Trato pésimo dejé mi Pandora con 21 piezas la recojo tiene 20 y me dice el dueño que contó el seguro dos veces mentira me dice que lo siente mucho que me vaya enfadada pero que no tiene nada que hacer y tengo pruebas que la pieza estaba por que le eche una foto antes para enseñar a una amiga que se me había puesto negra de no usarla PROFESIONALIDAD 0. En la foto de aprecia que ai 21 piezas.

Deje un reloj para areglar en junio y aun sigo esperando k me lo arregle hace más de 3 meses casi y sigo esperando y mira k solo tenían k areglar la rueda de fuera y me tocará ir a liarla

I purchased a pair of earing which were diamond on gold.
They were not cheap.nearly 200€
But they were cheap in quality.
They broke within 3 weeks.
I contacted the company who said that they didnt refund and when I bring them back, they will exchange.
I was now back in the UK.
I intended to go back in March so waited to surprise the company. Then Covid
Now I have contacted the company several times and they do not reply.
Be warned, be aware very cheapy made, but made to look good.
The diamonds were glued on to a thin strip of something and then glued to the earring piece it self.
