I found it necessary to utilize some professional services to resolve problems with Spanish Bureaucracy over change of old residency card to new TIE. I personally dealt with Abigail and Sandra at Marbella Solicitors who sorted appointment bookings, both at Estepona and Marbella in such an efficient manner that within two weeks, appointment's were made, visits made with prepared documentation to NP and the whole process, apart from the final collection of the new TIE completed. Very disappointed with the low quality service. I sent a detailed email explaining my problem with all the necessary documents. I've got a reply asking for 1 more document, which I sent immediately. I didn't get any more replies even after follow up emails. It's a clear sign of an unprofessional company.

I have been having problems with my bank in Spain for 3 months and had all but given up contacting them until I spoke with Eduardo who constantly rang and emailed the bank and even visited the branch on my behalf.
