Marina De La Alcaidesa

Excelente puerto deportivo, limpio y el personal es muy amable y servicial. Muchas gracias a Cristina, que siempre es súper amable y súper eficiente.

Enorme complejo de playa. Gran campo de golf pero no barato (200 € por campo). Acceso a numerosas piscinas. Playas no muy amplias. Ideal para kitesurf.

This is a great place, traditional style apartments but contemporary inside, great views of the Med and Gib. Two excellent Golf courses and not far from 4 others. Four great pools and excellent security, well laid grounds. 5 minute walk to the beach, 7k stretch of beach to chose from. 20 minute walk into the centre for a drink or food.

Excelente urbanización que se encuentra entre La Línea de la concepción y San Roque, tiene dos entradas en las cuales hay vigilancia privada, zona muy tranquila y con maravillosas vistas,

Espectacular lugar. Muy tranquilo con unas vistas al mar impresionantes. Un poco lejos pero con buen acceso.

Urbanización muy bien construida y bastante bien vigilada pero dependiendo del apartamento que alquiles la playa se hace lejos tienes que coger el coche para cualquier cosa en el centro de Alcaidesa hay un minimarket que no te vende prácticamente nada tienes que desplazarte a Sotogrande si quieres hacer alguna compra en condiciones

Nosotros vivimos en Marina todo el año al igual que Antonio y es un sitio muy tranquilo y agradable. Eso es lo que pedimos a la gente que alquila. He leído que se quejan por no tener música en la piscina o no poder comer, para eso están los hoteles. Marina de la Alcaidesa NO es un resort sino un residencial donde los vecinos trabajamos incluso en verano y no queremos a gente haciendo fiesta o bañándose a las dos de la mañana. Para disfrutar del entorno, las piscinas y el golf, es un sitio ideal. Menos mal que contamos con el servicio de seguridad que ayuda a poner orden a los inquilinos.

Everything is nice but it’s extremely uncomfortable to sit on a pool when guards are constantly staring at you. By constantly I mean you come to the pool with friends and for hours whenever you look at the security, they are watching you so that you don’t play any music at the pool (not even very quiet from the phone - don’t understand that rule) or eat something.

Great place to visit, two very good golf courses. Everyone wants to play the links but I recommend the Heathland as well.

Casas con muy buenas calidades! Con jardín, ascensor privado, terrazas, jacuzzis, dos plazas de parking con vistas al mar y todo por un precio fenomenal!

Clima, vistas, mar, playa y buena comida, que más se puede pedir para unas vacaciones? Y por supuesto, un ambiente espectacular.

Just an amazing place that you can´t beliveve the views they have, check out the virtual tour from streetview i made for them. It´s just one place to visit if you are going for vacations.

We live here all year round. Four pools, amazing sea views, 24/7 security, and above all, peace.

Beautifully kept grounds with lovely flowers and an amazing pool but quite sad to find the place almost deserted. In the week we were there I'd say less than 20% of the houses were ever occupied. The whole area seems half deserted (it's June) and not really Spanish, all gates and security. A long way from any shop or cafe or anything, expect to drive everywhere except the beach (sea seemed pretty filthy, we stuck to the pool after first sea swim). Nice breeze off the sea.

Amazing location with silent aircon and heating, amazing light, gardens and finish, though not the most economic option of the panoply of accommodation available in Alcaidesa.
