Great variety of goods and staff who speak English. Bit disappointed that website quotes 1 price for a hot tub but instore quoted a much higher price!

Empresa pirata! No se puede trabajar peor sin asumir responsabilidades. Nada de lo que hicieron funcionó, la bomba del spa que me instalaron era de segunda mano, la obra peor imposible, el fondo se rajó. Y atención: recibí cartas de la Seguridad Social y de Hacienda ya que esta empresa tiene una enorme deuda con ellos. Desconfien de ellos, son piratas!

Very helpful and knowledgeable, about your pool. A bit dearer than other pool stores but the assistance is well worth it.

Indalpool is the worst company I had to get to know in my entire life. First, they were overly friendly and lulling people in but when the first problem arose, they tried to sneak out of any responsibility and got totally harsh and rude, not answering my requests and being very arrogant. They never respected any time agreements we made, they just showed up and left when they wanted. It took them 4 months to finish my pool and the result is an authentic disaster.
The tiling with the natural stone seems a joke, never seen anything that ugly and dangerous around a pool, it´s impossible to place even a chair on it since the floor is completely uneven and they let the stones overlap on the borders, so that you hit your head open (see picture). I had to fight with them for weeks to get the borders cut straight, they almost refused to finish the project and let me with a half-finished pool over 2 months.
Speaking about the cleaning system installation, the air jets are not even in hight, one is lower than the other, which causes the circulation door on the opposite side to get stuck close very often, so that the cleaning system never works properly. Inside the pool there are many marks where they spilled the glue of the tiling which was impossible to clean away and after 2 years now it just looks filthy and is irremovable.
The stairs are not straight either and the inclination goes to the inside, total amateurs.
Last but not least, they lied about the color of the tiles, I paid for the greenish variant, but they put the cheapest blue and of course they never admitted it and invented stupid things like "when the water is in you´ll see the greenish", well, No, with and without water, it´s the wrong tiles.
The worst was the attitude of the sales representative Antonio and all the workers they have in general, youngsters from south America with no knowledge at all in anything, leaving garbage all around the finca and having very poor education.
The shower was never working and consulting with a plumber, he told me that it would be necessary to break open the floor to repair it because the tubing is wrongly installed.
It has been 2 years that Indalpool constructed my pool, you can see the quality of their work in the pictures below.
Contracting Indalpool for my swimming pool was one of the biggest mistakes of my life and cost me a lot of money, way too much money for ZERO professionalism. Not one person is an expert in what he´s doing, it´s the most ridiculous and rude people I ever got in touch with here in Spain. DON´T DO IT!

Antonio is very helpful and speaks good English. They have everything for your pool. Bought pool coping stones today.

Pas toujours facile de ce faire comprendre quand on est étranger mais le personnel fait ce qu'il peut pour être agréable.

An excellent pool supplier in Albox. Anything you require for your pool is available at very good prices. Service is excellent and the guy in the shop speaks very good English

If you need pool stuff look no further I just bought a new new pump for €100 euros less than all the competition. They always have offers and the staff speak good english.
