Mi madrastra reservó para un control real con rayos X. ¿Le cobraron literalmente 200 euros? Por solo tocarla escuchar su ritmo cardiaco y terminar? Ella siente mucho dolor y llego a casa y me entero de que la estafaron. Estos son sus precios encontrados en la queja de otra persona. Este no es un hospital real, solo te tocan aquí y allá solo para decirte “ok, ¿puedes ir a otro hospital?” ahora ni siquiera responden. ¿Y le acaban de dar este mapa? ¿Qué se supone que debe hacer? ¿Adónde se supone que debe ir? En su web dicen médico privado, pero dicen hospital público.
Just ridiculous, it’s 6: 30 and I’m staying here in front of the clinic which is closed. A paper at the door mentions that I have to call a number. Result after trying 4 times: No response. Guys, this is not a 24h service and I’m having an emergency!
No me lo puedo creer, son las 6: 30 y estoy en frente del hospital. Está cerrado y pone que tengo que llamar un número. Resultado después de intentar a llamar 4 veces: Ninguna respuesta. Eso no es servicio de 24h y tengo una emergencia!
A really good clinic! Very happy everytime I’ve been there; all the working personal, from the reception desk to the doctors are extremely competent and professional. To recommend 100%!

Bad experience. Went in for a standard issue that a GP would normally diagnose on the spot. After explaining I had insurance (they asked which provider) the Dr then insisted I get a full lab tests done. The Dr seemed really nice and had an answer for everything. I wasn't staying long, no problem the test results would be back in 2 days. Ill be going on tours so might not be in the area when the results arrive, no problem, she would email me the script when the test result arrived so I could go straight to a pharmacy nearest to where I would be.
The lab results took a day longer than I was advised (confirming standard issue). They called me and said I would need to come in and pay an additional 150eu (so overall 450 total) to get the script. When I pointed out what the Dr had said, I was told that isn't possible as pharmacies don't accept email scripts. So either the Dr did not know how pharmacies in the area work or was not truthful. When I received this call I was in a nearby city, and would have to rush back from a tour, as the Dr was leaving at 7pm. By this point I was due to fly home the next day anyway so I did not go back.
Really terrible experience. My impression was they were more focussed on money than swift patient outcomes.

Extremely overpriced testing services. In the weekend the charge way more. Extremely busy, they still would make plenty of money if they charged let’s say €5 more in the weekend. Modern day criminals.
Me tomaron un turno y luego lo cambiaron dos veces sin consultarme. Cuando llame para reagendar el turno en el horario que había arreglado originalmente, me dijeron que no podían cambiarlo. Una falta de profesionalismo inaceptable, y una incompetencia muy grave por parte del personal.
Te dicen una cosa por teléfono, y al día siguiente lo contrario. Por error suyo nos querían cobrar un extra de 50e. Muy mala atención al cliente de la persona en la recepción, se enfada y sube el tono de voz. Muy mala imagen de la clínica. No recomendamos para nada
I told them by phone, and even emailed a copy of the documents I needed not just a fit to fly but also the lab results. And I also told them this in person before the test. When I collected my certificate there were no lab results and as a result I wasn't allowed to fly. I now have the added expensive of being stuck in the UK and quarantine. Furhermore, after having done myself day two test I am not sure that the PCR was done properly as the nurse only swabbed my tongue and not the tonsils/ back of the throat!
