Luxu Parking - Aparcamiento Aeropuerto Málaga

Había estado usando a estos muchachos durante algunos años y siempre fueron geniales, pero desde hace aproximadamente un año el servicio se ha deteriorado y esta fue la última gota. La última vez se olvidaron de recoger el vagón en la estación de tren y llegamos al tren. ¡Esta noche simplemente no trajeron ese auto durante 1,5 horas! Aunque había enviado un recordatorio por Whatsap de que recogimos el equipaje y estaremos en el punto de recogida en 10 minutos, 5 minutos después cumplí con la hora de reserva original. Así que tiempo más que suficiente para traer el coche. No solo no estaba, sino que lo trajeron después de que llamamos 3 veces y hora y media después, además el auto no estaba lavado como lo hacían. No sé si el equipo original se agotó pero la calidad de este servicio es inaceptable para lo que estamos pagando. ¡Adiós!

85€ por 3 días de parking y una “limpieza” que deja mucho que desear. Te recogen el coche en la terminal y se lo llevan. No sabes dónde está el parking (superficie?). Cuando lo recoges te dan la tarjeta del parking (el punto de encuentro es dentro del parking del aeropuerto) y al salir tienes que abonar encima la estancia en mi caso 3€. No vuelvo a contratar con ellos.

Unos impresentables, nos dejaron tirados a la hora de recoger el coche, nos hicieron creer que ellos se encargaban de todo, durante una semana de viaje y a la vuelta, ni siquiera reconocieron que hablamos ni los mensajes que nos mandaron, menos mal que lo tenemos todo grabado y los hemos denunciado por incumplimiento de contrato, la broma nos ha costado 800€ y mucha perdida de tiempo de nuestras vacaciones. No LOS RECOMIENDO NO SON RESPONSABLES, NI SON DE FIAR

Muy buen servicio. Fuimos a Nueva York por una semana y nos retuvieron el auto por 50 euros hasta que regresamos. También nos lavaron por una pequeña tarifa adicional, lo cual fue agradable. Muy recomendable.

Unos impresentables, , teníamos un vuelo de madrugada y nos dejaron tirados en el parking del aeropuerto, nadie se presentó ni atendieron nuestras llamadas, cuando por fin pudimos contactar ya estábamos en el avión para despegar, y nos dijeron que no nos preocupemos que ellos arreglaran, el problema, reconociendo su culpa.y que disfrutaramos del viaje La vuelta fue una pesadilla, para resumir, terminamos en comisaría, poniendo una denuncia, que esperamos que prospere, el encargado se lavó las manos, negó todo, a pesar que hable dos días antes de la llegada con el y me dijo que tranquila que ellos se hacían cargo de todo, se escudo en que no le habíamos firmado la entrega de llaves (COMO HACERLO SI NO SE PRESENTARON, pero tenemos el código de reserva), total la broma nos ha salido por 750€, que podíamos haber evitado, si nos hubiera comunicado, en las primeras horas, que no se hacían responsables del coche, dándonos la oportunidad de buscar una solución. Una experiencia muy desagradable y encima vimos donde guardan los coches en un descampado en una finca, a 10 minutos en coche del aeropuerto, no me extraña que les de golpes o los arañen, deprimente, informales, NO RECOMENDABLE UNOS CARA DURA

Lo hemos utilizado en varias ocasiones, nos ha parecido genial ni una queja, siempre amables y con buen servicio, Recomendable.

Reservé a través de la app ElParking con horario y precio cerrado, al llegar al aeropuerto nos dijeron que teníamos que pagar un suplemento de nocturnidad cuando en las condiciones de la reserva no se mencionaba nada.
Ppara colmo, como el coche se recoge en el parking del aeropuerto tuvimos que pagar de parking el rato que estuvimos allí entre que lo recogimos y salimos del aeropuerto. Un timo.

El servicio es muy bueno, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Ya se los he recomendado a otros amigos

Unos auténticos sinvergüenzas, ayer recogí mi vehículo con un arañazo que no tenía, y me dijo el chico que me lo entrego que llamara al día siguiente, para que revisaran sus supuestas cámaras para ver qué había ocurrido. He llamado varias veces y me dan largas, hasta que un empleado muy maleducado me ha dicho que no me van a reparar nada y me ha colgado. HUYAN DE ESTA EMPRESA NO SE HACEN CARGO DE LOS DESPERFECTOS QUE ELLOS OCASIONAN.

Mi experiencia con estos impresentables, estafadores y un responsable maleducado ha sido de un verdadero horror, un coche nuevo de concesionario que solo tenían que lavarlo y quedarse con él un par de días.
Me lo devolvieron a la hora de regreso a malaga sobre las 22: 30 de la noche, firmamos la entrega, un error por nuestra parte sin antes revisarlo, de camino a casa vimos que el coche estaba sucio con churretes y marcas y sobre todo muy pegajoso de un aceite que habían utilizado en todo el coche dentro y fuera dejando restos por todo el coche.
Al día siguiente a plena luz del día vimos que la pintura del coche estaba rayada por todas partes hasta por el techo, todo ello a causa de ese producto y su forma de utilizarlo.
Un horror …
Llamamos a la empresa y nos dijeron que no se hacían responsables de nada, el kilometraje no correspondía con el que lo dejamos, ya que le hicimos una foto al cuadro del coche tenía 15 km de más…
Manteneros lo más alejado posible de esta empresa que es una estafa.
Y te acaba costando el dinero de arreglar los problemas que ellos te ocasionan.si pudiese poner -20 estrella lo haría.

Excelente servicio, trato profesional y puntual. He probado varios parkings en el aeropuerto de Málaga, sin duda está empresa da el mejor servicio de recogida y entrega de tu vehículo directamente en el aeropuerto. TOTALMENTE RECOMENDADO.

Es la primera vez que dejábamos el coche en este parking. Calidad-precio.
Nos ha parecido un servicio fantástico y efectivo. Trabajadores serviciales y atentos. No tengo ninguna duda de volver a repetir cuando así lo necesitemos.

Me recogieron el coche en el parking espress y a la vuelta me lo trajeron en el mismo sitio y encima me lo lavaron por fuera, los chicos super amables y atento.

Lo descubrí por internet, necesitábamos dejar nuestro coche, lo contratamos de manera urgente, nos atendieron súper rápidos y muy agradables …tuvimos buena experiencia.

I was worried at the drop off - they didn't arrive & only after numerous attempts to call did they answer. Eventually someone arrived over 30mins late. Fortunately airport security was quick & we didn't miss our flight!

On our return things managed to take a turn for the worse, as we found the car had been keyed, scratched from back to front, the paint work totally ruined. They didnt contact us for a few days & eventually refused to accept any responsibility, leaving me to cover all the costs.

Stay away from these fraudulent people. Car got damaged whilst in their car park and they're refusing to take any responsibility. Do not, under any circumstances leave your car in their care. You will regret it!

Mal: no nos dijeron bien, incluso nos equivocaron, las reseñas a nuestra llegada. Ni siquiera se brindaron a ir a buscarnos y tuvimos que llamar tres veces para encontrar el lugar. Por otra parte, en el presupuesto se detallaba lavado por fuera y dentro; por dentro no se había tocado y por fuera estaba lleno de cagadas de, al parecer, gaviotas, palomas o similar por el tamaño de los excrementos. También nos proporcionaron para salir un ticket de aparcamiento caducado o vencido y estuvimos esperando, al menos, 15 minutos hasta que nos socorrió el guarda intercediendo.no volveremos.

BEWARE with this company. I used them for years and everything is ok until something goes wrong.

I bought a new car 2 weeks ago the car was pristine, I was nervous about leaving the car and made extra care to ensure the man checked my car, he walked around and inspected and he didn't mark any damage to the car. Little did I know, they ticked a box to say "could not verify" (I assume this is to try and remove their liability)

This company claim because the car was dropped off when it had gone dark they could not properly check the car therefore they are not liable for the damage done to my car in their care which is absurd. I collected my car at 2am in the morning and saw the damage instantly as the car park at Malaga Airport is lit. So according to their explanation if any car is dropped off when it is dark they will not verify there is no damage to your car therefore are not liable.

Honestly using them several times before I trusted they would act professionally and accept the liability for the damage they caused. The damage albeit is small but its a brand new car and I now have a chunk of paint missing.

Be very very careful with this company, they refuse to accept the damage they made to my car and I now have to go down formal routes

Contacted Luxu Parking, to arrange annual agreement, arrived at 4pm in the morning at Malaga airport, all correspondence has been managed very professionally, we were met at the airport by a very friendly member of staff, the whole experience has been great, efficient and easy, a real 5 star experience, well done and thank you

Awful experience. Left my car with them during my travels and upon return had to wait over 2 hours to get my car back. To add to this, they had stolen my car mat. I would not recommend this parking provider to anybody. Be very careful as they drain your fuel, very convinced they used my car whilst I was away.

When you offer cleaning outside inside I expect work to be done properly
Washing car was also one of the reason I chose the company
But the worse came
I went out and my parking ticket didn’t work
Parking ticket was swollen buy automat and I got information that I have to pay!
I blocked all line and unfortunately police was there so they came and checked me - unnecessary stress
I called men who brought me car
He told me I have to pay because he waited for me long time
When I said it’s not my fault and didn’t want discuss with him
He threw ticket inside my car and left without a word.
I am customer and NO ONE Can treat me in that way!
I have right do not know that he arrived in parking and his job is to inform me that he arrived second thing I am tourist in Spain and it’s also his responsibility to inform me that ticked will need additional charge - or he should go and pay before he gave it to me.

No lo recomiendo para nada, lo barato sale caro. Me devolvieron el coche con una pequeña rotura en la luna delantera y la respuesta del operario fue que eso ya lo tendría de antes, ademas tras marcharse me doy cuenta que la matrícula delantera está algo descolgada (puedo aseguran que se entregó sin esos daños ya que soy bastante cuidadoso con mi vehículo), eso si se curan de todo cuando firmas el contrato al entregarlo, en la parte de atrás de este se lavan las manos si el vehículo sufre algún daño o avería.

Excelente servicio! Facil de encontrar, en la Terminal nos esperaba un chico muy simpatico para recoger nuestro coche, se lo llevo y nosotros nos fuimos de viaje. A la vuelta nos estaba esperando en el mismo lugar de nuevo con nuestro coche y ademas me lo habian limpiado por dentro y por fuera gratis. Una enpresa mas que recomendable. Excellent service. My car was collected from me on time at the express parking and delivered back to me on time and with an excellent valet clean inside and out. For a week including valet it was 30 euros. The gentleman who collected the car spoke English very well and he was polite and helped me get my suitcase out and into the car. I will use them again.

La peor compañía en traslado, nos tuvieron con 3 niños pequeño esperando más de una hora para la entrega del coche, nos entregaron el coche sin limpiar con lo cual no es cierto me lo entregaron tal y como lo dejamos. Lo más informal, ni siquiera una disculpa.

Geweldige service en zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Keurig op tijd en de auto was zelfs helemaal gewassen bij vertrek. SUPER!

Do not use this company! When you make a booking it states that valeting is included. I had washed my car before my trip to Paris and my car was absolutely filthy after I arrived. See the picture attached. I complained the guy and he said he will let them know.no aplogoy nothing. I rang the guy after I got my luggage. I arrived to my car and the guy wasn't anywhere to be seen. I waited for 5 minutes him to arrive. I went to the barriers to put my ticket in and It said I had to pay 3.50e! So I called the guy again and he said I had over stayed the parking lot and I had to pay 3.50e on top of the rubbish service! He machine only took credit cards and I didn't have my cards with me! It's not my fault that the guy had activated my ticket too early considering I had to wait for him! So I had to go inside to pay the ticket by cash and the price had gone up to 4.50E! Absolutely rubbish service. The guy was extremely rude and couldn't give a dam! I wont be ever using this company again! There are plenty of other good companies so avoid all costs! TOO EXPENSIVE FOR A RUBBISH SERVICE!

Muy formales y muy barato. Escogí esta empresa por recomendación de un compañero y no me equivoqué. Recogieron mi coche en la terminal de salidas del aeropuerto y lo entregaron en el mismo sitio. Un 10 en servicio, puntualidad y profesionalidad.

No lo recomiendo. Tengan cuidado en dejar su coche con Ellos. Mejor otro parking. No son profesionales, ni responsables y además no son baratos. Cuidado con esa empresa!
