Bad experience, asking for 100% payment in advance, delivery date open (months) very unfriendly arrogant, not caring for its customers, money driven guy.

Imperial Furniture, thanks for a great experience. Delivery on time, friendly staff. When we got our ordered furniture, the guys who delivered it also mounted it and brought all the empty cardboard boxes with them. We have now been customers at this shop for number of times over the last 6-7 years, always been very satisfied with their services, deliverys etc. In other words: Strongly recommended!

Truly terrible service… we ordered some cushions which were supposed to arrive in 1 month, we were never contacted and when they hadn’t arrived 3 months later, we contacted them asking for a refund and they refused, we had to keep the order and wait another few weeks for them. Never had such an experience and bad customer service.

Very good people, helpful and very friendly. Very wide choice of furniture. Certainly worth a visit if you're looking for furniture.

Excellent service from Teo. Had our sofa delivered today - great communication & were here exactly when they said they would be. Definitely recommend & will use again. Very happy with the quality for the price. 5 star service all round.

Absolutely fantastic service and honesty. I had my ordered delivered yesterday and a member of staff saw that 1 piece was very slightly marked and instead of hiding mentioned it to me straight away. Said piece was taken back to the depot and a new piece was delivered the same day. Tony and his team are a real pleasure to deal with who show superb honesty. I bought all the things by Whatsap by texting back end fort whit the owner of the store even if I texted him at 22.00 23.00 in the evening no problem
Then when the furniture was supposed to be delivered their was a koffie table missing so I called him his responds was unbelievable he lied and said um you order a Cartier model tabel it’s broken in the box I said no I did not order that look in your pictures I said he said oo no I see it’s a Marble table I said no also dit not order that ooo yes the table is broken so I order a new one so I said you did not order the table I paid fore ore you already sold it to some one Els and forgot to order a new one fore me then he started to scream at me over the phone he was really rude and said this number is private don’t bother me on this number by the way same number what I used to order every thing then he was really nice
When he was taking my money their was never a problem but now their was
My couche haze a big stain on the back and my dining room table haze a dent in the frame
When we bought the stuff also said that the lamp we bought was going to be put up one time
Also did not happen over al never buying here again don’t recommend this way of doing business especially the way the owner talks to a woman shameful

I worked as intern at Imperial Furniture for 6 months. I really enjoyed my time there! Imperial has a lot of high quality, luxurious furniture. Both indoor and outdoor. I was amazed at how quick Imperial furniture delivers and how much concern there is for clients. The team is great, I loved working with them and the owner of Imperial is so nice. He really cares about his clients and that everyone is happy. The boys who deliver the furniture are really good at their job they are quick, install the furniture and help the client where they can. Imperial Furniture is different from other furniture companies. They do not only sell furniture but also take the time and use their expertise to come together with the clients to the best possible ideas and solutions.

I bought an outdoor sofa lounge at Imperial Furniture. Such a nice quality at a reasonable price. From the beginning of the order until the delivery everything was perfect.

Can’t recommend Imperial Furniture highly enough. My husband and I first visited the shop to look at purchasing beds for our new apartment. However, since then not only did we get the beds but we have also bought bedside cabinets, all our terrace furniture, sofas, tv unit, coffee table and the list keeps growing. We are particularly pleased with the terrace furniture, the range in store is extensive and the quality excellent. Everything was delivered on time, assembled and all the packaging removed. Tony and Assia assisted us on our numerous visits to the shop, they were so helpful and extremely patient.

When my wife and me entered this beautifully decorated store, we were greeted in a pleasant manner.
Ever since the beginning to the delivery, everything was handled correctly.
Nothing is too much to ask and the prices are reasonable if you compare them with similar stores. I can confidently say that the value of the product is equivalent to the money.
It is clear that the service there is very important, for example; Assia.the saleswoman and the two delivery boys were excellent.
