Bonito albergue con una azotea muy bonita donde muchos invitados se reúnen por las noches y salen juntos:) es muy divertido

Sin embargo, el aire acondicionado no es muy bueno, por lo que si está de visita en un momento caluroso, prepárese para sudar.

Establecimiento hotelero que incumple totalmente con lo ofrecido. Precios caros, te cambian de habitación son avisar (algunas de ellas carecen de armarios o estanterias.las cosas en el suelo), el cuarto de baño queda bastante lejos. Pésimos desayunos.si llegas un poco despues ya no queda nada y tienes que irte a la calle. Demasiado ruido, no cogen el teléfono para modificar reservas. Los guiris son huespedes que les ofrecen una cosa y después es otra distinta. La única ventaja que tiene es la ubicación.

The coolest hostel I've stayed in.central area, very clean, good coffee and tasty dinner. The staff were the best part. All fun and friendly but in a very authentic manner. Hope to visit Sevilla again <3 <3

Ostello super pulito e in pieno centro. Dalla terazza si vede direttamente la cattedrale ed fantastico fare aperitivo. Lo staff è straordinario e coinvolgente, ti fa sentire a casa in famiglia. The beds were cozy and the other travelers were friendly, but it wasn’t overall as nice as I expected from the reviews given the steep price. They advertise events on their website that didn’t happen (pub crawls, club outings) that are some of the reasons I booked the hostel. There wasn’t that much happening I felt. Also the bathrooms were only cleaned once a day and it was one tiny bathroom for 8 people which got gross and ran out of supplies quickly, which is worse than some comparable hostels I’ve been to in Spain.

This hostel is the best for meeting awesome people especially if you are solo traveling. There are events happening everyday at the hostel’s beautiful rooftop. One day it’s bachata classes, next it’s live music or vintage market, they keep things fun and intimate. The location is absolutely unbeatable! Would definitely stay again!

N’hésitez pas, bookez votre séjour auprès d’eux! L’accueil est top, le personnel est agréable et disponible, le petit déjeuner est gratuit et à volonté, et surtout l’auberge est située en plein centre de Seville, c’est top!

La Banda Rooftop Hostel is an example of what hostels should be. Not just a bed to sleep in, you get an additional travel experience. Participate in their daily activities if you want. For me it was coming home to the rooftop every evening to enjoy the dinners, the drinks, the music and the converstations. Staff is extraordinary (and multi-talented) - and their possitive vibes work contagious. La Banda Family is indeed the perfect way to describe. Will return!

This is one of the best hostels that I have stayed at. The general vibe is friendly and open, and they do a good job at organizing events so the guests can feel welcomed. This is a great place to meet people. The hostel is not too big or too small, It’s the perfect size. The location is absolutely perfect and the rooftop bar is the icing on the cake.

Despite all the amazing reviews of this place, my experience so far has been anything but amazing. My stay was supposed to be Sept 24-26. Upon entering my room, it was unbelievably warm so I politely asked if they could turn the AC on, as they hide the remotes. Keep in mind it gets up to 95F during the day. Francesca who works at the front desk said she would turn down the temp, but upon coming back later in the day and finding it just as warm was told she just turned the fan to high… I asked again (at this point for the third time, embarassing) to have the AC turned down to a reasonable room temperature 22C/72F, so the staff cited that Spain has a “law” which prevents them from lowering the temperature under 25C. I looked up this rule and was shocked to find the government of Spain specifically clarified this this doesn’t apply to rooms themselves. I told the front end staff this, and they didn’t believe me despite showing the official notification from Spain. No response or changes made. I also said that it is so warm I was actually having trouble breathing.

I’d expect this sort of hassle from a place that charges $15/night, but it’s pretty crazy I’m spending $50/night here which is how much some low end hotel rooms are in town. I unfortunately had to pay out of pocket for a hotel room my last night because how hot it was in there. The girl at the desk actually told me “I’m not even from Spain, I’m just volunteering here so just talk to the manager on Monday” - the day I would be checking out at 6am. Totally soured what was supposed to be the best part of my trip.

10/1/22: It seems the manager of this hostel replied with “hugs” to my review here but has ignored my email requesting a refund for the horrible service and inhospitable environment they offered. You are using the “energy situation” as an excuse to save money on air conditioning and as your staff put it “to avoid fines” which we now know is false. If you are deciding where to stay when you are in Sevilla, keep in mind this response as company’s actions are a lot more important than what they say to keep up their image on Google/Yelp/etc.

One of the best hostels I've stayed in my life! Amazing staff, well equipped rooms (we even had our own shower!) and the location is great (3min to the cathedral). And then there's this cute little rooftop area, where we spent some great hours eating family dinner and drinking cocktails.
All the good reviews don't lie, this hostel is truly amazing! Definitivamente volveré a visitarlos, ¡gracias a todo el equipo!

Incredible hostel, met lots of amazing people. Staff are great and make a lot of effort to bring everyone together for activities each evening. Like everyone else has said, add a couple of extra days if you’re planning on staying here.

It was my first staying at a hostel and I couldn't have chosen better! La Banda is the best choice if you want to meet cool people, enjoy some incredible nights and feel like in a big family. The staff is great, taking care to organize different events every night, like game nights, live music and so on. Overall, a joy to be there and would definitely recommend!

My first time in Sevilla and decided to stay for 3 nights at La Banda hostel. From the first day this place felt like a second home. The bed made me sleep so well and really enjoyed the activities (e.g. Feria de Abril, family dinners on the rooftop and the pub crawl). Loved the artsy colorvibes, they made me feel inspired! Staff was super helpful with everything I needed. On the last day I even decided to extend my stay for one more night before continuing my journey to Malaga and Granada! So whenever I decide to visit Sevilla again I'll book my stay at La Banda hostel.

I had a great time at La Banda. It was a wecloming environment for solo travelers. The location was ideal. To top it off, the rooftop did not disappoint!

Super friendly staff and overall great atmosphere! Loads of recommendations and booking capabilities for sightseeing directly from the hostel.

There is a hostel dinner every evening which is nice because you get to meet fellow travelers. Also every day there is a different activity planned.

Rooms are cleaned daily, bathrooms too. There is AC in the rooms.

This is literally the best hostel you can stay. If I come back to Seville I’ll definitely stay in this hostel. These people on the reception are the top notch staffs I’ve ever seen. Ottimo ostello in centro a Siviglia accanto alla cattedrale, la vista dal Rooftop stupenda. I ragazzi che gestiscono l’ostello sono molto gentili ed attivi per quanto riguarda l’organizzazione di eventi sociali, cene, tour guidati, serate, di tutto e di più!
Sono stato 2 notti a fine aprile e durante la mia permanenza ho dormito nella stanza con 4 letti, prezzo più alto delle altre camerate ma li merita. Si trova infatti al terzo piano proprio accanto al rooftop, comodissimo per aperitivi e serate in compagnia della Banda! All’arrivo ti fanno trovare il letto assegnato, pulito e ben tenuto e disponibili per altre richieste. Come ostello lo consiglio molto

My tour through Andalusia started with 4 nights at La Banda and immediately felt at home by the welcome of the La Banda family. This hostel exceeded all my expectations!

A free drink during checkin, solid beds, comfy mattresses and daily activities. The team is so lovely and they're putting a lot of effort to make everyone feel good and comfortable. They have a lot of social activities and, especially as a solo traveller is very easy to connect with other people. I met friends that I will now call family for life. The location, the rooftop, the amazing chefs and creative souls. All make this place an absolute magical vibe for a true home away from home.

After my stay and visiting other places and hostels I decided to go back to La Banda for 5 more nights at the end of my trip! Big shout out to the La Banda family. Thanks for everything!

I spent six nights here in November and had a very good time. The staff are very helpful and work hard to organise events and maintain the social atmosphere. The rooms and bathrooms are kept very clean and the showers always had hot water and good pressure. I should not leave out the best bit; the rooftop! It is a lovely space to relax. Either in the day when you can enjoy the sun, or at night there was always a good social atmosphere. I really liked the long benches as they make it much less initmidating to approach people and help everyone to meet each other. All in all, you should go here if you are staying in Sevilla!

Grand voyageur, cette auberge fait partie des tops auxquelles j'ai pu être logé. Agréablement accueilli avec une bière, l'auberge est propre et propose de nombreuses activités pour rencontrer d'autres voyageurs comme une paella party le soir. Le bar rooftop est un gros plus avec vue sur la cathédrale de Séville!

Personale molto accogliente e gentile, ogni giorno sono disponibili diverse attività da svolgere da soli o direttamente con la famiglia La Banda! Posizione ottima, a tre minuti a piedi dalla cattedrale. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, ambiente pulito. Disponibilità di prese accanto ad ogni letto. I usually don't let comments on everywhere I go and everything I eat, but when something's very good, you ought to say it. I strongly recommend this hostel: the vibe is amazing, the staff and the volunteers really want the guests to enjoy the stay, and try to respect the partying guys as much as the sleepy ones. The staff are so so lovely here and super helpful! I was looking for good coffee and Pepa pointed me in the direction of the best around. The rooms are really nice and clean. Comfortable beds and nicely decorated bathrooms. The roof has a view of the Cathedral and you could not be more central in walking distance to everything. Perfect. Would highly recommend for a hostel stay in Seville.

I stayed here during the summer of 2018, one of the best hostels I've every stayed at! The rooftop bar is a great place to meet people. They even did dinners that were really good, especially after traveling around so much. Also cute cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Rooms/Bathrooms extremely clean. Staff was incredibly kind. Highly recommend staying here.

It is really a nice hostel hidden away from main street but within walking distance to all the attractions nearby! The facilities were great as well. Fully equipped kitchen is there. Breakfast was really good and something different from the rest of other hostels. Would recommend this place if you are looking for a budget few nights stay in Seville!

A beautiful surprise in Sevilla. Spent just few days over there but I felt like home. Location super, really close to all the highlights of the city, room very clean and comfortable, a lot of activities every day for the guests with a really nice rooftop where you can have drinks or dinner for a low price. The most important part is the beautiful staff: professional, super friendly and always available for every needs. Highly suggested:)

I would absolutely recommend this hostel to anyone planning a trip to Sevilla. Lovely clean bathrooms with a rooftop terrace, dinner and breakfast. They also provide you with a towel for no extra charge, which in my experience is a huge plus.

Point négatifs:
- manque de toilette et de douche pour le nombre je pense
- pas de casier sécurisé (soit amener un cadenas soit en acheter un (a 5euros)

Awesome place for anyone and hipsters. Repurposed +100 year doors into desks and tables. Really pleasant staff and nice rooms. Clean bathrooms. The rooftop has a nice atmosphere and a great view. You will hear lots about Game of Thrones filming locations.

Pricey, but makes up for it with cheap meals, friendly staff and a great sense of community with many opportunities to meet others and make friends.

This place is everything it promises to be and more. It feels like a family. The dinners are affordable and tasty, the rooftop patio is great (the bartender makes a stellar mojito), the beds are comfy, breakfast is just right, and you can't beat the location. I met several "regulars" who have stayed there repeatedly because it's just that awesome. The crowd there is diverse and not too young so you get a really social vibe without the trashy party hostel feeling. Highly recommended!
