Gray and the team came out to treat an infestation of bed bugs at my Dad's house. They took great pains to explain the necessary procedures beforehand, and were very clear as to exactly what they would need to do. They arrived on time every time, and the staff (particularly Owen) were extremely friendly, courteous and hard working. We know now what a complete pain these bed bugs are and just how difficult they are to eradicate, but Gray and the team were so thorough and went above and beyond to get the job done. They took great care with Dad's furniture and possessions despite the fact that they had to turn the place upside down! There’s a rat in the kitchen what am I gonna do? ” Call Local Pest! We had a family of rats move in to our outhouse, set up home in an empty fish tank and eat all our Christmas decorations. A friend of mine had a pest problem in his apartment but he was back in the UK, we called Local Pest, who explained what the process consisted of, the fees and number of visits required. The initial survey and treatment were undertaken, with a follow up visit planned 7 days later. Lines of communication were excellent, staff very friendly and very helpful explaining the whole process.
