ITS A BIG MISTAKE TO TRUST WITH THIS CLINIC! I was desperate needed to be treated as soon as possible! I called this clinic. FIRST, they will let you FELT they are really concerned to your HEALTH CONDITION! But its a FALSE FEELINGS ITS A FLASE FACES ofcourse to gain client! On first consultation i asked how much the doctor's fee but they wont tell you right away! They asked if the PAYMENT by insurance or private! After the consultation i was suprised for 250€ to paid for the consultation but the doctor doesnt even explained anything just adviced to go to a private hospital! For further diagnose plus the gesture, the face and the words coming out to the doctor was insulting and then the HOSPITAL they referred was ASSOCIATED to them so they can get percent of every client they put in. This clinic doesnt even give A FRACTURA! I listened to their advice cause i am desperate to be cured SADLY the hospital they recommended did a bad treatment to me! I asked from them BUT because everything was paid already they AVOIDED THE BAD CASE HAPPEN AND WASHED THEIR HANDS NOT TO BE INVOLVED! They asked expensive payment for their SERVICES but compassion to their clients IS ZERO!

Nos hemos acercado a la clínica de Fuengirola a las 3: 30 de la mañana para una urgencia con un bebé. El sitio estaba cerrado y los teléfonos de contacto mandaban al contestador.

Es una estafa como dicen la mayoría de las reseñas. El médico llegó 30 minutos tarde a la cita y le cobran cantidades ridículas de dinero y le dicen que le enviarán un recibo con la información requerida más tarde, nunca lo envían a pesar de varios intentos de comunicarse con ellos para decirles que lo necesito para mi compañía de seguros.

También anuncian que están abiertos las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana, lo cual es mentira. Su línea telefónica directa podría estar activa, pero el lugar está cerrado.

Fui a la clínica por segunda vez, porque por primera vez estaba muy contento con la consulta y la cita de un médico, quería llegar a él, pero conseguí otro especialista, a pesar de mis preocupaciones, nuevamente recibí altamente calificado.ayuda, sigue así y gracias!

Se necesitaba ayuda de emergencia. Todo se hizo de forma rápida, de calidad y sin colas. Buena clínica, personal educado, médico profesional.recomiendo

Called by tonight as husband experiencing arrhythmia. Centre was closed. Rang them and someone resonded straight away but said the only medic on call was attending an emergency. Suggested we go to Málaga hospital.

This place is a scam, they are private and do not accept private insurance. €150 to see Doctor for 2 mins to be told we have to go to the private hospital but that our insurance will cover everything and not to worry. Was told it was 19/20mins in a car so we got a taxi. Nearly 35mins and €50 later we arrived. Once we arrived it became very clear that they are only in existence to send people to the hospital and not treat patients themselves. Hospital required €800 deposit to be paid before they would see us, having insurance made no difference here either. All this may have been somewhat acceptable, but the patient was a 24mth old child and it was an emergency. Imagine refusing to see a small child in an emergency because they demand €800 first. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY.

Appointments for COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Tests for travel made quickly and easily online. Arrived early and seen early. Both receptionist and technician spoke perfect English. Results by email in less than 15 minutes. Perfect!

Absolutely stay away from this clinic if you need anything more than a covid test. I wish I had seen the negative reviews of folks who did more than just get tested before I booked in. After a 150e doctor visit where they've seen clear symptoms of COVID 19 and documented them, this clinic has been refusing to deliver a simple letter explicitly saying that I need to take time off work for the week despite asking for 4 days / and after dragging me into more than 3 phone calls / emails / texts a day with incorrect assumptions and conflicting or illogical information. They clearly know that I am ill so the only possible reason for such refusal with illogical and flimsy arguments is something dodgy. Stay away unless you are desperate for attention irrespective of the quality of care, I've never experienced a service this bad and expensive.

You can not call it an experience, administrative work 0, let me tell you something wrong answers unqualified working ethic … im so sorry if u have to deal with this kind of stuff? …. Except for that they accept and than hang up on you and never call back or answer the phone…. Great work and great service thank you

We were desperate to find an antigen test the day of our departure and they have a lot of empty slots. We get there an hour early and they checked us in right at the moment. They can speak English well and that helps us a lot. The price is 60euro for weekend and 40euro for weekdays. A bit on the pricy side but the services are very worth it. They even helped us get a taxi for 5 even though it is quite hard to find one. We were really grateful for their help. Overall a very good experience

Las pruebas de PCR y antigenos son mucho más caras los fines de semana. Cómo les gusta lucrar con la pandemia.

We were a group of 4 french people, wanted to take our PCR Test for COVID at the last minute, they helped us by phone then, arrived in the place, the 3 beautiful ladies talked english to us and helped us a lot, our tests were done in 5 minutes, and helped us to be refunded in France.
Very simpatical, and we were well-received.

No puse una estrella sólo por la amabilidad de las recepcionistas, pero me siento estafado. Fuimos a hacernos el test rápido de antígenos, miramos en la web y decía 55 euros, que ya es caro, pero allí nos dicen que en fin de semana cuesta 75 euros. Un test rápido que suele costar no más de 40 euros. He pagado ese precio por un test PCR, la verdad que cobrar eso es aprovecharse de la necesidad de la gente en una pandemia, vergüenza que un centro médico se convierta en una maquinaria de hacer dinero.
Y no es que el centro estaba atestado de gente, como se ve en la foto éramos las únicas personas.
Espero esta review sirva para prevenir a gente de estas prácticas.

Went here for PCR testing a few weeks ago. Had a very efficient experience & the staff were really nice - especially Christine who was super helpful. If you're getting PCR testing be aware it is more expensive to do this at the weekend

Had my PCR covid test here, very easy. Results within 4 hours. English speaking receptionist & doctor. Underground parking across road at Supermarket.

Had coronatest done, same day appointment, very quickly and efficient service -got results by email as promised. Very Happy!
