Fue todo un acierto reservar aquí, buenos precios, servicio y amabilidad de diez, yo he quedado muy satisfecho. Totalmente recomendable.

Mi experiencia con esta casa de alquiler fue genial. De acuerdo con las instrucciones dadas en el correo electrónico de reserva, me llevaron desde el aeropuerto a su ubicación con su autobús de enlace, fue un viaje corto de 2 minutos tal vez. Conseguí un fantástico coche nuevo, Citroën C4. Pagué el paquete completo a un precio muy asequible, recomiendo a todos que lo tomen. No aceptan depósitos en absoluto.

Esta es la mejor empresa de alquiler de coches que he utilizado. Facilidad de reserva, recogida y devolución. Llamé para ampliar mi alquiler, que se organizó en un minuto. ¡Brillante!

El peor lugar de alquiler de coches que hemos probado. Tuvimos que esperar 15 minutos por la mañana y hacía 8 grados de frío para coger un minibús para ir al lugar de alquiler.
El auto que conseguimos estaba lleno de daños y nos quejamos. No tienes que preocuparte porque tienes un pack completo así que no importa. Cuando estás completamente asegurado, no les importa qué auto compres. Hubo muchas cosas que no funcionaron.
Los espejos retrovisores no se podían ajustar, sino que había que girarlos manualmente y el limitador de velocidad estaba roto. Tampoco llené el tanque.

Repetidamente gran valor, especialmente servicio de recogida y devolución en el aeropuerto.

Servicio rápido, recogida y regreso desde el aeropuerto, abierto 24/7. No cobran depósito, puedes optar por devolver el coche, llenarlo o recargarlo. Hay una gasolinera cerca del alquiler, pero hay que conducir un poco para volver.

Siempre alquilamos nuestros coches allí, gran selección a precios razonables, los vehículos están limpios y ordenados.

¡Se lo recomiendo a todos! Por 190E a la semana conseguimos un Seat Arona del 2022. El coche parecía recién sacado de la sala de exposición. Después de llevar el auto a la oficina, noté que todos los autos en el garaje parecían nuevos. ¡Esa es una gran ventaja! Las formalidades en sí tomaron un tiempo. Desafortunadamente, tuvimos que esperar bastante tiempo (unos 35 minutos) para el transporte desde el aeropuerto hasta la oficina, pero esto no es culpa de la empresa de alquiler. Lo recomiendo mucho y cuando esté de nuevo en Andalucía (y lo estaré porque quedan algunos lugares por ver ;), ¡definitivamente volveré a elegir malagacar.com!

Alquiler de coches muy asequible. Conseguimos un coche de la categoría que reservamos. No hay problemas con el coche. Todo el servicio fue sin problemas. Los usaremos de nuevo para cuando volvamos. Muy Satisfecho.

Recolección y entrega rápidas y eficientes, toda la configuración está muy bien administrada y es muy eficiente con una gran cantidad de personal profesional que trabaja en el edificio como una máquina bien engrasada.
El minibús desde el aeropuerto es continuo y solo unos minutos en automóvil, por lo que nunca tendrá que esperar o preocuparse por llegar tarde al aeropuerto.
Pague el precio del paquete completo y podrá conducir sin preocupaciones, simplemente haga el pago de su reserva en el mostrador cuando recoja el automóvil, sin extras ocultos ni números de tarjeta que garanticen depósitos, etc, como otras compañías. Salimos de nuestro avión a las 10 am y estábamos manejando nuestro auto alquilado a las 10: 30 am, así de rápido.
Sin inconvenientes, sin complicaciones, es tan limpio, claro, fácil que lo volveré a usar

Llevo varios años utilizando MalagaCar. Nunca he tenido un problema. Sólo una vez tuvo que rechazar un coche con un neumático pinchado. Reemplazado sin problemas. Buenos precios y los autos han sido confiables. Planee continuar usándolo debido al excelente servicio. Han pasado los años y seguimos utilizando Málagacar.
Actualización, sigo usando MalagaCar. Solo mencionar que el servicio de traslado en autobús es rápido y muy confiable. ¡Toda la operación es sin complicaciones!

Ladrones devuelvo el vehiculo despues de 8 dias de alquiler a 236 euros y me tarda una semana despues 64 euros y 15 euros sin ninguna informacion para evitar que no haya otro alquiler en malaga

Allí trabaja gente muy atenta y amable. Incluso te ayudan si tienes las manos ocupadas y necesitas recoger el coche. (Quizás por mi hijo pequeño) Proceso profesional desde el documento de firma de reserva en línea hasta la devolución de su automóvil. ¡Además las transferencias estuvieron muy bien hechas! Por cierto, cuando llegues al aeropuerto, asegúrate de caminar un poco hacia la derecha cuando estés parado al lado de la autopista, habrá un portavoz que recogerá a los pasajeros y te recogerá en 10 minutos o menos. Si alguna vez vuelvo, sé dónde conseguir mi coche:)

Muy profesional. Había reservado un coche pequeño y se convirtió en un Skoda Fabia con 30 000 km.con todo en seguro 113€ por 2 días y kilómetros ilimitados.

Con un autobús lanzadera desde el aeropuerto hasta la oficina y de vuelta a la vuelta.

Service was fine. Though we had to wait for 2 bus transfer trips, even though we arrived at night. I was charged 88 euros more then the confirmation email stated. They never replied to my email in which I requested clarification regarding the higher charges. Also I booked a baby seat in advance which was included in my email confirmation, and the people at the hire office said I didn't and said I had to pay extra.

They'll let you down and lie to you.

We booked a car for a 21.30 pick up. We called at 22.00 with a promise they'll send a minibus to collect us soon. Another call at 22.15 promised the driver was in our car park. The call at 22.30 came up with the driver was eating his dinner. The 22.45 call came up with the transfer minibus had broken down. I can't recommend them I'm afraid. Malagacar stepped in at midnight and they were faultless, upgrading us at short notice. I'd use Malagacar if I were you!

Very professional and kind staff.
Booked thecar online and received a confirmation email within an hour, with detailed instructions for picking up the car.
The shuttle was waiting for us on the agreed spot, despite our flight had a delay of 1 hour.
Picking up the car was straight forward, we paid and got the car in no more than 5mins.
The car was new and very clean. It had 9k km, while we did 2k km:)
On the drop off, it took us 1 min to drop the car, and they offered to transfer us to the hotel nearby, as our flight was the next day.
Additionaly, they offered to take us to the airport early in the morning.

Friendly people, nearly new cars, 'all-inclusive' policy so you know how much it's going to cost when you book. I'll go there again. So many sharks, it's nice to deal with a decent company.

Having had really bad experiences with other hire car companies in Spain. I can finally say this company is brilliant! No stupid hidden charges, no massive deposits, no made up damage to vehicles, just good service, great price and easy pick up and drop off. I use hire cars a lot and won’t be going anywhere else in future!

We hired a car for 2 days. It's the best car rental service we have ever experienced. Picked up from the airport, no deposit needed to be paid and given the car keys and we were on our way! When dropping the car off we were a little late and they were quick to respond and give us a little extra time to drop the car off with no extra charge. Fast, efficient and cheap. We will definitely be using them again and again.

We rent a Mini Cooper for one day. We choose the full package. The car condition was very good. Everything went easyly. We went the Train station Pick Up POINT, and the Malagacar minibus come and pick up us and carried to airport station. We didnt need to pay Deposit. The price that you see is the REAL PRICE. The second day we dropped off the car in the Airport and they carried to the terminal us with minibus. We are very happy with this company, because before i search hour and hour where we can rent a car (was lot of bad review the car rentals in Malaga) thanks Malaga Car!:)

This is not the first time I booked a car via MalagaCar.com and won’t be the last one. I can only recommend this company. Very fast check in (took only 5 minutes) and therefore no waiting line.

No hidden extra charges like most of the other rental companies I tried in Malaga airport Good rental prices.

The only disadvantage is that you have to take the shuttle to the rental company, but that takes only 2 minutes.

Company is 24/7 open (mind the special holidays, just to be sure).

The car had low milage and was in good condition (clean). Friendly staff.

El personal es bastante hostil y de mal umor, esas no son formas de trabajar de cara a publico, ademas piden deposito de 1200€. Hay demasiados sitios no soys unicos.

Very rude lady on phone, simply asked when to book car for timescale after landing and she said "i cant tell you, thank you bye" after calling back to ask where i complain she then asked if its ok to say goodbye and put yhe phone down on me again. Very dissapointing.

This guys are amazing, really. I booked a car from them as I wanted to visit Malaga with my family. You go on their site, you book, they answer. Check your inbox mail or spam for confirmation. At the airport exit there is a friendly person with "malaga car" inscriptions all over, who will give you indication to their shuttle bus. The bus takes you to their office where you pay for what you booked. The fuel level you have when you take the car, is the same you have to provide on your return. New clean and reliable cars that you can drive unlimited km. I personally drove mine from Malaga to Gibraltar, Granada, and the surroundings. Book your car from them and then rate them here. Enjoy!

On reservation there was’t write about deposit. During picup I was not able to negocjate nothing it’s cost me additional 105euro for insurance and another 15 for mistake they made choosing another than euro currency. I strongly not recommend this car rental company.

Easy to find when you have been there before. Staff are friendly but.when i was there 4 weeks ago the member of staff at go record took my card details (a woman) and i used a card i only use for car hire. And 3 weeks later some one is trying to take 3 money orders from my credit card. Thanks you scumbags. Job not enough for you?

So be careful with these scumbags as i think its rather currupt out in spain on many levels.

We booked our car long in advance but when we came they told - sorry, we don't have the right car and we can only offer you a smaller car which did not fit my family - so my vacation was spoilt.

Great service! Hired a toyota auris for 2 weeks and got a free upgrade to a renault megane. The pick up was smooth and very efficient, would recommend without hesitation.
