Awful service when it goes to the refund process!
I booked the property in January for staying 1 week in July. I cancelled the reservation due to some reasons in March and after one month I still didn't get a refund. The property doesn't answer my requests and the booking.com requests as well.

Canceled the property booking before the deadline of "free cancelation". It's been one month and I haven't received a refund. Tried calling/messaging the place and they aren't responding. Very unfortunate. Don't book unless you're sure about the place. Reviews on tripadvisor also showed they didn't refund others, so just be careful.

WARNING! I cancelled my reservation way before the free cancellation policy but the down payment was never refunded. All emails, phone calls and contact attempts via booking.com were ignored and unanswered. This is not a serious company. Booking.com helped thankfully.

Wonderful booking. Amazing view, really close to everything else in Marbella, very comfortable beds and a fantastic terrace to hang out on. The only issue was the barbecue spot on the beach right in front of the building as we had smoke coming in the apartment 5 out of 7 nights. But that's not the hosts fault in any way. Would rebook this place anytime.

WARNING:
I made four different reservations with free cancelation on booking.com in October with Marbesun with arrival on January 12 and departure on March 30th. My credit card was charged a refundable deposit by Marbesun on October 29th for 1,397.88 euros. Before making the reservation I was in touch with Laurent by email and Whatsapp. After I had to cancel all the reservations, I asked him to issue a refund on my credit card, Marbesun/Laurent stopped answering my emails and Whatsapp messages. This is who you will be dealing with. UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Over 2 weeks have passed and I still did not receive a refund for the amount charged on my credit card. I have contacted booking.com customer service and they are taking care of it. This is unacceptable!

Too loud (very bad isolation of the very old building), were there for 5 days, 100% NO recommendation, total waste of money & time

J'ai séjourné durant plusieurs mois dans un des appartements de Marbesun. Génial! Appartement très propre, équipé, quartier idéal, animé, vue sur la mer, sécurisé. En bref top! Je recommande!

Perle rare! Appartement idéalement située, face à la mer et au cœur du centre. Résidence sécuriser, quartier animer, restaurant, boutique ect. Appartement moderne, bien décorer et propre à notre arrivée, chaîne de tv international, balcon vue mer. Hôte toujours disponible et hyper sympathique. Nous avons passez un magnifique séjour, nous recommandons à 100%!

L'appartamento è in una posizione strategica, proprio di fronte alla spiaggia (aprendo le tende si vede il mare!) e a pochi passi dalla città vecchia. Noi abbiamo soggiornato solamente in due ma è grande ed accogliente anche per quattro, avendo due camere da letto e un soggiorno molto ampio e luminoso. È dotato di tutti i confort, dalle stoviglie al ferro da stiro passando per la sponda per il letto dei bambini. C'è la possibilità di parcheggiare in un parcheggio sotterraneo gratuitamente facendone richiesta. Lo prenoterei altre mille volte!

Marbesun team is incredible and the apartments are very well placed, we had great holidays!

Je suis venu avec ma fiançée et nous avons eu l'agréable surprise d'etre upgrader, nous avons bénéficié d'une très belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer ainsi que 2 transats pour se relaxer au soleil. Tout était parfait pour notre séjour en amoureux. Nous reviendrons.

Excelent location, sea view apartments in front of the beach. Lovely rooms with everything you need for a self catering holiday and close to many restaurants and bars!
The owner Laurent is very nice and helpful!

Pour notre anniversaire de mariage, nous avons louer l’appartment avec la grande terrasse et les transats face à la mer. Laurent (le propriétaire) nous a offert un bouquet de fleur.
Ma femme a passé ses plus belles vacances en Espagne: plage, restaurants, shoppings et télévision avec toutes les chaînes mondiales.
Merci encore pour ce fabuleux séjour.
