Para mí el mejor alquiler de coches en Málaga. Se tuvo en cuenta la solicitud del coche. El procesamiento es genial. Nos esperaban en el punto Aghol del aeropuerto y al cabo de unos minutos estábamos en el local comercial. El proceso tomó menos de 10 minutos. El auto estaba listo. El regreso a Marbella fue pan comido.
El precio con seguro a todo riesgo es inmejorable.

¡Descubrir que necesitas 2 tarjetas de crédito (no de débito) para alquilar un auto dos horas antes de salir siempre es una buena sorpresa!

Excelente relación calidad-precio, muy organizado, flexible y extremadamente útil. Siempre los usaré cuando esté en la Costa del Sol.

El mejor alquiler que hemos utilizado en los últimos 7 años.
Rápido, muy eficiente, sin cargos adicionales. Los autos están limpios, bien mantenidos, después de salir del aeropuerto hay un autobús esperando para recoger a los clientes en la estación de alquiler ubicada a unos cientos de metros. Todo es perfecto, el servicio es muy educado y servicial, lo recomiendo sinceramente! !

Soy un cliente desde hace muchos años, vuelvo por la calidad de sus coches (siempre impecables) sus precios (tal vez los mejores en Marbella) y la amabilidad del personal. Lo aconsejo a todos los que necesiten alquilar un vehículo.

Gente muy chula detrás del mostrador aquí en Marbella. Dulce y flexible. Solo tengo buenas experiencias a pesar de que mi BMW alquilado se averió la última vez y hubo un problema para conseguir otro automóvil por un día. Pero me pagaron el taxi al aeropuerto, así que, en general, creo que lo logramos bien.

Esta vez hoy también fue genial. El automóvil estaba bien y solo tenía algunos daños, pero ellos lo sabían y lo mencionaron cuando comenzó el alquiler.

La única sugerencia que tengo es que deberían comprar e incluir soportes para teléfonos móviles, ya que solo cuestan entre 10 y 15 euros, por lo que es más fácil navegar con el propio teléfono.

Volveré a alquilar aquí porque me sentí seguro y bien atendido.

Au vu des commentaires nous avions hésité à réserver. Expérience réussie, véhicule propre et récent. A l arrivée ils vous attendent au parking de l aéroport, navette de 5 mins et remise des clés très rapide. Aucune caution demandée avec la réservation en ligne, personnel agréable rien à redire. Au retour simple vérification du niveau de l essence et navette dispo de suite. Nous recommandons! Merci

I booked and paid for 2 child seats for a 1 and 3 year old. Neither seat was in the car on collection. I was then given child seats, one of which was broken and offered no advice on how to fit "instructions are on the side" is all I got from staff. Anyone who has kids knows just how patient a 1 and 3 year old are, especially after a flight. Eventually was helped by a member of the public who was also picking up a car. The car is fine and the rental could have been so simple but ended up being unecessarily stressful and took well over an hour to sort. Will not be using again.

Siempre tuve una buena experiencia con ellos, he alquilado en muchos sitios pero aqui me he hecho socio y la verdad nunca tuve ninguna mala experiencia siempre fue todo bastante claro! Espero nunca tener ninguna mala experiencia como he leido por aqui!

Worst experience ever. Very unfriendly people, almost aggressive. Will not rent there ever again.

They try to scam you n any way they can. Don't use this company. Much better alternatives on the coast.

Empresa seria y económica, por 10 euros al día rentan coches con el seguro sin franquicias. Recomendable.

MARBESOL DISTA MUCHO DE UNA EMPRESA SERIA. NADA RECOMENDABLE. DEJÉ EL COCHE EN EL PARKING Y SE DIERON UNA VUELTECITA CON EL, ME LO RAYARON, ME ROMPIERON EL RETROVISOR Y NO ME LO LAVARON A PESAR DE QUE ESTABA PAGADO

Nice rental place, FULL insurance is highly recommended because people in Spain does not care if they scratch your car. Can highly recommend!

Would recommend all inclusive. Ok, the car could have been better, a Fiat Panda with 57k on the clock but can't fault the service. They now have a ticketing system and as all inclusive I was first called off the mini bus. In and out in less than 10 minutes and on the road! Extremely accommodating when I asked to drop the car back to Marbella rather than Málaga. Then the dreaded drop off after all the horror stories you read. Needn't have been worried as checked the fuel for full, thanked me and on my way! Added to which they were running a promotion that meant I got the car for a month for less than €300!

Por favor, no alquilen coches aquí, lo entregan con toda clases de daños con componente rotos como la llave y los sensores del averiados. Me tengo que pasar mas de media hora revisando todos los daños que tienen el coche. Ante el temor de encontrarme daños nuevos que no los haya visto yo y expresárselo a la persona que me atiende me dice que tendría que pagar la franquicia completa. Esto se llama hacer caja con las franquicias y abusar del cliente. Nunca más

I have rented VW Golf for 8 days last august from marbesol marbella and I did choose the full package which is very useful and the covers everything so you are not even worried about anything, full to full policy and unlimited millage.the car was new and in perfect condition and actually I am buying a golf because I liked it so much.last thing both the check in and drop off were very simple and easy, diffidently will rent from marbesol again.but remember to choose the full package, it's more expensive but more comfortable.

Paid on line over £200 when i booked the car hire it said i would get either a ford fiesta / seat or corsa but ended up with a fiat which had dents on no wheel trims when we went to complain we we're told if we wanted a better car we would have to pay another €120 plus
Not very good service if you want people to use your car hire and can read your reviews

Lots of scary reviews but that surely is people not following the instructions!
Get the full cover and drive with peace of mind! Take it back filled up job done! Will use again for sure! Would of given a 5star if my car was shiny clean!
