Marbella in Style

Realmente disfrutamos de nuestra visita guiada a pie por el casco antiguo de Marbella con nuestros amigos.
Lo más destacado fue la experiencia de cata de vino y aceite de oliva donde pasamos un tiempo fantástico.
El recorrido y también la guía son realmente recomendables y sugeriría a todos los que visiten Marbella que contacten con Marbella con estilo.

Muy decepcionados con los propietarios de la propiedad, no tienen humanidad hacia los humanos ni piedad por los errores.
Mientras buscaba propiedades y llevaba a mi hija a la cama, accidentalmente presioné los botones equivocados que condujeron a confirmar la reserva y luego a la reserva.
A pesar de comunicarme con ellos un millón de veces y pedirles un reembolso porque no podía pagarlo, no me escucharon y me bloquearon en todas las redes sociales y correos electrónicos.
Me han quitado el dinero que no podía permitirme gastar en una estancia ni siquiera cuando no estaba en Marbella sino en París.

¡Tuvimos una experiencia genial (incluso inolvidable) con Marbella in Style! Nuestra fiesta corporativa para 24 personas tuvo lugar en Marbella del 13 al 17 de diciembre de 2023.

Rebecca y su equipo nos ayudaron con todo el programa (traslados, alojamiento, restaurantes, excursiones). Todo salió bien. Ojalá volvamos a trabajar juntos :)

I had a horrible experience when dealing with Marbella in style, they were really rude especially Rebecca Kratz she was very unprofessional, arguing over the phone and shouting at our family! She was friendly at the beginning and was promising everything we wanted, as time went on things became more difficult and Rebecca told me to talk directly to a third party company and left me to it, which was the opposite of what she had promised! She charged for additional beds even though this is their cost and charged for a team member to help out and tidy up with an event we planned, we paid €100 extra euros for this and no help was given at all! Waste of money and charging for anything they like! Definitely avoid using Marbella in style unless you want to be stressed out and shouted at, wish I never used their service to begin with

Tuve una experiencia horrible al tratar con Marbella con estilo, fueron muy groseros, especialmente Rebecca Kratz, fue muy poco profesional, ¡discutía por teléfono y gritaba a nuestra familia! Ella fue amable al principio y prometía todo lo que queríamos, a medida que pasaba el tiempo las cosas se pusieron más difíciles y Rebecca me dijo que hablara directamente con una empresa externa y me dejó, ¡lo cual era lo contrario de lo que ella había prometido! Ella cobró por camas adicionales a pesar de que este es su costo y cobró a un miembro del equipo para que ayudara y ordenara un evento que planeamos, ¡pagamos € 100 euros adicionales por esto y no recibimos ninguna ayuda! Despilfarro de dinero y cobrando por lo que les gusta! Definitivamente evite usar Marbella con estilo a menos que quiera estar estresado y gritado, ojalá nunca hubiera usado su servicio para empezar

Great experience! We booked a house less than a week before arrival. They were very flexible with a late arrival and a late departure. House was very clean and fully equipt. Great service!

¡Gran experiencia! Reservamos una casa menos de una semana antes de nuestra llegada. Fueron muy flexibles con una llegada tardía y una salida tardía. La casa estaba muy limpia y totalmente equipada. ¡Gran servicio!

Truly amazing!
Marbella in Style planned and hosted three wonderful excursions for us during our week in Marbella. We traveled as a family of 5, all adults.
Javier was our driver all week - he was masterful.
The excursions were Gibraltar, Ronda & wine tour, and Granada. Gibraltar was an easy and fun day trip; our guide was knowledgable and humorous.
On our trip to Ronda, we visited three wineries and had an amazing mid-afternoon dinner at the last one. The town of Ronda was beautiful. Lana was our wonderful guide; she was also our main POC with Marbella In Spain as well.
Our last excursion was Granada, touring Alhambra. Consuelo was our amazing guide; she was so knowledgable on the history and culture. I particularly like her stories on the role of women in the culture. She also had great tips for photo ops. The views were spectacular.

We loved our time in Marbella! We highly recommend Marbella in Style for tour needs!

A year before my Big birthday, I dreamed to host my party in Marbella. Because of travel restrictions due to Covid I can’t go home to my birthplace where I originally wanted to celebrate. Not knowing anybody in Marbella & haven’t been to Marbella my husband and I searched the internet to find a party organiser. We didn’t know where to start so we decided to visit Marbella to check out the hotels which we thought was the easiest option. We found the hotel that we wanted to host the party. But with travel restriction rules imposed on foreign visitors to Spain we couldn’t commit ourselves to pay a 50% down payment to the hotel to secure the date because our friends & family from abroad weren’t sure if they have to self-isolate first when they arrive and when they return home. It was not an easy time to predict what’s happening in the world from one day to another so we changed our mind. On our return home we found Marbella in Style’s website and gave them a call and told them that I need their help. They were very helpful right from the start. We communicated through emails & then whatsapp. They sent me a video of the private villa they said would be the best venue for my 1920’s Great Gatsby theme party. As soon as I saw the video, I knew it was the perfect place but I have to see it for real to believe it. To secure the date, we have to sign a contract & at the same time pay the full rental fee 8 weeks before the party and also a 50% deposit for the expenses to make sure the chef, staff, photographer, DJ, Decorator etc are booked in advance. We don’t know them, we haven’t met in person but we just trusted them & took the risk. We arrived 5 weeks before the party and we had a face to face meeting with Rebecca and Julio who owns the company. We discussed all the details of the party, they have a few choices of set menus but they were very flexible & accommodating that we basically told them the kind of food we wanted to be served. They took us to see the beautiful villa. During our regular communications, I kept changing my mind about this and that and to be fair with them they were very patient, understanding & flexible with me. They gave us positive input & great ideas to consider without being pushy. They organised the welcome champagne drinks, the open bar menu, the wonderful chef, the excellent staff, the Fabulous decorations, the make-up artist, the DJ who made us dance all night, the fantastic Spanish Cortador de Jamones, the beautiful exotic fire dancer, the photographer and the transportation for all my guests to and from the venue. The food was amazing and the presentation was absolutely 5 star. My family & friends told me afterwards that they’ve been to many parties in their life but mine went to another level. It was truly a wonderful, amazing & memorable night for us all which we will reminisce about it forever. Before I park my pen, I would like to say a Big Thank you to Rebecca & Julio of Marbella in Style for making sure my special birthday party was something all my family & friends who all came from all over the world will remember for a very long time. It was a great success. And not to forget the fantastic surprise video compilation you shared with me. It made me cry. Muchas Gracias.

Never ever more! Paid for the family horse riding, get Covid that morning, felt awfull and try to rebook or cancel our booking. Nobody answer all day for calls, sms messages and emails also. Nothing. At the evening they just sent an email, that they cant refund payment, bcs horses were waiting for us!?:) are you feel ok? Are you kidding? When its pandemic all over the world and your family get sick that day, you just CANT cancel it a get your refund, bcs HORSES were WAITING? Never more! Shame…
