Compramos un Seat Ateca automático, nuestro segundo coche lo compramos en Motorcade, sin charlas de ventas insistentes, nos dejaron ver el coche por nuestra cuenta. El proceso de compra del auto fue muy fácil y toda la documentación estuvo con nosotros en 24 horas, fantástico ya que vimos el auto solo el día anterior y en cuanto al servicio al cliente solo puedo decir excelente. Definitivamente recomendaría Motorcade para comprar un vehículo.

Compré un Land Rover recientemente de Vic y Raúl, ¡lamentablemente tuvimos un problema con el automóvil a las horas de retirarlo! No es culpa de nadie solo uno de esos extraños Franklin que aparecen a ciertas velocidades o carga! Vic tomó el auto de vuelta sin dudarlo y nos dio un auto de préstamo. ¡Lo dejamos durante unos días hasta que pedimos una actualización y el garaje que lo estaba mirando no pudo encontrar nada malo! ¡Así que estamos investigando! Podías ver la frustración de Vic, así que déjalo unos días más. Obviamente, ahora se acerca el período de 14 días en el que puede devolver productos, ¡así que estábamos un poco indecisos! Pero nosotros podemos. Elogió lo suficiente a Vic, hizo todo lo que pudo incluso ofreciéndonos buenos descuentos en vehículos más caros, pero optamos por un reembolso completo que Vic nos dio. Recomendaría a Vic, Raúl y Maria en Motorcade si buscas un garaje dirigido por gente decente y honesta.

Tendría mucho cuidado al comprar cualquier auto en este lugar.
Mi amigo y yo compramos un auto y no tuvimos más que problemas.
Cuando intentas averiguar quién es el propietario de la empresa, es difícil.
Finalmente obtuvimos algunas respuestas y descubrimos que el vendedor es en realidad parte de la propiedad.
La señora con la que hablamos se refirió a él como el vendedor.

Justo lo que se necesita de un distribuidor. Útiles pero no agresivos, autos descritos y preparados honestamente. Servicio rápido y útil con cuidados posteriores. Soy un cliente recurrente y puede que vuelva a serlo.

El servicio brindado por Vic y Maria fue excelente. La empresa está dirigida por una pareja inglesa competente, honesta y digna de confianza. Hicieron todo el papeleo y conduje el auto en menos de una hora. Muy satisfecho con el servicio. He recomendado a otros dos amigos. Libre de estrés.

We contacted Vic & Maria as we were looking for a specific car & model, and they told us they had one coming in, which was very fortuitous.

The car was low mileage, in amazing condition, with full service history, which we snapped up before anyone else got a chance to see it. They did all the transfer paperwork, which made it a painless process.

We have had the car 3 + years of trouble free motoring. We only had an issue with one of the electric windows, 2 years after purchasing the car, so the warranty was well and truly over. They kindly put us in touch with a local garage, who could do the work at a lot less price than Toyota main dealer had quoted us.

We were so delighted with their service that we have recommended them to two other people, who also bought cars from them. Both were delighted with the service they got and the cars they bought.

I’ve used Motorcade and their service is second to none. Absolutely awful experience. The worst buying experience of a car I have had ever. The 1 year guarantee details. Questionable. I found the owner verbally aggressive you will see similar comments on these reviews. Range Rover bought for 17,000 a year ago, 3,000 spent to fix it. 10,000 to sell it. 10,000 out of my pocket loss. And a year of hell with this firm. Use with caution ️ I can’t be more honest with my review.

We had a very good experience buying a car here. Test driving the cars was enjoyable, and once we decided on one, Maria helped us to get insurance and push the paperwork through. Compared to every other process in Spain, this was relatively painless and quick, and we have such a nice car now!

Highly recommend Motorcade in mijas. They are not the "typicaI car dealers worked with Vic and Maria but all the employees I encountered were professional and prompt. No pressure at all, nada!

We bought our VW Golf from Vic three years ago when we first arrived in Spain with absolutely no knowledge of how the system works here. As a new resident of Spain, not knowing the process or etiquette of buying a used car other than “it’s expensive” I was a little apprehensive, but Vic was very easy to deal with; no pressure, no pushiness and just generally nice to chat with and deal with. The car we bought is of top quality; a little higher mileage than we would go for in the uk but this is fairly normal from what I gather from research plus the car has been meticulously maintained; we agreed a good deal, and I didn’t feel the need to try and chip the price like we do in the uk ; partly because Vic bought my RHD UK car in p/ex so that saved me hassle and cost of getting back to UK, but also the lack of pressure. They also arrange insurance, again no pressure; I got cheaper and more expensive quotes for what seemed like less cover, but again the peace of mind of someone knowing the ins and outs, and process of setting up etc is priceless. All in all a good experience in buying my first Spanish car; a nice change from the red tape of Spain or the long winded process in the UK. Would strongly recommend

Don't worry about buying online, it all works, car delivered, on time, clean and tidy. I bought the cheapest car on the lot. I was treated to good service and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Just purchased my first car with motorcade cars which I'm extremely pleased with. There were no hard sales it was very relaxed and after choosing my car on a Friday I drove it home the following Tuesday with all the paperwork sorted and today I dropped it at motorcades for its itv which was all taken care of. Would highly recommend motorcades.

Purchased a vehicle very helpful all the paper work completed quickly they even help us with the insurance. No pushy salesperson, came with a warranty. The car had high mileage but drives like new. Couldn’t have been easier would highly recommend.

Friendly reception from Victor & Les. Very good selection of cars to suit most peoples pockets. The car I came to see was impeccable. I was allowed to inspect everything and not having an eager salesman pressurising you was perfect. Road test was equally good. The sale confirmed Vic took care of all paperwork and transfers. Insurance in position (can be arranged by Motorcade also) deal done and within a couple of hours legally off we went in our new car. So painless. Brilliant.

We have bought two cars from Vic, the last one a week ago which is 11 years old. Various flaws which is to be expected. Each one I pointed out Vic ordered the replacement. On the journey home the engine warning light activated. We informed Maria who promptly arranged repair under warranty at a local garage for next Monday. Very happy with the vehicle and happy and impressed with the professionalism of this firm.

I have just purchased my third car from victor at motorcade cars. The first was in 2013. The whole process is straight forward, you see the car you want that’s it so no pressure sales. Any issues at all it’s sorted out with no quibbling. It’s easy to deal with victor and his team. I can’t praise them enough so I would definitely recommend. Hence my 5 stars.

Excellent service and quality of vehicle purchased without prior viewing from Motorcade. Vehicle condition was as described, everything works as it should, a year's warranty given in the price and car drives really well. Very impressed and would recommend to other buyers. After our permanent move to Spain we needed to sell our UK registered RHD and buy a Spanish one.
Victor and Maria and I think Les at Motorcade made the process simple and with a great selection of vehicles to choose from we were driving away with our new motor in 24 hours.

Bought my car unseen based on previous reviews and because they had the type of car I was looking for - I was not disappointed! Delivered on all their promises, easy process, car as described, clean, full service history and delivered to my home on time! Not had a chance to use the car much yet due to travel restrictions but very pleased so far and have already recommended Motorcade to someone in the village who is also looking!

A super service, the whole process of changing our U. K.registered car for a Spanish one was seamless. We needed a bigger car to accommodate our change in lifestyle, having recently adopted three small dogs. Vic and Maria had the perfect car for us and made the transition easy from start to finish.
We brought the car unseen due to lockdown, which was a concern, but I need not have worried, everything was done efficiently and the car delivered long distance to us in Valencia really quickly.

Having moved to Spain from UK 'just in time' to beat the Brexit deadline, the one outstanding urgent action was the decision needed to either buy a Spanish car or re-register our UK car.
EVERYONE I asked and EVERYTHING I read all said it was far easier to buy a Spanish car.
The second hand car market is very different from the UK and, it seemed, full of rather dodgy reviews, warnings of private sellers and in general a 'bit of a mine field'.
I found Motorcade on line with 5 star reviews - so I picked the phone up and checked them out!

Having just moved to Spain and being nearly 80 years of age, I was a little nervous about driving on the wrong side of the road. I was even more nervous about the complicated process of buying a car here. I had heard so many bad stories about buying privately, paperwork problems etc, I had decided to give up.
