Very disappointing indeed, we had a large international event coming up in 2 weeks where we needed 2 small pieces of metal work made as a demo.
Hernan was very fast to come to discuss the brief and take the work which was excellent, however this is where it fell down.
A week later he sent us videos of the 2 pieces we had asked for which were way off brief and unusable for the required purpose. We had a few days left so one of my employees advised of the corrections needed because I was out of the country.
The products were then delivered still completely wrong and only one was usable (albeit compromised) for our event. We offered to take that one but we were told that either we took both or he refused to sell us either.
Needless to say our trust in this business to deliver the products we needed in good time was a mistake. The event which is being covered by international newspapers begins tomorrow and we no longer have the equipment needed to ensure it goes the way it was planned.
I find it very unprofessional for a business to offer an ultimatum demanding we buy completely useless products otherwise they refuse to let us buy anything at all.
Despite the service the metal work looked great so I have no doubt that aside from basic integrity the products this business can deliver will be of a high standard
