The worst place. Service customer 0. I ordered something and they bring me something else, training to charge more money. Worse place. For this reason it’s a empty place

Worst restaurant experience in my life. Not only us but all the peoples we saw around us were complaining. We had almejas and gamba’s pil pil. 10 little clams for 18€, not only the most expensive we had but on top they were stone cold. My pil pil wasn’t hot neither. Every single table was complaining about something. They all laugh it away. We even saw a table leaving after waiting one and a half an hour for their food. Asking for the bill they even charged a drink we didn’t even had. And all of this on a top location in Puerto Banus. How can this still exist. Sorry I can not give 0 rating quotation.

Nice view on the beach BUT WATCH OUT here! If you scan qr code you get another menu then the menu card.
We wanted small lunch, verry good no comments here, but directed to a table and a menu in hand that was different from the qr code. Prices high so high for a lunch. Was it good yes BUT felt the 1 time in my life as a tourist trap.

Great quality and magnificent treatment by Pablo, a great professional and very efficient, we had a good day and ate very well, I recommend it. Thank you Pablo for your service and attention.

Wonderful beach-side restaraunt / chiringito serving fresh seafood. Friendly staff, great food and an amazing view. Would thoroughly recommend if vising Puerto banus

Excelente restaurante familiar con buen ambiente y trato, pedimos paella y varios platos de mar, muy fresco todo. Sin duda el mejor sitio para pasar la tarde en puerto banus, recalcar muy buena música!

Worker with blonde hair should be sacked! I bought a bed at the beach for 50 euros and stayed there for few hours now when i got up to use their shower my son had finished doing his and when i went to have mine the worker with blonde hair turned the tap off. He then went to my wife and said u cannot be there and tried to rush us out even though we paid for a beach bed. Another worker kindly put the tap back on for us but the worker with blonde hair was literally just watching my wife as she showered. I felt to go smack him in the face but my wife told me its not worth it and we should ignore him. I really hope the manager has a word with him he ruined my experience at the beach and i will not be using their facilities when i come marbella next because of that worker. He needs to remember he is only a worker and does not own the place.

Muy buena atención y estupenda ubicacion. Las croquetas, sabrosas. La ensalada Cesar, con una vinagreta elaborada y los fetuccine al vongole, correctos. De postre, una piña caramelizada a la sarten, melosa y plena de sabor. Volveremos.

Attended here for a early evening dinner and was met by Muhammad & Marvin who was happy to tell us about the menu, we decided to dine here because of the seafood menu.
On deciding on our course Muhammad told us about the fish for the day and how it comes well cleaned and filleted. We had a choice of rice, veg or salad with the fish of the day which was Sea bass.
For starter I wanted squid but it came under a main course for €28 but on the beach menu it was €16 but I couldn't have that as I was not on the beach so decided on the squid coquette for €16.50.
We requested table water which didn't come sealed and looked like exactly what we requested. We was brought bread to our table which didn't seem too fresh was very crusty and slightly hard.
Starters arrived which was pleasant basically a potato salad with small fried squid on top.
After which our main arrived which we requested the fish with salad and extra fries to share
For €37 the fish was fairly basic mine was not cleaned well I had quite a few bones and scale which I mentioned and was told that sometimes happens the salad was bitter and very basic iceberg lettuce grated carrots horse radish and sweetcorn, for the cost I expected better.
The service was attentive at first but slowly deteriorated we requested the bill, which we had to query as we was charged for the bread we never asked for and the table water.
Muhammad told us anywhere in Spain bread put on the table is not free and we shouldn't have eaten it if we didn't want to pay when we was never told this was the case. Other diners told us that he was wrong as other places do give bread for the table complimentary. He was very rude and reluctant to take this off the bill we still paid for the water that was not sealed or came in a bottle that didn't look like it was a reusable for tap water.
Very disappointed for a high end restaurant and my first experience eating out in Puerto Banus.
Be wary when coming here and check your bill especially as it don't come in English.

Estuve el otro día en este lugar y me sorprendió, su comida espectacular, se notan los años de experiencia en sus arroces, el pulpo estaba delicioso y la piña asada como postre me fascinó, luego destacar sus increíbles vistas al mar y a la montaña, música de fondo, sus camareros y camareras muy atentos y profesionales, sin duda volveremos!

Franchement parfait. Le service avec Momo et Pablo est sans faille (courtois et efficace). La nourriture succulante. Bref, je recommande fortement. Un beach club de qualité.

No fue nada de nuestro agrado, le pongo 2 estrellas por que los camareros si que fueron agradables pero comida bastante regulera. No volveremos

Un sitio de lujo con preciosas vistas, llevo dos días llendo y no me canso antencion al cliente muy buena comida de lujo.

No repetiría, media hora para que te saquen una botella de agua y la comida ni te cuento. Entrantes aceptables pero la hamburguesa nada buena. Muy caro para la calidad de la comida… precios excesivos.

Cuando llegamos no sabíamos que había espectáculo incluido en la comida, hay un tal "Mohamed" y un tal "Federico", que deben ser los encargados, que se dedican a gritar a los trabajadores/as delante de los comensales, da para tres programas de Chicote, lamentable. No vuelvo ni invitandome

Great location right on the beach which is reflected in the prices. Meal expensive but not really worth it. When we sat down there was more staff than customers but service was very slow. Maybe worth a drink stop but not if you are really thirsty as you expire before you receive it.

Lot of hawkers selling duplicate stuff and club allows them not so exciting when trying to relax and enjoy and paying 50.euros.for.jusy beds! Food and drinks are.on expensive side Nor food value would be better off.on the beach with own towels.

Bad experienced on this beach. The location is good. But our wallet was stolen on the beach it was on my bag next to me I just fall asleep like 5mins and when I wake up my husband's wallet and mine was stolen. It was the most horror holiday ever. Just happened yesterday August 11,2021. We had no money no cards nothing at all. So be careful when going there. I was thinking one of the waiter is a thief. Be careful with waiters. Because people next to me us said that no one is coming in our area except for the waiter. So we walked back to Marbella from Puerto Banus with my kids because they left us nothing on my bag. What an unfortunate day we had. I hope I have had read all the reviews before going in there.

Un sitio para tomar un cóctel si no encuentras sitio en otro beach club. Los camareros sin mascarilla, no desinfectan las mesas y tardaron 35 minutos en llevarnos dos cócteles.

Worst place I have ever been at!
I don’t necessarily mind the prices, it is the same everywhere. However I do expect much more of the service, especially after 1 year with COVID you would expect they at least try to keep customers happy.
Following is a short summary of what we experienced:
Placed an order with one waitress with no issues, waited 25 min and another one came up saying we could not order the dishes that we had ordered as they were only to be ordered to the beach. He repeated this very rudely several times although we said we understand. He was not ready to make any exception although we already waited over 30 minutes. He kept saying we should use the QR-Code to get to the restaurant menu, which we did. Interestingly both menus were available using the QR code so not very clear that one of the was not available, and no one explained these as we were seated. The guy was super rude, saying bad things in both English and spanish and we were shocked with his behaviour, really unacceptable.
In the end, we ordered something else and got the food (Took 1,5 Hours from order). The food was really average. The staff had no control of orders or service as several guests were complaining and staff kept bringing out food late or wrong orders.
Overall really bad experience with poor service, rude staff and average food.
DO NOT GO HERE. You will only be disappointed.

Estuvimos solo tomando unas cervezas, buen chiringuito con buena música y muy entretenido viendo como las caza nóminas intentan cenar gratis jaja, eso sí, quizás una poco caro, entiendo que la comida se pueda disfrazar algo, pero 6€ por una mediana.y tomamos cuatro, porque se estaba muy bien y además entretenido.

It's situated right on the beach front. Great views of the beach & sea. The sea food is amazing but a bit over prices. The burgers aren't anything special, if you come I recommend the fish wish is quite fresh. Especially at the beginning of the week. They have both indoor & outdoor seating. The wine is good & also the beer. The staff are friendly and clean all wear masks. Fast service the atmosphere is warm & friendly. The staff also speak English and Spanish. Once you finish your meal if u need a toothpick they have on request. They also have toilets if required. During the summer they have beds to relax on the beach and also sunbeds with umbrellas.

One star for the friendly waitress and other for the nice view, but be aware seems they got into system to scam tourists excusing the ‘error’ saying they got two different menus with different prices.we were alone in the restaurant but had to wait 40 min for the food.

Nice beach, a bit stoney. Restaurant very pricy and toilets not always up to standard. Sometimes no loo paper and floor dirty. Sunbeds 7 euro a day. For that money toilets should be properly maintained.

Not a good place, expensive sangria full of water and super slow staff.

Expensive, no real quality. The sea was full of plastic and scummy water it was a disgrace considering the money in the area.
Just goes to show money can't buy quality.

Overpriced even for the area. Breakfast took over 40 minutes to arrive and was swimming in fat, it actually looked like they had poured oil over if after it ha been cooked! Breakfasts did not arrive together either, so my daughter had finished her croissant before our cooked breakfasts arrived. Freshly squeezed orange was €5, chocolate milkshake €6, cooked breakfast €9. Will not return, should have checked reviews first!

Servicio de vergüenza el que ofrecen en este sitio. Emplazado en Puerto Banus a pie de playa, en un lugar privilegiado, pero que su personal estropea de forma grosera. Camareros que parece que van a pasar el rato, y que les da igual quedar mal con el cliente. En fin, si esta reseña llega al dueño o responsable, que sepa que debería plantearse un cambio de personal ya que está perdiendo dinero y clientes.

Servicio muy lento, se nota Q los camareros no son profesionales sino simples estudiantes Q sacan un poco de dinero en vacaciones

El peor sitio que he ido desde hace mucho tiempo. Los camareros no tienen vergüenza y les da igual todo completamente; traen mal los platos, se les olvida todo.la comida pésima y aunque eramos 10 personas en todo el restaurante tardaron casi una hora en traer los primeros. Al terminar le dijimos al camarero que nos atendió que ha sido de vergüenza y le daba completamente igual y se nos quedo mirando como si estuviésemos locos.

Did not understand English. Delivered wrong food and took 2 hours to arrive. Ended in manager swearing laughing and beefin the mandem which is not acceptable so gonna have to leash my bredrins on u and the bread is €15

Pésima atención, tenés que estar rogando para que te atiendan los camareros. Relación precio calidad mal.

Mala organización. Cenamos y a pesar de que apenas había gente estaban totalmente desorganizados. Esperamos 30 minutos por primero y despuès para segundo mas de 40 minutos. La mesa de al lado era de 8 personas y fueron comiendo por tandaa. En resúmen falta agilidad en la cocina y en mesa demasiados camareros paseando sin rumbo.
