Trato muy profesional y agradable y buena atención tanto por parte de la enfermera como del médico (tenía el Dr. Ben Glegg). ¡Muy satisfecho! Realmente puedo recomendarlos.

Gran experiencia: necesitaba ver a un obstetra y no pude encontrar a nadie que me atendiera. Me comuniqué con estos muchachos y me programaron una cita de inmediato. Lo recomendaría altamente.

Si pudiera dar cero estrellas, lo haría. Hice una cita para el Dr. Clegg, pero llamó una doctora llamada "Julia". Cita para las 2: 15 y nadie me llamó. Tuve que llamar para asegurarme de que la cita aún se llevaría a cabo. Esta Dra. "Julia" es la típica _ aquí en Europa donde no le recetan jarabe para la tos con codeína a un niño que no deja de toser. Probé pastillas para la tos mentoladas, FALLÓ. Probé con Dextrometorfano HBR, FALLÓ. No queda otra opción que darle jarabe de codeína. Entonces el Doctor _ comienza a hablar de "adicción" - dame un respiro, estamos hablando de un paciente de 9 años. Todo el sistema europeo está roto. Aquí el farmacéutico se ríe de mí, burlándose de mí y diciéndome que esta botella de codeína líquida ha estado en el estante durante años, "aquí los médicos no escriben para esto", mientras que en los EE. UU.es todo lo contrario y tienes una enfermedad endémica de "opiáceos". Adictos. " Porque allí le escriben como si fueran caramelos. Mire, el paciente está sufriendo. ¡Pésima doctora Julia! ¡Me colgó! ¡Sin modales! Ella me preguntó si FUI A LA ESCUELA DE MÉDICA y adivina qué: LO HIZO. Finalmente encontré otro médico que tiene sentido común, fui a la farmacia más cercana, compré el jarabe de codeína/prometazina y ahora ¡POR FIN PUEDE DORMIR!

Excelente servicio. Fui allí sin tener cita. Sólo tuve que esperar un poco, lo cual fue completamente comprensible. El Dr. Ben fue fantástico, fue fácil comunicarse con él y me revisaron rápidamente. Después tuve algunos problemas con el seguro que me solucionaron sin dudarlo. ¡Muy Satisfecho!

Highly reommended! We asked via WhatsApp for an appointment for our 2 year old son and got one immediately. On site we had no waiting time and were treated super nice and friendly. We would come back anytime. Thank you to all the staff there!

Had our rapid antigen tests here, booked and paid online, referred by unilabs to this office. Although they are a designated agent for unilabs, they appear to hate the situation and are doing nothing to fix it or quit it. Reception bordered on rude, was unhelpful and definitely unsympathetic. As a client, we were caught in the middle, and this clinic just didn't seem to care. Maybe they're better if you're really sick?

Doctor Ben is very helpful and responsive to queries. Given I have limited ‘medical’ spanish it is so helpful that he speaks English probably better than I do! Recommended.
