Went into the Marbella store yesterday. Wandered around. Liked the designs. Went to ask a staff member for more information. She was talking to another staff member. We waited for 8 minutes. They were both aware we were waiting. Eventually my wife asked if we could talk to one of the. The manageress replied through clenched teeth “ you will have to wait until we are finished. It will take as long as it takes” we walked out. Another couple who saw and heard the manageress walked out to. We were the only 4 people in the store

We came to this store this morning.
A lady, working with a client, did no even answer our “good morning”. A young girl at the reception desk, sitting on a chair, almost laying on her back, busy with her mobile, did not look up at all. We felt extremely unwelcome. The treatment was dreadful. We left and went to the Corte Ingles at the other side of the street and we received a warm welcome, got excellent information and excellent service. We bought high quality seats and sofa’s and a dining table set. We have spend a big amount over there but we left satisfied and extremely happy.
What a difference people can make.
