Acabamos de comprar nuestra casa para siempre en España y necesitábamos algunos muebles de exterior. Echamos un vistazo a IndalOcio en línea antes de volar. En nuestra visita aquí, pudimos obtener todo lo que necesitábamos, pero estábamos preocupados por la entrega ya que solo teníamos dos semanas para usar la villa como casa de vacaciones por ahora. De hecho, entregaron todo al día siguiente. No obtenga ese servicio en el Reino Unido. Buena variedad de productos y excelente servicio

Purchased parasol in August last year. Had to return first one next day as it fell apart. Replacement has started to fall apart after 6 uses. Owner will not honour 12 month warranty let alone the 3 year warranty that comes with the product. Have purchased 3 items from this company and had problems with them all.

Compré una sombrilla en agosto del año pasado. Tuve que regresar primero al día siguiente porque se vino abajo. El reemplazo ha comenzado a desmoronarse después de 6 usos. El propietario no aceptará la garantía de 12 meses y mucho menos la garantía de 3 años que viene con el producto. Compré 3 artículos de esta empresa y tuve problemas con todos ellos.

Not the cheapest place, but they sell the best. Dave will never make a salesman, but he is a nice honest guy and very helpful, not pushy at all.

Yesterday I took delivery of 2 Nardi Omega loungers, Nardi Alloro table & Palma chairs in white & tortega, plus the illuminated cool bar. I am delighted with the quality of all the furniture!
The ordering process was conducted over the phone, along with many questions via WhatsApp messages - all dealt with superbly by Adam & Oliver.

ORDERED NEW RECEIVED EX DISPLAY

Ordered and paid immediately for a BRAND NEW SWING CHAIR, was told delivery would be in a week by the owner.
Chair never arrived weeks later after trying to contact owner who chose to ignore messages. (Which I have retained)
Chair eventually delivered and delivery guy informed us was not new and an ex display from another store with scratches on the framework, with some parts missing.
When we contacted the owner to complain he thought he was doing us a favour by giving us this as he did not have a new one in store, he could not accept that we wanted as originally ordered and paid for a new one. He offered no apology or refund so we told him to take this back.
After about a 6 weeks and numerous messages we finally received a new chair.
The owner is clearly not aware of his stock on taking orders and your money, and has no customer care as fails to answer messages and take responsibility for his mistakes.
As a customer all we wanted was our brand new chair not an ex display weeks later and for updates as to his failings.
A bit of honesty goes a long way had he explained not in stock we would not have minded the wait, and not to be palmed off with damaged ex display goods.

Very well stocked with quality furniture, after searching in the town without success we immediately found the garden table we wanted. Fairly priced and helpful and friendly staff.

Unfortunately for these guys they sold me an end of line pergola which had missing parts. It was originally delivered late and I didn't open it until I returned to Spain just before lockdown only to find it had missing and incorrect parts. It took a further 8weeks after returning from lockdown to only partly resolve the situation by my DIY skills.
They gave me two outdoor lanterns for my trouble. I wasn't impressed with the owners attitude but his staff member Oli made every effort to help but I did have to be persistent.

Quality goods at great prices, plus excellent service. We just bought a reclining patio set, and from viewing it in the shop, to sitting with a couple of cold beers was less than one hour. (Admittedly we live pretty close, but still unexpected!) They also unpacked the set and took away the rubbish!

Great product but do not pay the full price until you receive it. The owner sadly lacks in customer service.

Went for garden furniture very helpful managed to get everything staff excellent with a quick delivery.

We would rate them much higher if we had received the furniture we ordered last February! Since then we have had excuse after excuse culminating on being told not to contact them and they would get back to us. They didn't! Apparently the fact that we have the wrong table delivered is our problem not theirs. So much for customer service! Anybody can get rave reviews when they get it right. Solving problems is the real mark of great customer service and in our case we have been ditched.
