Jacks Smokehouse

Gran ambiente y decoración del lugar. Tiempo de espera muy largo para realizar el pedido. No todos los artículos son correctos, pero vale la pena buscar algo aquí.

Nos gustó mucho nuestra cena en este restaurante. Hemos estado dos veces durante nuestra estancia en Marbella. Nuestra camarera fue muy amable y servicial, hablaba bien inglés y la relación calidad-precio era buena. El ambiente era muy agradable y está situado con vistas al puerto. Definitivamente regresaremos la próxima vez que estemos en Marbella.

El bistec Tomahawk fue increíble. Gran servicio amable. El inglés de los camareros era muy bueno. Ambiente encantador

Para ser completamente honesto, no me impresionó la calidad y presentación de la comida. Conozco a Jack Smokehouse desde el día en que abrieron. Pero debo decir que estoy muy impresionado con el servicio.
Todas las anfitrionas en la entrada son increíbles, muy amables.

Pero el miembro del personal más favorito es Suzzy. Extremadamente profesional y dulce.
Se nota que le apasiona su trabajo y lo hace de manera brillante.

Últimamente no me ha impresionado la comida, pero volveré por el servicio y el ambiente.

Gran lugar para comer. La racha de tomahawk fue absolutamente deliciosa. Personal amable y atento. Gran carta de vinos también.

2023: Excelente visita aquí el viernes por la noche, todo estaba muy bien preparado, el servicio fue bueno a pesar de estar ocupado

2019: Hice 2 viajes aquí mientras estábamos en el servicio PB y siempre fue muy rápido. En el primer viaje sentí que los filetes estaban un poco poco cocidos y en la segunda visita estaban exagerados.

Gran lugar para comer. Y también excelentes vistas del puerto. Conseguí mesa para 2 después de unos minutos de espera. Gran ambiente con buena música de fondo. La comida y el servicio eran muy buenos y no eran caros considerando su ubicación en primera línea.

¡Increíble, quiero decir increíble comida y súper valor!

El personal es muy agradable y amable.

La única pequeña decepción es que el lugar no coincide con el excelente servicio y la comida. ¡Pero vale la pena ir!

Maravillosas vistas, comida de buen gusto y sorprendente. Es un clásico venir a Puerto Banús y tomar algo en Jacks Smokehouse… es de esos restaurantes que nunca están vacíos. Los brunch y los almuerzos son increíbles, y también si quieres disfrutar de una bebida por la noche. ¡Imprescindible en Puerto Banús!

Verdaderamente mediocre, mala relación calidad-precio. Servicio muy por debajo de las expectativas.
La calidad de los artículos en general es mala, y la preparación es igualmente mala, como las alitas de pollo.
Cócteles de autor igualmente débiles, que no justifican los valores.
No hay atención al detalle en general.

Un lugar genial para comer o tomarte algo con los amigos.
La comida estupenda.
La atención de 10, todos los trabajadores muy agradables, amables y atentos.
Sin duda alguna lo recomiendo 100%

First time food was excellent but second visit was very disappointing. Cool premises. Can't fault the service. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

La comida no está mal, es comestible. Pero la música está muy alta, el sitio es ideal para los extranjeros, muy rollo giri.

De lo mejorcito en puerto Banús para comer pero, algo orientado al turismo masivo y extranjero. No está mal.los precios? Pues, es Banús.

The worst hamburger I have ever eaten in my whole life. It was so dry that i can not believe it.

The chicken teriyaki was disgusting. It tasted odd and the outer portion of the chicken breast was really hard yet the inside seemed a bit raw. I informed the waitress about my order and she apologised for the inconvenience. We didn’t have to pay for my meal. But aside from the chicken teriyaki, their Tiramisu was bad and their toilet was very dirty. It was not really busy when we had lunch so I don’t understand what went wrong because they had good reviews in the past.

Wonderful experience. I went there with family. It is classic casual dining. The menu is wide and people so friendly. During the late evening a dj set is on stage. The food has been good and very good beer. The desserts, mainly the chocolate fudge, was so good.

The staff here is so nice and friendly, and they take their time to make you feel comfortable. We were there with our kids, they got a balloon and made jokes with them, I loved it! Even more important: food was very tasty and it wasn't expensive at all!

I loved the chicken casadia. Others are below average for burgers unfortunately! Nice try but not for a second time.

Un buen sitio a precio razonable m, fuimos y nos hicimos un buen desayuno, probamos el complete English breakfast, los huevos Benedict, tostadas NY y el sandwich club. El sitio muy buen localizado y muy bonito con buenas vistas en la terraza superior! Muy Agustí y muy rico todo!

Très bon restaurant avec du choix et de la qualité. Ça fait la 3 ème fois que j'y vais et c'est top. Évitez néanmoins le tiramisu dn dessert. Seul bemol

The restaurant tried to scam our table thinking we are tourists, the waiter handed us a menu with higher prices which is usually given to tourists in order to scam them for more money, after finding out about the scam we decided to leave and the waiter wanted to charge us 5 euros for a sprite which they had not brought us yet. The waiter then threatened to call the police for not wanting to pay, in which I responded to him “ please call them so I can show them the way you scam people” afterwards he told us we are free to leave.

The unfriendly waitress said we, a party of four should sit on two different tables, because the chef does not allow to put tables together!

Fuimos a comer porque hace años las hamburguesas estaban ricas y estas dos últimas veces sólo han conseguido decepcionarnos. Ninguna estaba al punto que pedimos y el sabor de las mismas era insípido, como si estuvieran congeladas. El trato de las camarera morena de la primera planta, eso sí, fue lo único bueno.

Cómo adoro este restaurante siempre que viajo a Marbella y paso por Puerto Banús es sitio obligado. Se come muy bien y el precio de plato+bebida oscila 20€/persona está muy bien para estar en pleno puerto y te quedas lleno.

I pitty the fool that doesn't eat here! Great food at descend prices with beautifull setting and super friendly staff.

Food was fine but we were given the brunch menu which didn't have many options. The main menu items coming out of the kitchen did look good though

It was an okay experience at most. We had few different burgers that were quite tasteless and especially the fries served with them. Not worth the price. Cheeseburger didn't have any sauce in it which is good to keep in mind if thinking about ordering one. Salads were a lot better, large in size and can be recommended. Atmosphere is noisy and the music is loud, good for the ones enjoying regular pop music. Location with views to the marina is a plus.

Esta en Puerto Banus con su típica comida norteamericana. Un poco picante. Es un lugar alegre y animado. Con precios moderados.

The best food i had in Marbella. I can say the best in Sapin and Europe. The atmosphere is nice and enjoyable.

Excellent food and they cater for all dietary requirements (meat, vegetarian, and vegan). Vegans should ask for chargrilled veg fajitas with guacamole and picca de gallo.
Not cheap but portions are huge. Food was delicious! Definitely recommend!

Fab place looking out at the harbour on Puerto banus. Very friendly staff and excellent food with plenty of gluten free options on the menu. Highly recommended.

A great restaurant with lovely views over the marina. The staff are very pleasant and the food is great. Good for a main meal or quick bite. I will definitely be going back in the future.

Lo mejor del lugar es la barra.como si fuera poco con una buena variedad de cócteles muy bien logrados, la carta de comidas es deliciosamente arriesgada, con ingredientes tan cuidadosamente seleccionados como los de su coctelería. Definitivamente la mejor opción en la zona, tanto para cenar como para tomar una copa.

Tasty American food and good portions. Great place to people watch and see the cars go by the Marina.

The food was so so, edible but nothing special, and the atmosphere was what you'd expect for Marbella/Puerto Banus. If you're drinking with friends or taking your family on holiday it's worth a visit. If you want a nice quiet or romantic meal, or gourmet food you'll be better off finding somewhere else
