Marriott's Playa Andaluza

UTILIZO TODO EN MAYÚSCULAS PARA ASEGURARME DE QUE ESCUCHE/LEA ESTO: TEMO QUE LA ADMINISTRACIÓN PUEDA ESTAR EN CONFIANZA CON OTROS PARA PERMITIR QUE TERCEROS ACCEDAN A SUS HABITACIONES CUANDO USTED NO ESTÉ ALLÍ. TENÍAMOS UNA SUITE CON 2 HABITACIONES Y ALGUIEN ENTRÓ EN AMBAS PARA BUSCAR A TRAVÉS DE MONEDEROES PARA AGARRAR EFECTIVO MIENTRAS ESTÁBAMOS EN LA PISCINA. ESTO NO ES UNA BROMA. LLEVA TU EFECTIVO CONTIGO. Nos faltaban unos 3.000 euros. ESTO OCURRIÓ 2 DÍAS ANTES DE SALIR E INFORMAMOS A LA ADMINISTRACIÓN QUE PARECIÓ SORPRENDIDA PERO LUEGO DIJO QUE NO PODÍAN HACER NADA. ¿NO HAY VIDEOS? ¿NO HAY REGISTROS DE QUIÉN ENTRÓ A NUESTRA SUITE UTILIZANDO TARJETAS DE LLAVE ELECTRÓNICA? ¿EN REALIDAD? Esto no es posible. HE ESTADO AYUDANDO A LAS INSTALACIONES DE MARRIOTT DURANTE AÑOS Y ESO TERMINA AHORA. ESTE LUGAR NO ESTÁ REGULADO Y NO ESTÁ BIEN.

No dejes tus objetos de valor en el hotel. NOS ROBARON, y la gerencia no hizo NADA. ¡Tres mujeres de nuestro grupo habían robado dinero de sus bolsos mientras nadaban durante una hora! El dinero estaba en compartimentos separados de las carteras. No fue fácil encontrarlo. Sólo nos llevó una hora salir del hotel para darnos el último baño. Esta fue la primera vez que dejamos las carteras en el hotel, pero pensamos que estábamos a salvo en el Hotel Marriott durante una hora. Utilizamos los hoteles Marriott muchas veces y nunca tuvimos ningún problema. Era como si alguien nos estuviera mirando cuando nos íbamos y regresábamos. Fuimos a la dirección e informamos inmediatamente. El gerente no se ofreció a llamar a la policía, ni miró en la computadora para ver quién entró a nuestra habitación mediante la tarjeta, a pesar de que teníamos un período de tiempo exacto para el robo. Tomaron la información y dijeron que la investigarían y se comunicarían con nosotros. Nos dijeron que fuéramos temprano al aeropuerto para completar el informe policial (el aeropuerto es una ciudad y jurisdicción diferente). Ha pasado un mes y no hemos tenido noticias suyas, ni correo electrónico para seguir, nada.
Hemos estado en muchos hoteles Marriott y también los amamos a todos. Este hotel también es encantador, pero no creo que vuelva pronto a ningún hotel Marriott. Esto me hace sentir tan inseguro y repugnante. ¡¡TEN CUIDADO!

Good property but u will need to rent a car and drive around for a good fun for your holiday.quite and nice place

Fantastic hotel, great location on the beach with nice beach bar, which has now closed till February, shops cafes and bar about 10 mins walk away, Marbella about a 15 mins drive away. Had a 2 bedroom corner apartment (stunning views) that was equipped with absolutely everything and serviced on a daily basis, staff were lovely, extremely helpful and friendly, went out of season had lovely weather, great facilities, ate in the restaurant once which wasn't to my liking, didn't use the daytime snack bar for food, only drinks, but menu looked pretty good but cannot comment, the grounds and outdoor areas are fantastic outdoor BBQs for all to use, table tennis mini golf, sports court, paddle tennis, water slide in one of the kids pool, would definitely recommend this hotel, and look forward to returning soon.

We had a very nice stay. Friendly and helpfull staff. Lots of in- and outdoor pools. Good gym for your daily work out. We will be back for sure.

5 out of 5 for this Holiday destination. Staff are from Heaven, or they must be, as they go to the enth degree to please. Rooms are really very well presented and highly cleaned

La qualité Marriott, cependant la restauration n’est vraiment pas au niveau. Le midi il faut se contenter d’un vague snack sans intérêt. Quel gâchis alors que l’on est dans un pays si riche sur le plan culinaire. La volonté de satisfaire tous les goûts internationaux est contre productive. Heureusement les cuisines sont bien équipées dans les appartements…

Great facilities, friendly staff, Aldi just 5 min walk. Freezing pool, needs a solar heat pump. Otherwise fantastic.

Just enjoying a week at a wonderful resort. Staff all brilliant, it was always spotless and the "covid sanitation" is exemplary.
A tranquil place to simply relax.

Las instalaciones y los apartamentos están muy bien. La pena es que las normas permiten a la gente dejar sus toallas en hamacas que pasan horas vacías a pesar de tener altísima ocupación. El colmo: en pleno boom del cambio climático, las toallas se usan como si fueran desechables, te las dan en los accesos a las piscinas y las dejas al final del día o cuando te parece. Miles de toallas que se lavan a diario.como es esto posible hoy en día?

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la propreté des lieux est remarquable! Le personnel très accueillant, hormis les personnes travaillant au snack.
C’est un endroit parfait pour des vacances en famille. Cependant je ne recommande absolument pas le restaurant qui est hors de prix est vraiment pas bon! Les plats sont servis sans accompagnement, et nous avons demandé pour le menu enfant de notre fille de spaghetti à l’huile d’olive plutôt que des frittes pour accompagner les nugets, celles ci nous on était facturées 9 euros! Donc nous avons payé deux fois le menu enfant.
Le snack est également excessivement cher.

Super résidence de vacances, très familiale, calme et bien entretenue.
Le personnel est très attentionné.

The views from the balconies are divine, even if you do not have a sea view apartment you will have have a window opening on to beautiful lush green manicured gardens with beautiful palm trees.
Location is superb and only a few minutes drive from La Sala and Puerto Benuos.
Amazing staff, facilities, pool, views - literally everything is amazing.
I would however suggest avoiding the market place as prices are double compared to super markets like Carrefour and Marcadona.

I can't say the same for drinks and food. The drinks at the bar for happy hours are very bad. The food is medium. I think for the prices at the bar and in the restaurant food and drink should be very good not average.
The apartment and the resort beautiful. The only think I have to say that the floor in the apartment and the terrace were dusty The rest very clean. You have everything you need to enjoy a beautiful vacation.

Great Property with spacious apartments and plenty of facilities. We loved the gym, the various pools and we had a great time playing paddle, table tennis and mini golf.
We would totally recommend it!

Very nice resort. Super clean and spacious. 3 pools and separate beach access. Lots of activity for children. Beds are super comfy. Underground car park free of charge
