Marbesol Parking

Buenos días. Lamentándolo mucho tengo que poner esta calificación porque se me olvidó una chaqueta vaquera en el maletero del coche y no me ha sido devuelta. Según la empresa no encontraron ningún artículo en el vehículo.

Pésima gestión en el bus de cortesía.
Cambiaron el lugar de recogida sin avisar y 30 min esperando para luego tener una cola enorme esperando.
No lo recomiendo

Dejamos nuestro coche para coger un vuelo en el aeropuerto y todo perfecto! Elegimos la opcion parking interior y como estuvo mas de 24horas y nos regalaron un lavado exterior! Volveremos a elegir este parking en nuestros proximos viajes!

Tenemos más de 5 años de experiencia con este parking, cada vez que salimos de viaje no dudamos donde dejar nuestro vehículo ya que son personas de confianza y muy responsables.
En uno de nuestros viajes llegamos una hora más tarde y nos atendieron y nos recogieron sin problema.

Cada vez que viajó con mi prima Ester Machado Molina dejamos el coche en Marbesol. Excelente calidad precio. Te llevan en menos de 5 minutos, te esperan cuando llegas, y hasta te lavan el coche, fenomenal.

Muy cercano a la terminal. Recepción rápida y efectiva. Traslado en pocos minutos. Recogida bien organizada y vehículo limpio y preparado. Muy recomendable

Muy cerca del aeropuerto. Fácil de localizar. Llegamos de madrugada y nos atendieron al momento. Es la tercera vez que vamos y pensamos repetir.

We have been parking our car in covered parking for years to our complete satisfaction.now a new service has been added that you will be picked up in the arrivals hall and the shuttle will be present directly at the departure location no bells everything will be smooth and organized.

Great for easy car rental if you get there all inclusive insurance. If you dont tget are a pain. We have used they 3 years running and they always try and get more money out of you. Last time they said that the car should be cleaned before bringing it back and tried to charge €30 to get it cleaned but stood out ground and they soon let it go.

Il personale è molto disponibile, ma stare molto attenti alle prenotazioni in quanto se non effettuata presso la stessa Marbesol, potrebbero esserci nei rincari nel costo del noleggio.

Marbesol agent told me the insurance i bought thru RYANAIR was worthless and unless i took their own insurance, they would keep the £1000 deposit, even if the car didnt have a scratch on it.and kept me waiting an hour altho office was empty. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

Llevo 6 años utilizando sus servicios y siempre sin ningún problema. De lo mejor que se puede encontrar si quieres viajar desde el aeropuerto de Málaga

Absolutely ripped off by Marbesol so buyer beware. They are definitely too good to be true, they wouldn’t accept our debit-credit card upon pick up so charged us an extra 100 euro, charged us €30 for collecting the car “out of hours”, and our mileage was capped.to 225km? Weren’t made aware of any of this upon booking.

Bonne agence pour les gens qui prennent l’assurance tout risque pour moi j’ai été très déçu car il m’ont obligé à prendre l’assurance tout risque pour ma deuxième location car on peux louer juste une fois avec la formule basic.
Pour moi je ne louerai plus chez eux car je n’ai pas besoin de leurs assurances tout risque si cette politique change je serai heureux de louer avec eux

When we got to Marbesol to pick up our prepaid car they told me I needed a credit card, not a debit. Since I had none my friend offered his card. This was rejected coz of the booking in my name. We then askes to book instead in my friends name, an idea rejected since I quote: ”we are not a booking service, you have to prebook 24 hours before pickup. ”.
The most retarded answear ever given by a employee at a car rental. We went to a different agent.

Run away from this agency! Very bad they charge your cc without informing you month after. You pay for an insurance online but they don't accept it and asking you to pay 150euros in plus of what you already paid on line. Thiefs surprise and surprise! I will never go through Marbesol any more!

Empresa seria y comprometida con sus clientes, gran servicio que ofrece y sin duda repetiré con ellos

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit Marbesol. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und kompetentes Personal. Auch der Limousinenservice vom Flughafen und zum Flughafen war schnell und die Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit mit den Koffern. Nichts zu sagen. Das nächste Mal gerne wieder Marbesol!

Ne jamais passer par eux. Prix d'appel alléchant mais ensuite ils vous facturent tout ce qu'il peuvent.
Ne font pas le tour de la voiture avec vous à la prise du véhicule et vous facturent une fortune pour une demi égratignure invisible.
A éviter de toute urgence

Rented a car for two weeks in Aug-Sep. Excellent service, transparent policy. Very kind staff, nice cars, fast service at the desk, no excess. Shuttle bus will take you directly from the entrance. Just keep in mind to make a reservation via their official website (not via broker nor with third-party insurance! If you'll read car rental companies reviews, that's the reason for 90% of complaints! Never do that!) and take their ultra-hassle-free insurance which is not so pricey at all.

Avoid this scam at all costs. An absolute farce of a company who clearly train their employees to scam the innocent Tourist out of their hard earned cash. I’ll tell you our experience step by step:

1. We got to the Car Hire and were immediately instructed to pay for the inflated Marbesol insurance prices, €200+ on top of the initial cost of renting the car. As we had private car rental insurance we refused and after becoming aggressive and intimidating (even bringing over extra colleagues to try and force us into paying the cover) they agreed to us not paying the excess insurance. We did still have to pay €100 for a tank of petrol (a full tank is no more than €40)
2. We were told that any extra scratches on the vehicle would cost €140 each, each!
3. We were given an old beaten up fiat with hundreds of scratches on it. When looking at the report the car only had 5 damages on it. This is where they will get you, they purposefully give you a car with loads of scratches (which they have fraudulently decided not to notice) in the dark with the hope they can charge you for them when you return the car. Note that it is so dark it is near impossible to pick up on all the scratches
4. We picked up on most of the scratches and after having to go back in the office 4 times to get someone out to update the report (another scam, they do their best to not help you report the excess damage) we left
5. On returning the car the inevitable happened, the male employee walked around the car and picked up 5 TINY pre-existing scratches and blamed them on us, equating to €700 taken off the deposit - €700!
6. After explaining we didn’t cause these damages we were told there’s no proof so you have to pay. A complete scam!
Thankfully we are able to claim this money back through the private insurance we have, however without that we would be facing a huge bill for damages we did not make.

I have never come across a worse company in my entire life. A company rotten to the core with all employees absolutely emotionless when it comes to stealing hard earned cash from innocent holiday makers.

I hope the regulators get involved soon and close this farce down. A complete disgrace, a terrible experience from start to finish.

He utilizado los servicios de Marbesol tanto para alquilar coches como, para dejar el mío cuando viajo.

Siempre he recibido un trato correcto y han sido muy eficientes, buscándome siempre la mejor opción.

Fantastic service and stress free. The shuttle service is only a short walk from the arrivals area of Málaga Airport. When you arrive at their depot (3 minutes away) you are led to a waiting area where you are added to an electronic list where you sit down until your name pops up. Again a short wait. I would say that from the moment I stepped onto the shuttle bus at the airport to sitting in the hire car heading out to my villa took only 15 minutes. I highly recommend taking out the full insurance. I always do and have never had a shock or suppose. This means you have no worries and no deposit to pay. I would use this company again.
