John is a very Nice Guy who will give you good information in the right amount. Communication and transfer where good. We had a beautiful walk through the valley and finished with a lunch that was more then i expected. Very good value for your money

Had the most wonderful day with Jon Keo Walking Tours last month, to the lost village of El Acebuchal. Jon really informative and shared all the history of the area, really interesting. Walk ended in the village’s only restaurant, as recommended in Repsol guide, food was excellent. I would highly recommend a walk with this group and I look forward to to doing a couple of his walks when I return to Nerja in June.

John does a fantastic job bringing groups through the hills behind Nerja and Frigiliana. The booking is easy and response times very quick. The vatiety of walks cater for everyone. John and his crew are very informative. We really enjoyed our day out. El Acebuchal is not to be missed!

I have walked with guides in many countries and must say that John is the most professional guide I have ever walked with. His knowledge of the areas where he guides is second to none and he really takes the time to get to know all members of the group he is guiding.

I have hiked with Jon’s day hikes and with his 4-day hikes. He’s the best mountain guide in the area, which has fantastic routes and great hiking weather. It’s great to hike with Jon and his brother Graham! He works hard at ensuring everyone has a good time. He knows the area and covers bits of the history as we hike through the mountains. He’s flexible and will take time to answer questions and enjoys chatting about living in this beautiful area.

If Carlsberg did walking tours this is probably what they would like. Lovely people and they cater for every level of walker.

My Wife and I have hiked with John many times and have always thoroughly enjoyed our experience he is punctual and knows his routes and their flora and fauna and has a relaxed and fun attitude and these hikes are great value for money five stars from us.

This was a brilliant walk, with really friendly people. It's well led, with care taken to include everyone, and the countryside is spectacular. John knows the area, and the mountains behind, like the back of his hand. He, and his brother Graham, who also leads at times, are really lovely Irish gentlemen.
Lunch after is great, and a chance to socialise. Highly recommend

Fantastic hike with John yesterday, three village walk ending in Capileira. We enjoyed the walk and John's
good company and hope to walk with him again.

Went out for a second time with John - this time in the hills above Capistrano. Bit more of a hike than a walk so rather more demanding. Proper walking shoes and a stick certainly helped. It was a lovely day and the views really were spectacular. If you like to get out in the fresh air then do it. John is very helpful, amenable and knowledgeable guide.
