a surprise given all of the food was such high quality and fresh - avoid those!
- Finally, the dine out restaurants were not as good as the on site restaurants but it was nice to have a change of scenery. One thing we felt that we missed out on given the location was the opportunity to have the local speciality of grilled sardines on the beach in a Chiringuito. Hopefully they will introduce that soon.

No me he hospedado en el Hotel Ikos.pero paso caminando o en mi bici a menudo. Mucho guardia de seguridad. Bonito hotel con buenas piscinas. Tienen camas para tomar el sol que dan al paseo marítimo.a mi me gusta mucho.saludos.

One of the best all inclusive Hotel we have ever been!
From the first minute onwards it was a really good experience:
Warm welcoming, nice staff, good food (a lot of food), good service at the pool.
A la carte restaurants but also buffet is really nice.
Rooms are very nice and clean.
I can not understand why so many people are complaining the beach. Of course it is not that sandy but you can be there without shoes and the water is clear.
Over all- amazing and relaxing holidays for us. Big thanks to Ikos team Andalusia for making our stay there the perfect holiday. We will definitly come back to one of the Ikos Hotels.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ikos Andalusia. It is not the kind of place we would usually stay at, but now having a 1 year old we decided to give it a go given its family friendly, all-inclusive credentials. The hotel itself is lovely for a large resort - nice pools, comfortable rooms and the food in the restaurants was very good. However, it was the staff who really made the stay special. They were all very friendly and helpful and communicative. Special thanks go to Elena in the spa and Carla in Flavors who both also acted as babysitters on a few nights - they were very lovely! We would happily stay again.

Ikos Andalicia us closed for now. Reopens for next season in the 1st of May informed the guard at the gate.

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble, gâché par un service laissant à désirer par la réception de l'hôtel.

Les bons points:
- Un magnifique complexe en tout point conforme à ce que nous attendions, avec différentes piscines, des équipements sportifs et activités proposées permettant de passer un très bon séjour détente, découverte et sportif, tout à la fois selon son envie.
- Le personnel est au petit soin et vraiment sympathique. Dans tous les restaurants, bars, le service a été parfait, attentionné et des plus sympathiques.
Idem dans la plupart des piscines, à la plage. On vient vous voir régulièrement pour vous proposer à boire, sans avoir à bouger de son transat, on ne pourrait rêver meilleur service.
Au-delà de la beauté des lieux, des services proposés, ce sont vraiment les employés qui font la différence et qui nous ont permis de passer un bon séjour.

Point négatif:
- Une grosse déception en revanche au niveau du service par la réception de l'hôtel: nous étions venus pour notre lune de miel et avons eu la malchance qu'un de nos bagages ait été égaré par la compagnie aérienne.
Au niveau d'Ikos: prise en charge au strict minimum et aucun suivi de la part des réceptionnistes à l'hôtel à qui nous avions demandé de faire le lien avec la compagnie aérienne, pour nous aider. Nous sommes avisés le lendemain de notre arrivée, par la "Guest relation supervisor", qu'elle avait appelé la compagnie aérienne mais qu'elle ne savait pas où était le bagage et que ce n'était pas à l'hôtel que nous devions demander mais à la compagnie aérienne directement, en gros débrouillez-vous.
Hallucinant, je pensais avoir réservé dans un hôtel 5 étoiles et avoir le service qui irait avec, de l'assistance en fait, pour aider des clients dans une situation inconfortable, en vacances à l'étranger, ne maîtrisant pas la langue.

J'insiste alors en lui disant que je ne savais pas comment joindre la compagnie et que je ne parlais pas suffisamment bien espagnol pour expliquer ma situation au téléphone, alors elle accepte finalement de s'en charger. Enfin s'en charger est un grand mot, parce qu'après avoir relancé pendant les 2 jours qui ont suivi et me rendant compte qu'il n'y avait en fait aucune prise en charge par la réception, aucun suivi si je ne le redemandais moi-même, j'ai fini par laisser tomber.
Finalement, le bagage est arrivé au bout de 5 jours, quasiment à la fin de notre séjour, non pas grâce à l'assistance de l'hôtel, mais par la compagnie.

Il ne s'agissait évidemment pas pour l'hôtel de retrouver un bagage perdu à l'aéroport, mais à minima de montrer un peu d'implication pour aider des clients en difficulté et leur assurer un feedback.

En dehors ça, pour un voyage de noce, ne pas s'attendre à quoique ce soit de particulier, pas d'accueil personnalisé, pas un mot de la réception, ah si quand même une bouteille dans la chambre et un dîner dans la partie Deluxe, qui n'avait aucun intérêt. Les restaurants de l'hôtel sont de bien meilleure qualité.

Au final, cela reste de bonnes vacances, mais les réceptionnistes et la superviseure à qui nous avons eu affaire ne sont  franchement pas à la hauteur du service attendu pour un hôtel de ce standing.

Amazing hotel, never feels too crowded even at busy times.restaurants and bars look cool and are a highlight. Beach is just ok and there could be improvements to booking systems for restaurants but a really good relaxing break

I've always preferred Mexico's all inclusive to anywhere in Europe, but this hotel is by far the best European all inclusive I've ever been to and I will definitely be returning here next year rather than Mexico

We booked a week in May, last year. Had to psy 2 nights deposit. Obviously hotel not open, but hotel offered us only a voucher which is wirth 20% on top of our deposit. However, we have to book later this year or next year, and prices gone up 50%! We would like our deposit back in cash. We have been to IKOS resorts before and have got a holiday to IKOS Daccia booked in September. We have booked September holiday with an Agent so can't use voucher they are now offering. We want our deposit back to pay towards our September holiday.

700 empleos más para Andalucía. El turismo es INDUSTRIA, y tiene sus inconvenientes. El dinero no crece en los eucaliptos y los andaluces necesitamos generar riqueza.

Una pena como se están cargando la costa. Un hotel así es una aberración en una playa que estaba tan virgen. Todo lo mueve el dinero.

Una pena hacer un hotel tan grande estando tan cerca de la playa y cargarse una playa tan bonita y talar tantos eucaliptos.

El hotel se está reconstruyendo entero para abrir sus puertas en 2020 como el mejor todo incluido de Marbella

La salle de restaurant trop bruyante et non climatisée! Les chambres sont confortables! Les animations sont super!

Super séjour. Belle équipe d'animations hyper dynamique. Des activités et excursions au top. Un cadre idyllique. Bref, que du bonheur!

Logements rudimentaires (pas de pommeau de douche, très mauvaise literie, FDC déplacent les lits donc très bruyant.), nourriture bonne mais grasse (paëlla dans bain d'huile par ex), salle de restaurant extrêmement mal insonorisée donc hyper bruyante surtout s'il pleut et que tout le monde est rassemblé à l'intérieur.

Club conviviale équipe d animation au top, chambre très propre, beaucoup de choix en restauration, personnel aimable

Très belle hôtel séjour magnifique restauration très bien snack au top surtout pour les jeunes salé sucré. Ambiance au top equipe dynamique. Ménage très bien. Bar choix de boissons très bien mon seul regret sont les cocktails pas de vrai choix et surtout aucune présentation tout est servi dans des gobelets en plastique C est vraiment pas génial dommage.

Très grand hôtel totalement excentré. Plage mais non aménagée de sable gris.jonchée de détritus.grande chambre propre mais datée.buffet moyen.le seul plus: les piscines et la super animation.l hôtel fermé début novembre et sera détruit!
